About: My house has always been a home to a wide variety of pets, from dogs and cats to tortoises, bunnies, fish, and hamsters. Growing up surrounded by them means caring for animals has become a natural part of my life, and I developed a deep love for them early on. I am currently working part-time as an intern at ASU, and hours are very flexible, so I can be available to care for your pets whenever needed! I would feed them on schedule and play with them for hours. I would follow the exact instructions given and make sure to give them their medicine on time if necessary.

“Sara was amazing with my boy, Nox. Despite needing to make a few modifications to the booking because of unexpected work plans, I am grateful Sara was able to accomodate my schedule changes. She had great communication and would update me with photos regularly. It gave me total piece of mind that my dog was in good hands. I'd be happy work with Sara again in the future.”

“I reached out last minute and Dezi responded quickly. Communication was excellent from start to finish and I really appreciated the photo updates during the walk. It gave me peace of mind knowing my pet was in good hands.”

About: With over 15 years of experience in animal rescue, I’ve had the privilege of fostering hundreds upon hundreds of dogs, everything from newborn puppies to seniors, as well as dogs with special medical needs. My background has given me extensive hands-on experience with all types of care, including bottle feeding, administering medications, and providing gentle support for elderly or recovering pets Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do, it’s truly my passion. I understand that every dog has unique needs, personalities, and routines, and I’m dedicated to making sure each pup feels safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I have a very flexible schedule and the ability to be home, which means your pet will get the time, attention, and companionship they deserve. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, walks, or special care for a senior or medically needy pup, I’m here to provide reliable and compassionate care tailored to your precious family member. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live on a half-acre property with a fully fenced backyard, a separate fenced pool area, and a large grassy space for playtime. While I do have a dog door, all outside time is always supervised, and dogs only go out when they want to. They are never left outside and are never left unattended. Inside, our home is air-conditioned with plenty of cozy dog beds spread throughout the bottom level so each pup can choose their favorite spot to relax. It's a safe, welcoming environment designed to feel just like home!
About: Hello, My name is Rachel and I am a huge animal lover. I am a mother of 6 yr old twin girls and a 2yr olc boy. I have always loved animals, so this sounded like a great opportunity to make a little extra money and to do what I love. I have experience taking care of dogs as small as a Chihuahua to as big as a Great Dane. I currently do not have any pets. In the past 2 years I have lost my cats who I had for 16 and 18 years. Also in the past I have owned dogs, cats, parakeets, and beta fish. I love all animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, potbelly pigs, snakes and lizards, etc. Please pick me to care for your pets and/or fur babies. I promise to give them lots of love and attention! My kids are good around animals. They especially love cats and dogs! We make sure that they pet them gently. If the animal seems upset or irritated we make sure our kids do not pet them. I require a meet and greet before booking a request. I also would like to only watch dogs that are house trained and at least 2 years of age. I do watch 2 dogs at a time, but only if they are from the same household and smaller. I am a stay at home mom so most of my time is spent at home. My kids and I will give your fur baby plenty of attention. I have a gated patio and a fenced in side yard that wraps around to the back of the house. Your pet will be perfectly safe in my yard and at my house.
“You can have peace of mind when you book with Kayla, she has been amazing with my 6 month old fur baby. Not only does she let you know when she has arrived but she gives you updates throughout her visit, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trusting and reliable dog handler.”

“My dog isn’t the easiest to get out the first try because he is so scared with new people. Daniel got him out and stuck with it which I’m so thankful! I’ll continue to ask for his help when I need it.”

I have grown up around dogs and dog sat for several family members and friends in the past. I will make sure your dog is having fun and loving life when they are with me. I am currently a college student and have a very flexible schedual with most afternoon and evenings available along with the weekends. I do attend church for 2 hours on Sunday, but other than that I can be with your pet all weekend long. I check water bowls every hour and set alarms on my phone to make sure I never miss feeding time or medication. I play with your pets and take them on long walks when it is safe temperature wise to do so. Any medical concern will be run by the pet parent first unless a dire emergency arises, in which I will need preference(s) for vet(s) in the area listed ahead of time.

About: Taking care of pets has been a huge part of my life for over 30 years. In addition to caring for my own pets throughout the years, I have helped many friends and family with their pets when they aren’t able to. I know how important it is to provide love, attention and care is for our fur babies. My youngest child has gone off to college so I would love nothing more than to fill my new found time loving and caring for any and all pets. For most of us, our pets are like our children. To our pets, we are their everything. I know how sad it makes me when I have to leave my babies for some reason. Having someone to trust to love and care for them when we can’t is so important.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs my entire life and have grown up with multiples dogs of my own. I genuinely love animals and understand the importance of providing them with patience, attention, and consistent care. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve pet sat for neighbors and friends, making sure their pets felt safe, comfortable, and loved while they were away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or plenty of cuddles, I treated every pet like they’re part of my own family. Pet sitting fits perfectly into my current schedule. I’m completing my degree through online classes, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to prioritize the pets in my care. Because I have the ability to adjust my day as needed, I can accommodate walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and maintaining your pet’s normal routine. My goal is to provide dependable, attentive care and give you peace of mind while you’re away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I’ll carefully follow all care instructions, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special requests. I treat every home with the utmost respect by keeping it clean, secure, and leaving it just as I found it. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Duskfire II
Kayla was great with my dog. Always showed up on time and made sure he had nice long walks. She even went above and beyond to continue walking him even when it started to lightly rain ( she even messaged me to make sure it was ok first). I trust her completely with my dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nice, affordable, and responsible dog walker!!

Kayla was amazing! My dog is VERY stranger-danger and usually acts like new people are a security threat, but he did so well with her — which honestly shocked me. Even my cats, who normally vanish the second someone new walks in, came out to investigate and actually approached her. That basically never happens lol. She has such a calm, easy energy with animals and made me feel totally comfortable leaving my little zoo with her. Would absolutely book again 🤍

Great Experience - Lauren was amazing! She arrived on time and was great on the communication process. She immediately gave attention to our Mimi and got comfortable with her first, while receiving instructions from my wife. Lauren listened to all the do's and don'ts with our baby and asked great questions - She took great care of her and we would certainly recommend to anyone thinking about this service. Thank you Lauren!! (I'm sure Mimi misses you!) Brad & Laurel

Emily is by far our first choice when we needed a dog walker. She is prompt, reliable, trustworthy, and will update me when I'm out of town which is always comforting. I love how Emily pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend Emily and her pet sitting services to all my friends and family.
