Medea is THE GREATEST dog lover ever. I have worked for her since I moved into Rockford and am so pleased to have her be in our lives. Despite not having the opportunity to socialize with her, I absolutely feel blessed to have her around. I work overnight shift so during my work week I tend to be too tired to Walk my Matilda as much as she needs but I love that Medea comes in and when im awoken by Matildas over excitement it warms my heart to know that she Loves Medea. Since ive had her work with us my Matilda is happier she only barked once at Medeas arrival and when she saw her she was happy. I think Matilda tends to get happiest the days she has her walks with Medea. I would recommend her services to everyone I know with pets. Most amazing person ever. Thank you Medea for being a blessing in our lives. 😃🐶

About: Hi! I’m a reliable, calm, and attentive pet caregiver who treats every dog and cat as if they were my own. I specialize in in-home boarding, providing a safe, comfortable, low-stress environment—not a kennel—where pets can settle in and feel secure while you’re away. I understand that leaving your pet with someone new can be stressful. My goal is to give you peace of mind and give your pet a routine-focused, loving stay that feels as close to home as possible. Dogs and cats are both welcome here, and I’m especially attentive to individual personalities, energy levels, and preferences. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, especially for boarding stays. I’m home for much of the day, which allows me to provide frequent supervision, companionship, and consistent routines for both dogs and cats. For boarded pets, my day typically includes: • Morning feeding and potty breaks or litter checks • Walks and playtime for dogs • Calm check-ins and enrichment for cats • Midday supervision and outdoor time • Evening walks, feeding, and wind-down time • Nighttime check-ins before bed I structure my schedule around the pets in my care, making sure they receive attention throughout the day rather than long stretches alone. I also offer: • Dog walks during the day or early evening • Drop-in visits for dogs and cats based on availability Weekends and holidays are great times for boarding, and I’m often available for extended stays with advance notice. If your pet has a specific routine or special needs, I’m happy to accommodate and build my day around what keeps them comfortable and happy. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide care in a calm, clean, home environment where pets are closely supervised and treated like family. For boarding in my home, I focus on creating a low-stress, structured setting: • Pets are never left unsupervised for long periods • Separate spaces are available if a dog or cat needs quiet time or slow introductions • Feeding routines and special instructions are followed carefully • Fresh water is always available • Floors, bedding, bowls, and litter areas are kept clean and sanitized • No off-leash outdoor time unless specifically approved by you • Crates are used only if requested or part of your pet’s normal routine I take introductions seriously and ensure pets are comfortable before allowing interactions. If I’m caring for multiple animals, I supervise closely and prioritize safety over group play. For cats, I provide respectful, low-key care with cozy spaces to retreat, clean litter boxes, and calm handling that matches their personality. For walks and drop-ins in your home, I: • Secure doors, gates, and leashes before heading out • Follow your home rules exactly • Double-check locks when leaving • Stick to your pet’s usual walking routes and routines • Send photo updates after each visit I also keep pet parents informed with regular messages and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to earn your trust by being dependable, detail-oriented, and transparent—so you can travel or work knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, and cared for.

About: I've been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. I currently have a pitbull/lab mix named Penny and I walk her twice a day, daily. I am great with both big and small dogs; Walking, feeding and playing. I absolutely love cats as well and have experience in cleaning out litter boxes. In fact, I volunteered at a cat shelter in 2017. I cleaned the rooms, cages, fed the cats, and cleaned out the litter boxes. I take the care of animals extremely seriously and want every owner to know that their pets are in the right hands. I know that I would want the same for my pets that I love so dearly. I am very flexible with hours and short notice jobs.

About: I always loved having pets growing up. I grew up in the country so we had a lot of space for animals to be able to run around and be outside. Dogs, cats, birds...practically every creature you can imagine. Currently I have a cat of my own, and a friend’s dog who I watch fairly regularly. It works out well because I’m a very active person who likes to get outside as much as possible—hiking when the weather permits and bringing him along with me. This is in part due to my ever-changing, flexible schedule. I have a few set shifts during the week, but for the most part I make my own hours and I have time to be available pretty much whenever I am needed!

