About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, and animals hold a special place in my heart . I’m currently a Pre-Veterinary student at the University of Central Missouri, and for the past five years, I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant at Pleasant Hill Animal Clinic, where my dad is a veterinarian. I’ve also been pet sitting for the past two years, caring for pets of all ages—from playful 10-month-old to sweet 12-year-old seniors. I have experience administering medications, including insulin injections for diabetic dogs, and I always make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I currently work part-time as a veterinary assistant, and I’m typically available every day except Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Even on my busiest days, I always have a lunch break, so I’m never away from pets in my care for more than six hours at a time. I have a fully fenced yard and one friendly Great Dane who can be easily kenneled or separated as needed. My home also features a dedicated, dog-proofed room that’s perfect for free roaming and playtime. About: My name is Leala (pronounced like Layla)! I grew up around dogs that are lots of different breeds and sizes. From Chihuahuas to German Shepherd. I’m passionate about providing safe, fun, and fulfilling walks that keep dogs happy and healthy. And, of course, making sure your pup gets all their built-up energy out! I can’t wait to meet your furry friend and make sure they get the best walk every time! Ps. I can also care for cats and rabbits! :) I am available any time on the weekends to do walks, drop ins, or pet-sitting! I do work during the week until 2 pm. I am open to doing walks or drop ins at any time after 2 pm on weekdays. I'm also available to pet-sit if the pet is allowed to be left alone 8 am - 2 pm Monday thru Friday. Other than that I would stay with your pets the rest of the time if thats what you request! I ensure that your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while in my care. I follow any specific instructions given by the pet owner regarding feeding, medications, and routines. I ensure their environment remains clean and tidy, provide companionship, engage in playtime, and give them plenty of attention. If it's a dog, I also make sure they get their daily walks and exercise! I will also send regular updates and pictures to keep owners informed and reassured that their pets are well cared for.

About: I've had pets my whole life, large and small dogs, and cats. I also have 100+ hrs walking dogs at the local shelter. Making sure they're happy and well taken care of genuinely makes me happy. I do have a full time job at a daycare center, but I'm free after 3pm on weekdays and any time on weekends. I can do overnights at my house any day of the week. I have a large field behind my house, my yard is not fenced. I always have my dog on a leash when outside and do not kennel her when I'm gone. I do have a kennel if it's needed.

About: I have lots of experience with dogs of all ages! My dog Prada is a Rottweiler mix and she is almost 8 years old. She is super calm and chill! We also have two other family dogs, Kova (6 yr old lab mix) and Crimson (8 yr old Pomsky). They keep us on our toes and have very different personalities! Kova is very timid and scared of most things! Her fear comes out in aggression and has taught me patience in dealing with her fearful behavior. Crim is very hyper and full of energy! He is becoming blind with his old age and is teaching us a lot about working with a dog that has extra needs. Along with my family dogs I have experience dog sitting for friends and neighbors and volunteering with shelters. I think I have great experience with different dog breeds, ages and personalities. I would love to meet and take care of your pup! I am currently available most days and times to care for your pets. I am very flexible and can work around different schedules. I am very laid back and would love a last minute request to visit with your furry friends! I do have lots of experience with cats and dogs as well as experience volunteering at a pit-bull rescue walking the dogs. I learned safety in walking and behavior. I am cautious in checking that all doors and gates are closed as well as checking and being aware of my surroundings.

About: I’ve known I would work with animals my whole life. I started dog sitting as a young teen and have continued to care for pets throughout my life. I’ve also spent over six years working in grooming shops, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I personally own a high-energy husky, and in the past, I’ve owned fish, a leopard gecko, and even ducks — so I’m comfortable with a wide range of care routines and species! I always move at the animal’s pace, using calm energy and positive reinforcement to build trust. While house sitting, I’m happy to attempt basic grooming tasks like nail trims or possibly haircuts, depending on the pet’s comfort level. My grooming background gives me the skills to approach these tasks gently and safely. I offer drop-ins, walks, and overnight stays in your home (I’m not able to host pets at mine). While I do work during the day, I make sure every pet gets plenty of love, attention, and care when I’m there. If you’re looking for someone dependable, experienced, and genuinely passionate about animals — I’d love to connect and meet your crew! I currently work as a groomer’s assistant in the mornings and typically finish by 5 p.m., which gives me early mornings and plenty of time in the afternoons and evenings to care for your pets I am unable to care for your pet at my home, but am happy to come to yours! As noted before, I have lots of experience caring for both cats and dogs, and know how to keep them safe. If you do not have a fenced in yard, I will be sure to let your dog out on a leash.

