“Joyce is great and communicates very well. She really cares for Zeus and truly work to ensure he is always in a good place. I recommend Joyce and will be using her services again.”

“Veronica was amazing! What I truly appreciated was all of the pictures she sent. Every photo showed my fur baby happy and being part of Veronica's family for the day! I am grateful that she has been able to watch my boy and look forward to the next time she and Caleb take care of him!”

“I couldn’t be happier with our dog sitter! He’s incredibly prompt and always available—even on short notice, which has been a lifesaver more than once. It’s clear he genuinely loves my dog, and that kind of care and attention means a lot to me. He also has his own dog, so mine gets a built-in playmate and comes home happy and well-exercised every time. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is not just being watched, but truly cared for and enjoying the experience. Highly recommend!”

“Peter is so great with my senior dog. He always seems so happy after his play time at Peter's house. Peter did an amazing job when I had to go out of town and made sure my dog had his medicine and extra TLC. Best place to know your pet will get the best of care.”

“Frosty was having separation anxiety and Vince and his mom helped Frosty to calm down. Thank you for taking such great care of him! I definitely recommend Vince as a dog-sitter and I’m already planning on rebooking him sometime this month.”

“Accommodated a last minute request and was really helpful by picking him up with my busy schedule. Located right next to a park and sent photos to update me. Would book again!”

“This was my first time using Danielle, I was truly impressed, from the first picture she sent me I could see that my fur baby was in love from the way he was looking at her with his paw on her arm, that put my mind at ease. Danielle was a ten out of ten and I will definitely be using her again. ❤️”

About: My name is Tyra and I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always around dogs; my parents had dogs, my aunts/uncles, and my grandmas so visiting them was very enjoyable. I do want a kitten or cat one day but so far, I have only had the pleasure of visiting friends and family that own cats. I consider any animal in my care, a little bundle of joy! With that said, I would love to meet, play with, or walk your bundle of joy! For dog-sitting, I love playing fetch and teaching pups new tricks. On walks, I ensure the pup is able to use the bathroom as well as enjoy their time outside because I think it is essential. I currently work from home so I can be very flexible with your furry needs. I am also the primary caretaker for my furbaby and have taken care of others’ furry friends so I have experience with caring for and loving on others’ pets. I would love to learn how you take care of your furry friend and then mirror that to the best of my abilities. In addition, I really do love animals—so even if I can’t copy your mannerisms or habits, I will find my own way to bond with your pet.
“Liz was so kind and amazing with Maverick. Sent me pics and updates throughout the day and even helped teach Mav some new skills. I felt super comfortable trusting her and would recommend her to anyone!!”

“Laura was great. Our dog felt very comfortable with her right away and he didn’t want to leave her house when we came to pick him up! Will definitely be asking Laura to watch our dog again.”

“Shanikki is great with all dog breeds and they feel comfortable in her care. She is great at communicating and always gets back to booking requests promptly. So thankful for her great pet sitting!”

“Very patient Sitter. My dog is still a puppy and can be quite mischievous. Esterline was patient, kind and very understanding. I especially liked the environment that my dog was in. Her house was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. She even had another puppy for my dog to play with! When my dog came back home he was so tired he went straight to sleep and slept through the night! AMAZING!! Highly recommend.”

About: I adopted my first dog when I was 12, and the rest, as they say, is history! I have experience pet sitting for neighbors and friends, from puppies to senior dogs, including animals with medication needs. When I haven't had dogs of my own, I've been involved with fostering to get both cats and dogs ready for their forever home. I'm a hybrid worker with a flexible work schedule, so I'm available throughout the day, for whatever your pet(s) need, whether that's a midmorning walk, an afternoon play session, or meals at specific times of the day! I have a small fenced in patio, and I'm open to working with you to make sure your pet is happy, healthy, and safe. I have experience with obedience training, crate training, and animals with special requirements, and I will do whatever is necessary to meet your pet's individual needs.
About: Hey all, I have been hosting dogs on Rover on and off for almost 10 years now. My dog Camden really enjoys hanging out with pups and meeting new buddies! I work in DC Monday-Wednesday, but the rest of the week I’m available for boarding and drop ins/walks. I have experience with a ton of breeds, ages, and sizes of pups and am always happy to take them on adventures! I work remotely and have a fenced yard, allowing me to provide supervision pretty much the entire day. My own dog Camden is very dog friendly and would love any friend to play with, inside or outside. I have my own dog as well who loves meeting new friends. I would be happy to take our dogs on group walks or hikes, and have my own backyard for them to play whenever they want.
“My Jessie has separation anxiety, which I is why I bring her to daycare. She did very well with Lidia and Lidia's sweet, mellow dog. I will definitely bring her there again.”
