About: I grew up around dogs my entire life. I have 2 family dogs that I love with all my heart. I have extensive experience working with several dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I am also a part time foster for the Eau Claire Humane Society. I have worked at a dog boarding, daycare, and spa facility for 2 years. About: Ever since I was young there has always been animals in my house. It has always been my dream to adopt as many pets as my house can hold. Now with two cats and two dogs I'm running out of room in my home so I'd love to branch out and help other people care for their pets! I worked at the humane society for a couple years in college and learned a lot about pet care. It gave me experience with cats dogs and some small pocket pets. About: I’ve taken care of dogs/cats ever since the age of 10 for multiple families. I love ever animal as if they were my own animals. I work full time at Mayo Clinic. Before work we always walk 2 miles. On my lunch break I will go home and play with them for 30 minutes and go back to work. After work we do another 2 mile walk and then run around the yard until it’s time to go in and settle down for the night. I have a large fenced in yard that the dogs can play in. I have a Husky, her name is Luna. She loves other dogs and plays really well with them. If your dog needs to be kenneled I do have the ability to do that as well. We have 2 kennels available so no need to bring your own! For cats I have a lot of room. We have 2 litter boxes in the home. We have a huge tub of toys and cat towers for them to play around with. My last two dogs passed away after months of battling cancer. My siberian husky had nasal cancer and my papillion had lymphoma. Occasionally, I will have a foster dog in addition to my resident dog. I would disclose that information before booking. I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible. After work, I walk my dog either around the neighborhood or we go to Red Cedar trail or to a park in town. I can easily crate your dog if you request it but it’s ok if he/she sleeps wherever. My dog freaks out in a crate (he was a breeder release) so he sleeps wherever he chooses. He is very gentle and has no teeth so I will not care for any aggressive dog.
