About: I have taken care of multiple types of animals over the years from multiple different people. I am a certified veterinary assistant and work at Stuart Sound Animal Hospital when I am not away at school where I am studying to go to Vet school to become a Veterinarian. I also was in the Veterinary program at South Fork High school. I have a great amount of experience with dog sitting/ walking and pet sitting overall. I am working part-time and my daily schedule sometimes changes but will basically be the same with minor changes. Majority of the time each day will have the same hours. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was little! I've always loved animals and wanted to take on the responsibility of caring for them. Whether this was my next door neighbors or my own, I was always up for the job! I own a mini horse (my 1 year old saint bernard), 1 inside only cat, and 2 outside cats. As for work, I am a fourth grade teacher and have the patience and enthusiasm to be the pet sitter you need. Currently, I am a 4th grade teacher and because of my schedule, I am only able to board animals from Friday afternoon through Sunday. I am available to do drop in visits Monday through Sunday. I have a fenced in backyard that connects to another fenced in yard belonging to my parents and their two dogs. These areas are closed off unless I want the dogs to have some play time. All 3 dogs, including my own, are very sweet and get along well! Dog can be easily crated if needed, I own a large crate with a lot of room. As for your home, I will treat it like it's my own and love your pets like they are my own. Animals provide a nice change from the chaos that goes on in the everyday life of a teacher. About: Growing up I always wanted a pet for my own and I finally got my first puppy at 10 yrs old. I really think that helped me be responsible. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
