About: I’ve taken care of dog for with more than 5 years. I personally have two dogs in the house which are 10 lbs and 30 lbs, both are low to medium energy. I’ve successfully trained 3 puppies in the past 5 years and also fostered senior dogs before for a rescue. For safety reasons, all the dogs will be separated when I’m out, and basic training can be provided if owner requests. Walks twice a day, no dog park trips unless owner requests for safety precautions. No human aggression is allowed, any growling/nipping/snapping for no reasons is not acceptable. If your dog is being too stressed among other dogs, I have separate room to place him/her, and he/she will get quality along time with human every day. Pictures and videos will be send out about 5-10 times/day. I’m a recent graduate at UC Davis, and currently WFH all day. I will walk dogs twice a day and give them bathroom break at least 4-5 times every day. I have a fenced yard in the house. All the dogs will be separated when I’m not at home for safety purposes. Anyone being too stressed will have a separate room for resting.

“Miya is incredible! She took the time to research my dog’s breed and focused on acclimating my dog to her home and surroundings. I appreciate the fact that she cared enough to take the time to observe whether our dog was a good fit for her and vice versa.”

“Kathlene is a very caring responsible pet sitter with years of experience with dogs and professional expertise and a Vet Tech. She was super helpful for us with our little guy who has special needs now as he has aged. Very comforting while away to know he was in very capable and responsible hands. The daily updates were very comforting and warm. Thank you Kathlene!! Rocket, Scott and Renae”

“Gaby is the best person for the job! She's interested in dog training, has everything my dog needs, and goes above and beyond to care for her. Also playtime with her dog is the best! I always get Echo back smelling like fall candles and tired out in a good way.”

“Stevie has done an overnight stay and doggie daycare with Melissa. My girl has the best time when there and comes back pooped. It's great to know my girl is being taken care while having a blast with other dogs. Melissa is great about sending status updates along with pictures so you can rest assured knowing your pet is in great hands! We plan to do doggie daycare weekly with Melissa and she is our go to for overnight stays. ”

About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was a kid — I grew up with both cats and dogs, so understanding animal behavior has always come naturally to me. What sets me apart from other sitters is that I work from home, which means I can offer full-time companionship and stay attentive to your pet’s needs throughout the day. Whether it’s a senior pet who needs patience and a slower pace, or a playful pup who needs gentle engagement and stimulation, I’m great at reading their body language and adjusting accordingly. I believe in respecting each pet’s personality and preferences — whether that means active playtime or simply being a calm presence nearby. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their humans are away💕 I currently work from home, so I have plenty of time to give your pup the attention, playtime, and care they need throughout the day. I’m available for boarding on both weekdays and weekends. Here’s what a typical day looks like: In the morning, I take them out for a nice walk right after I wake up — usually to the park where they can get some exercise and sniff around. After we get back, it’s breakfast time and a bit of rest. In the afternoon, I usually take a break from work to play games with them — whether it’s fetch indoors or a quick outing if the weather allows (though it’s been pretty hot lately, so I always make sure it’s safe and comfortable). In the early evening, around 7 or 8 when it cools down, we go out again for another walk or potty break. After that, it’s time for dinner and winding down for the night. I always make sure they’re well-exercised, well-fed, and feeling loved before bedtime. In my home, I provide a safe and comfortable environment for pets. I live in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a large living room, which allows me to accommodate pets in various ways based on their needs. If a dog requires a crate, I can easily set one up in either a bedroom or the living room. If they prefer not to be crated, they have the freedom to roam throughout the entire apartment safely. I ensure the space is clean, secure, and pet-friendly at all times. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their routines and environment, following any specific instructions they provide to maintain consistency and comfort for the pet. Special accommodations can also be made for pets with unique needs. I’m happy to provide a quiet, low-stimulation space for shy cats or anxious animals, extra comfort and support for senior dogs, or a more active and engaging environment for energetic puppies. I tailor my care based on each pet’s personality and preferences to help them feel relaxed and at home.

“Emma was great with our pups! She watched them while we attended a full day commitment of graduation and dinner. She was caring and communicative, and we're so appreciative. Thank you, Emma!”

“Alayna agreed to watch my pooch last minute while I attended a conference. She was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Henry had a fantastic time and was exhausted when I got him back, which was perfect for the ride home. I will definitely reach out again if I’m in Davis and need pet care!”

“Kasandra is an exceptional pet sitter! I entrusted my dog to her care at daycare, and she was incredibly communicative. Her openness and willingness to keep me informed made me feel confident in leaving my dog in her daycare. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be contacting her again in the future.”

“Laura was wonderful and made sure my Goomba was very well taken care of and attended to, taking him on multiple walks and socializing him when they could. Sent me updates that made me feel at ease for this was my first time using this service. I’m glad my pup had the best time with her, I will definitely be back :)”

“Claire is absolutely the best! I have used Claire for both daycare and walks and she takes care of my Riley like she is her own! Claire keeps me posted on how Riley is doing with pictures and notes which eases my mind (crazy dog mom)! She has a great schedule and is always willing to help! She has a great attitude and I recommend Claire to anyone!”

About: I have extensive experience in the veterinary field for over 17years and currently work at veterinary hospitals. I am able to medicate, do injections, and recognize when a pet needs to go to a vet if needed. Yes, your furry loved one will get beyond spoiled with love and treats. If your pet likes outings during the stay we will go walking too. I really want to know what your pet enjoys so I can accommodate them to make them feel more comfortable. I have greater availability for those weekend getaways. I recommend pet sitters like myself over dog boarding facilities as your pet will get the care that you would give. During the stay you can get your pets daily updates and pictures to know your pet is in good hands. I am a huge advocate on low stress environments for pets who stay in my home to make their stay more pleasant. I utilize techniques that the veterinary field has also incorporated. I work from home so your pet is never alone. I customize your pets stay to their needs as each pet has their own personality. I have 2 fenced yards if your pet wants to sunbathe or play with their favorite toys. I can also keep your pet in there own room if they prefer quiet relaxation.

About: I’ve always had family pets and have a dog of my own now. I will follow your pets schedule and always make sure they have water and get lots of love and care. I am home Friday-Sunday and can go home for lunch Wednesday and Thursday. And I can drop in frequently on days that I am available. I love my dog and she’s one of the family. I don’t want her to be alone long and would care for your pets like my own. I have a fenced yard. Dogs are allowed on the furniture.

I’m willing to work with dogs that aren’t leash trained, there’s a good dog in all of us 😁 walks are tailored to your dogs needs. Drop ins can also include short walks to stretch those furry legs 🐶 both kids are great with animals, so pups must be great with kiddos as well. Open to working with crazy or difficult schedules. As a stay at home mom, I am open most days and willing to do pick ups and drop offs if needed. I am currently home full-time, so fitting pet care into my schedule is a fairly easy task to do.
