About: I am a huge animal lover and have grown up with dogs, cats, etc. I am currently in school to become a veterinary technician and to pursue the career I’ve always enjoyed. I have dogs and cats and take care of them everyday. I play with them, feed them, and make sure they have water. I love my animals and will always try to provide the best for them. “Hubby and I were vacationing in the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge-Sevierville area of TN with our fur babies in Jul 2021. While most mornings we enjoyed our hikes with the pups in the Smokies, during the day the pups were getting their attention from Cara. Cara was personable, flexible, and patient with our 10 year old pups - a pitbull mix and an English labrador retriever. She kept us abreast with notes and pics of them having an apple or eating their evening dinner after the last walk of the day. Having her eased our minds while we were taking day trips to Dollywood and Anakeeska. There were moments when there was a glitch with the app; however, Cara accommodated my request to check in when she arrived and left despite the app's mishap. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we look forward to visiting again and hoping Cara is available to care for our fur babies.”

“Lynette is simply the best! This was my first time using rover and, as any pet parent is, I was unsure about who trust with my dog, Luna. Lynette was so open and friendly and I would give me the sweetest updates and summaries of each walk! She is punctual, caring, and very easy to talk to. Luna is a very shy dog and she would be so patient with her when picking her up from the house. Luna would be tail wagging and all smiles when getting dropped off. Anyone should be lucky to have Lynette care for your fur baby! I’m glad my I lucked out with my first time on Rover.”

About: Pets are special and should be treated as such. It’s not just about feeding, watering and walking. Pets have feelings and need affection, especially when you are away. No one can fill your shoes, but hopefully love can help lessen their anxiety while you’re gone. I am a mature, honest and sincere animal lover who gives what I would want from a pet caregiver! I can do everything except, I am not a dog groomer. I can certainly brush your pet, but am not trained in other grooming aspects. I have taken care of animals as small as half a pound and as large as the 650 pound Tiger! I do have experience administering insulin to both dogs and cats. I am not a smoker, do not do drugs, do not smoke pot and encourage a background check as I have a perfectly clean record. I am currently working part time, so, if we are doing an in-home stay, which is my preference, I would only be gone during those hours where I go to work part time. Other than that I am with your pet 100%. I do not go out. and other than work, I don’t leave the house for anything unless I need to quickly pick up some groceries. I don’t have the kind of place where I can take care of your pet in my own home. But I do in-home stays, so that your pet has less stress. This is because they get to stay in their own home with their usual routine. It is much better than having them go somewhere else.

He was found wandering in the Texas heat covered in fleas with no collar or microchip. I bathed him, treated the fleas, put up signs and no one called for him. At the time, the vet estimated him to be 1-2 years old. He’s an old man now with doggy dementia, but he still loves his food. My female corgi is 9.5 years old. I’ve had her since she was 5 months old, and she still acts like a young pup, very vocal, super sweet, and loves to play fetch. She can be calm and chill too; she enjoys lounging in her kennel. About: I love any and all animals. I have two dogs of my own who are absolutely amazing girls. I also have a horse back home whom I miss and love dearly. I always make sure my dogs are well fed, (probably overfed but hey, they’re happy right?) always loved, and always taken care of when they need it. They are always UTD on shots and never go without yummy treats and unconditional love and cuddles. If your fur babies stay with me they will have a house, but also a home to stay in to make them feel comfortable and at ease while you do your thing! I have playmates of all sizes and ages, and a huge yard to let them wear themselves out! They will always be happy here in my home. I can help with equine as well.

About: We currently have 3 dogs, a bloodhound(Teddy), sheltie mix(Banjo), and bichon shih tzu (ted), and they may as well be our children! We have a fenced yard, plenty of space to separate, if needed. We have no issue with intact males, but please be honest if they are markers. They will need provided with belly bands to protect our furniture! All of our boys are neutered, so females are welcome as long as they’re not actively in heat! We’re a slow paced, couch-loving bunch, so seniors babies are welcome. Dogs that don’t play well with others should probably find a home with less furbabies. Occasional squabbles happen, but dogs who are aggressive in nature may not be well-suited here. Banjo likes to pretend he’s the alpha 😉 I’m currently working part-time, and I’m in and out of the house all day. When the weather is nice, they can stay outside and explore the yard, or if they prefer to be crated, we can do that too! Frequent potty breaks are always given as well as frequent belly rubs and cuddles! Our three dogs love cuddles and pets. There’s plenty of room to stretch their legs, if needed. Ours prefer not to exercise, but a good run around the yard is good for them!
