Trevor was great. He is an amazing dog sitter and an amazing house guest. He did a meet and greet a few weeks before to meet Murphy which was nice. Murphy instantly liked him (and Murphy can be particular). He sent pictures of the dogs playing and was very communicative. We will definitely use Trevor again.

We have two Beagles, a 16 year old and a 7 year old who is a medical testing facility rescue. Because of the age of the 16 year old and the sometimes jumpy nature of our rescue beagle, we are very selective of who watches them when we are away. Beyond the needs of the dogs, there is the concerns of having someone you may not know well staying in your home while away. In both regards, we had no concerns with Aariah at all. Our dogs instantly loved her and were excited to have her around and as for us, we could tell that she was exactly what we were looking for. Aariah is polite, responsive and shows a genuine care toward the dogs. She left everything tidy and well cared for. We have already booked her again and would recommend her to others as well.

About: I am a local pet sitter here in Murphys, CA. I have grown up with cats and dogs all my life. I have several years of pet sitting experience. It all started with a coworker asking me to watch her lovely Golden Retriever, and by word of mouth my clientele grew! It brings me much joy and gratification caring for and spoiling people's pets while they are away. I look forward to meeting you and your wonderful pet(s) soon! :) I work full-time locally in Murphys, CA . My schedule is Mon through Thurs 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM with a lunch hour from 1 to 2 PM. Typically during the work week I can either so a small walk or some playtime and feed pets their breakfast before I leave for work. If the job is close enough I can stop by on my lunch and do potty breaks or playtime. After work I enjoy walking dogs and playing with them to get their energy out. :) I typically stay in the client's home with their pets, but that all depends on their preference. I can also do walks and drop in visits.

OMG I cannot say enough good things about Emma. My babies loved her instantly. She sent me many photos and texts and even asked if she could do more things to help me while I was gone. We will be calling Emma back for every vacation. Oh one of my babies also got a foxtail stuck ( we have many on our property still! and she noticed right away and took her to the vet for me.

Carissa did an amazing job caring for our dogs and cat while we were on vacation. She sent regular updates and pics and videos. I didn’t worry one bit while we were gone. She had hands full since he of our dogs is still a puppy and she handled everything so well. We will definitely have her stay with our fur babies again. Thank you, Carissa!!

About: I grew up around dogs when I was younger. About 9 years ago, my kids and I started taking care of friends, and family members, dogs when they go out of town...feeding, walking, letting outside, overnights, giving medicine, etc. We started watching dogs through Rover so my children would gain experience with other puppies and dogs. My kids have done so well caring for others' dogs that I decided they were ready to have a puppy of their own. We welcomed Snowball into our family on 12-18-2021. Snowball has all his shots (NOT neutered) and is ready to make new friends. He has gotten along with all the dogs we've watched on Rover and when meeting other dogs while on walks. My children and I would love to care for your puppy/dog and treat them with love and kindness during their stay with us. We're also available for drop-in visits at your home. Overnights: Friday evenings and Saturdays all day/night. Pick-ups on Sundays are ok. No overnights during the week, unless specified on our calendar. Drop-ins and walks: please message me for availability. Also available certain holidays. Looking forward to caring for your pup. These are a few things about safety in our home while caring for your pup: - We have a fenced in back yard to keep your pup safe while outside. - I can assure you that we will never feed human food to any pup. - We do not allow pups to sleep in the bed with us. Please bring a play-pen or crate for your fur baby to sleep in at night for his/her safety. - We are willing to accommodate requests such as "please don't let my pup on the couch." Just ask and we'll do our best to meet all your pet care needs.

About: Hello! I’ve been house/pet sitting for around 5 years now. I have experience with a variety of animals at all stages of life. I will follow your directions to the letter and care for your babies as if they were my own. I have had pets since I was five until recently. I currently am looking to add clients for pet care. Let’s chat and see if we mesh! I currently do gigs, mostly pet sitting, right now for income. So thats where my focus is these days! I take daily walks and would be sure to bring your baby with me! I am getting into grooming to add as a service to my clients. Currently I do not have any pets myself. My parents do have a dog and when I am there I take him out for walks and runs, brush him, love on him. I would follow your directions as to how to care for the baby animals.

About: Whenever I get asked if I would choose cats or dogs I always say, it depends on the personality! I love all animals and getting to know their quirks and what makes them unique! Just like their personality I understand care specific to their needs are important. I’ve grown up taking care of various neighbors’ animals and loving the experience of taking animals on walks, feedings, baths, deep clean of their home, and just simply playing with them. I am pretty flexible for this month Sunday-Thursday anytime after 2pm. I have just finished volunteering in Australia and have some time off before I work on a Dairy Farm in Vermont! I also return to the area June-December 2026 and would be happy to create consistency in your pet’s life. I am a very direct communicator and appreciate clear instructions. Pet care includes: feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, cuddles, cleaning up after them. For any special needs or medication that needs to be clearly listed out and communicated. As for house care, I will respect the rules of your home as communicated and do my best to keep your home secure and tidy to how I found it.

I'm comfortable with administering medications, following special diets, and sticking to detailed routines to ensure your pet feels safe and happy in your absence. About: I have always had the responsibility of caring for my own animals, but I love getting to help other people care for their pets. I love meeting new animals and have lots of experience in this area. I have been walking dogs around my neighborhood since I was about 10 years old. I loved this experience which is why I have decided to dedicate myself to this line of work so I can always be available to help an animal in need. Currently I work an evening shift at a restaurant 4 nights a week so I have the day open before 5 pm Friday through Monday and Tuesday Wednesday Thursday I am completely available. My schedule also will be opening up more soon. I have a very large area for dogs to run around and two very friendly dogs of my own. I always start by making sure the space is free of any hazards, like toxic plants or loose wires and that they have a cozy spot just for them. Building trust is key, so I take things slow, using positive reinforcement like treats and praise to create a bond. Whether it's playtime or just chilling, I'm all about keeping their routine consistent to minimize stress.

Jessie was Awsome! We have a Yorkie named Zach with terrible separation anxiety. Me and my girlfriend take him camping with in our travel trailer. We decided to go to Black Oak Casino for her birthday and park at the RV resort. Usually our dog does good when we’re camping because we’re near the trailer but this time when we wanted to leave, he would bark and whine and I felt so bad. I found Jesse on Rover and she was able to come over on short notice being that she was in the area as soon as she got here my dog already loved her. She was very detail oriented about everything We said that he might do. She took such good care of him, took him on walks sent us pictures of him. It made us so happy and so comfortable to know that someone who truly loves animals was with our little guy I would use her again and again if I had the choice, Jessie is awesome!!

Jessie was absolutely incredible with our dogs, Snickers and Olive. From the moment we left, I felt completely at peace knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. She treated them like her own and kept us updated with the sweetest, most thoughtful photos—it truly meant so much to us. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Coming home to happy, relaxed pups says everything. We are beyond grateful and will absolutely be using her again!