About: First of all let’s start off with I want to be an successful veterinarian within the next 2-5 years and you’d be so much help ! Currently trying to work at petsmart and / or petco ! Volunteered at wayside waifs for 2 years and grew up with 15-30 / 40-60 pound dogs ! Cats were rare around the house but I’ve had a lot of kittens. 1 bunny and 2 chinchillas. Free on weekends and weekdays . Currently unemployed and attend school . I have a calm 5yr old boy that came 2 months early and a chill daughter💙 I’ll more than likely be home alone with your little snuggle buddies 🤗 oh and I can make any trips for you as long as the cost is covered 💙💙💙 i’m a full-time mom to my 5yr old and 1yr so i don’t work at the moment.. id love to actually sit someone’s loving animal.. i kind of need it sometimes . postpartum can be real annoying at times 🙄 i’m pet friendly and also the people around me 💓 your little fur babe(s) will definitely get spoiled non-stop . HOW COULD YOU NOT LOVE THEM 😩💓 (well unless of course if they just prefer not to be dealt with ) i can groom them , walks , treats (of my own), etc. don’t be surprised if when you pick your fur baby up they’re dressed 😭😭 LOL i love fashion as well. hopefully they’re friendly 💓 Free for most of the day being that I do not work. As long as there’s toys and space there’s always time to play ! I use rover to balance my financial needs and peace ! 🤙 Your loving addition to the family has a ottoman that he/she is allowed to relax on for whenever they want to be alone. Their comforting small bed are welcome to come as well ! 💙

About: I've been around dogs, and animals my whole life! I grew up caring for my family's dogs, and often watch friend's pets! I currently live with a roommate who has 2 dogs - I often feed them, walk them, and play with them a lot! I'm a pretty affectionate person - especially to animals! I currently have a full time job, working mainly in the afternoons, sometimes evenings. But my schedule is also pretty flexible! If I'm working I can take breaks about every 2-3 hours to check on the animals I won't be able to host your dog at my home. But I can come to yours! I am pretty flexible - I'm used to animals that will slept in the room with you, but I can crate them during the night or when I leave! I believe some animals need a lot of love and attention and I can give that while I am at the home

About: I’ve been taking care of pets like puppies, kittens, rodents and disabled dogs for over 8 years. I grew up with dogs my whole life, two of them being disabled but I was still able to love and care for them just as much as any other dog. I am a musician and my animals love every time I practice in front of them. I mainly play cello for my border collie, but I also play guitar, piano, and others. He loves joining me and enjoying the music. It’s very calming to my dogs, and I know it will calm others! I am willing to come in and simply play for your pets, or I can play while I’m watching them. No extra fees required, but appreciated! I am currently working part-time when needed, but am looking to service during the week and weekend. My schedule varies highly, so message me and we will talk about availability! I live in a large, rental home with a dog park nearby. I also have pets of my own to keep your fur baby company! I own a 1 year old border collie that loves to interact with other playful pets. I also have a yorkie and kitten that he loves to play with, and is still gentle in every way. My kitten stays in one room and my yorkie wonders the house frequently, but she is normally napping.

I am also comfortable giving any prescribed medications, insulin injections, or supplements they might require. I have moved to Kansas city temporarily and am giving veterinary clinic work a break for a bit so I have open availability during the week! Between volunteering at shelters and working at the vet I have been well trained in pet safety and precautions to take to ensure that no pet gets loose or harmed. While walking your fur baby they will always be on a double leash with me to ensure their safety in any event and precautions will be taken during any interaction with other dogs (if that is something you would like to allow).
