She was so thorough on pup’s report card letting us know how many times he went potty, when he ate, and how long the walks were! I could go on and on about how amazing she is! About: As a teacher, I had a variety of animals in my classroom, as well as at home. I have fostered cats, and always had a dog. I am a retired teacher. So, I have a flexible schedule, and can work around most appointments, and am used to working with different schedules. When I have foster cats. I start them out in crates and gradually introduce them to my finished basement. When I am watching animals in the client's home, I like to speak with the client first and go over specific procedures for their pet. Then, will spend time sitting quietly in the room with the pet, so the pet can get to know me. The next step is working on handing the pet a small piece of food or treat that they are familiar with.

She took copious notes about Astro and his needs and likes. Astro has problems climbing stairs so Tara and her kids rebuilt easier steps for him to get into the house. Tara provided updates through the stay with Astro. We can't be more satisfied with Tara.”

About: I have loved animals of all kinds and all sizes for my entire life, i grew up on a 40 acre working farm and i have also worked as a veterinarian technician and have over 20 years experience caring for Animals of all kinds-dogs, cats, peacocks, chickens, horses, goats, rabbits, ostriches, elk, deer, and more! I am a stay at home mom to 4 humans, 2 dogs, 5 cats, and 6 goats! We are currently rehabbing our land and working on our homesteading dreams! I have 5 acres, 2 of which are fenced. Lots of room to play and run! I also have plenty of indoor space, extra crates and toys and blankets!

About: Fur babies are my life … No literally! 🤗 I’m a Veterinarian Assistant so caring for your pet is literally what I do, what I love.🥰 I work 12hr shifts but only 3 days a a week at a Veterinarian Hospital. So that gives me tons of extra time during the week. I have a fenced in yard and a very nice fur baby to keep your fur baby company. I do also have created if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12! I dog sit my neighbors dog when they go on trips and had a dog of my own up until last year. Back at home, I have a yorkie mix and a mini poodle that I visit often in Chicago. I am currently located in Normal, IL with bean. Feel free to reach out with any questions :) I am currently working a full-time job from Monday-Friday from home! But I am available ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday to care for you furbaby. I do live in an apartment but I take dogs on long walks everyday. I am also right near a trail! Long distance is no problem