About: Hi! I’m a passionate animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I have been on Rover for several years and am starting up my business again. I LOVE being outdoors and am always happy to take dogs on walks, to the park, or even spend time by the lake. I have a 6-year-old chihuahua mix named Ghost, who I fostered before adopting. I completely understand how to support dogs who may be a little “sassy” and just need extra patience and love...because trust me, chihuahua's have BIG personalities! Ghost also has Addison’s Disease, which has given me several years of experience managing daily medications and have been trained by my veterinarian on how to administer his monthly injections. I’m confident and comfortable caring for pets with medical or special needs. I’m also a volunteer with Happy Tails (Ontario County Humane Society), where I continue to deepen my commitment to animal care. In addition to dogs, I have a cat of my own and am happy to care for cats too, whether that’s feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, or just providing plenty of snuggles. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority! I’m currently working from home with a flexible schedule and can work around your schedule! I’m happy to stop by whenever is convenient for you. I prefer at least a day notice in advance if possible. I will follow whatever instructions you provide. Does your pup need a walk? Does he/she need to play fetch in the backyard? Or does he/she just need cuddles? I’m happy to provide multiple levels of care because I care about your pup!

About: PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING A BOOKING! I’ve shared my life with cats, dogs, bunnies, fish, and horses (basically, if it eats, jumps, or purrs, I’ve probably cared for it). I’ve raised puppies and kittens, traveled the world with my animals, and even worked as a veterinary technician in both small animal and large animal clinics across the country. These days, I’m also raising a tiny human—so yes, I’m a mom now! My daughter goes everywhere with me, and I’m happy to do overnights as long as your animals are comfortable with kids. Along with us (sometimes) comes my mini Aussie, who is not only a registered service dog but also an enthusiastic animal diplomat—she has yet to meet a creature she doesn’t get along with. 🐾 Please note: for drop-ins I can leave her home, but for overnights she’s part of the package deal. If you book an overnight and later decide drop-ins are a better fit (or vice versa), I’ll happily encourage a booking edit—because integrity (and your wallet) matter. One last thing: we’ll treat your home like our own—and often leave it tidier than we found it. Think of us as pet care plus a bonus cleaning crew. ✨ I work in education during the week, which means my days are usually filled with lesson plans, crayons, and the occasional “why is there glitter everywhere?” moment. I’m off on weekends and all school holidays, but don’t worry—I’m not at all opposed to weekday overnights or drop-ins. (Animals don’t exactly follow the school calendar, and neither do I!) When I’m not teaching tiny humans, I love spending my spare time with animals of all shapes and sizes—because let’s be honest, pets are often better listeners than students anyway. 🐾 I’m extremely attentive to the needs of all pets—think of me as their personal bodyguard, nurse, and cheerleader rolled into one. I keep an eye out for injuries, and I know the telltale signs of stress or illness. Any sudden change in behavior is a big red flag to me—because let’s face it, pets don’t just start acting weird for fun (well… unless they’re cats). 🐾

About: I’ve always had household dogs&cats as well as taken care of friends/family’s pets since I was about 13. From my brothers labs, huskies and beagles, to cousins large and protective Rottweilers, to good friends hyper anxious dog with a cancer diagnosis. As well as other friends super hyper border collie and chiuahua. The most pets I cared for at once was five dogs and two cats. I’ve also cared for three cats and a bearded dragon at the same time. I myself have two cats I train, play with love and care for Currently working as a direct support person and care aid, which provides me with a very flexible schedule. I used to work in cosmetic retail and I freelance in the realm of beauty doing makeup, hair and face painting. I have a very open schedule for pet care currently! I have a few regular clients but am always happily accepting new clients I’ve driven all around for pet care before and always make it a point to ease into home of the pet. I also have always enjoyed dog walking or dropping in for a pet visit/check in, it’s like free pet therapy to me!
