About: I've had my own pets since I was a child (0ver 40 years) and have also fostered dogs through capital area humane society for years. I currently walk an older couples dog weekly to ensure she gets out and some exercise each week. I work from home and can take multiple breaks to walk away throughout the day. I love being outdoors and going for walks in any type of weather. Rain is something I try to avoid. I am free to work remotely from any location if you happen to need a pet sitter in home or multiple check ins throughout a specific time period.

About: Hi there! My name is Ruby, and I was born and raised in Clinton County, MI. Growing up, my family had a variety of pets, including an Old English Bulldog and German Shepherds, which helped shape my love for dogs from an early age. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own since we’re renting, I’m looking to take on opportunities like this to earn some extra income during my final summer before graduating. I absolutely love dogs, have experience pet sitting and staying overnight with pets on multiple occasions, and some of my favorite breeds are Basset Hounds and Golden Retrievers. My schedule varies, so I’m using this as an opportunity to help fill in the gaps on a day-to-day basis. At the same time, I’m hoping to build consistent work so I can establish reliable income while also getting to know and build relationships with specific pups over time. About: I have grown up with pets all my life. I enjoy the company of furry friends and will take care of your pets like they are my own! I work at an elementary school, during the school year I work M-F 8am-4pm. Ideally I can do drop in visits or overnights for animals that can be left alone for a longer period of time. Summer time can vary. I have used rover since 2023. I just bought and moved into my new house in St Johns, I have a fenced yard and live near the walking trail!

About: At an early age, I started walking the neighborhood dogs. I’ve always loved animals, and treat them as my own. Friends and family often rely on me to watch their pets and take them out when needed. I’m very attentive and will treat every animal with the kindness they deserve. I work from home three days a week, and have the weekends off. I have a pretty flexible schedule and can take my work with me anywhere I go. About: I have always had pets growing up for as long as I can remember. I treat all dogs I meet as if they are my own and love to spoil them. I am currently working full time at a job with a very inconsistent schedule. I will always keep my calendar up to date for when I am available. About: I’ve been in charge of just about any type of pet under the sun; including most reptiles and rodents. I’ve even cared for a marsupial! I’m up for any challenge, including special needs and medications. I’m currently finding myself with a lot of free time, so I’m open to pet sitting and dog walking throughout the week, with Monday being the only exception. I will follow any house rules given, and keep owners updated as often as they prefer. If medications are needed, I’ll have no issue administrating on schedule. I will make sure to keep all pups hydrated and happy on walks, and am open to sharing my location if asked.

About: I use to work for my grandmother who would raise dogs, take care of them, and then give someone a dog. I would clean up after dogs in all ways. Take care of the puppies with the moms. I would bathe all the dogs and get them groomed up to go to their new home! I am available after 4:30 P.M. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. After 3:30 P.M. on Wednesdays. And available most times and nights on the weekends! At this moment in time I do not have the ability or place to actually house sit at my home but, I can come to you!

About: Ever since I was little, I have loved all kinds of animals and hope to one day have a career working with them. I have been helping care for my own dogs since I was around six years old and have experience with both large breeds, like Labrador Retrievers, and small breeds, like Chihuahuas. I have also cared for the dogs and cats of friends and family while they were away. In addition to dogs and cats, I have owned and cared for two hamsters, a Canadian goose, three ducks, and have experience helping care for horses. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the extra patience and attention they sometimes need. Currently, I have two Labrador Retrievers named Annie and Delta, and I love spending time caring for them. I am also comfortable administering medications, as one of my dogs requires seizure medication three times a day. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I am committed to providing loving, reliable, and attentive care for every animal I look after. I am a junior at Hope College home for the summer so my schedule is fairly open and I am very flexible. I am usually busy weekends and Tuesday and Thursday nights when I am coaching lacrosse. I can care for your dog in your home just as you would care for your dog if you were home. I could easily crate your dog if needed, take them for walks, feed them, and take them out to use the bathroom.

About: I've owned pets of all kinds starting as a child! Animals bring me incredible joy, and I'd love to bring that joy into your home when I watch yours! I've owned, rescued and loved cats, dogs, rabbits, ducks, raccoons, birds, and squirrels! I currently own 4 cats, all of which were rescues. Two of them brother and sister who I hand raised and bottle fed. I also have 3 dogs, A gaggle a blue heelers, so I'm especially used to high energy pups. Though they very recently left my care due to a separation. I take great pride in the attention to detail I give to the animals in my care. I'm experienced in giving all kinds of medications, to both dogs and cats. In fact, one of my own kitties has kidney disease, and I've been managing his treatment and care 100% alone. Cooking him three meals a day, hand feeding, administering any medications needed, and even giving him at-home subcutaneous fluids. But as always, let's please communicate about the details of your pet beforehand if any special care is needed so we can make sure we're a great fit for eachother! I'm a corporate professional who is very fortunate to work from home, and has really great control of their schedule! So I can very likely work my schedule around your needs! For those whose pets I will be dropping in on to feed or walk, I take great care in making sure instructions are followed, and all the needs of your pets are met! I have an abundance of love to give, so rest assured that they'll get as many scritches as they can handle, and as much fulfillment as I can give while I'm there. I know what it's like to have to leave your fur-family alone, and I'll do everything I can to make this time a positive one for them, and you! I also offer cat boarding, which seems rarely offered. I wanted to offer this because I myself have been in a situation where I've needed this service, and I've never found a place that offers it, and it was absolutely so stressful so try and find a solution! For the kitties that stay with me, I have a completely separate spot in my house that I will have them stay in, since I have kitties of my own. The previous owner of my house actually had this section designed as an in-home salon, so it has a completely separate entrance into my home. As cat owners, we know how sensitive and stressed they can get, and introducing cats to other new cats just adds more unnecessary stress. This separate entrance and room allows for a stress free, safe environment that's large and clean to play and hang in, all to themselves! They will have their own sanitized, fresh litter, litterbox at the ready for them. No need to have to haul your own supplies here! Just bring any food and treats (or any special toys or blankets that you feel might be good things for them to enjoy their stay better, or be more at ease!) Your pets must be fully vaccinated in order to come stay, so please be ready to show proof of up to date vaccinations prior to any boarding bookings. This is for the safety of both your fur babies and mine.

I am currently available anytime on Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekends. If you are looking for late afternoon or evening visits, I am also available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after 6 PM. For my clients, I ensure thorough communication about how their fur babies are doing by providing updates throughout the day with cute pictures!
