About: I have been pet sitting for the last 4 years as well as being a nanny for 4 children aged newborn to 5 years old. During my time pet sitting I have worked with single dogs as well as up to 4 dogs in a single household. I love playing with and entertaining the higher-energy extroverted pets and enjoy quiet cuddle-time with the more laid-back, philosophical ones. Your pets safety and overall well-being is an utmost priority and I will care for it as carefully as I do my own pet. In addition to pet sitting, I have learned a lot about interacting with all sorts of personalities in mobile pet grooming business. I have a flexible schedule that allows week-day overnights and multiple daytime check-ins with your pet. For overnight sittings, my flexible schedule allows me to check it in on your pets throughout the day, and no pet will be left unattended for more than 3 or 4 hours. I will communicate proactively and adhere to all the house rules and keep your pet's routine as consistent as possible to reduce your pet's anxiety at your absence. In addition to maintaining their regular routines, I can also brush, bathe, and blow-dry your pet while you are away! I am a considerate house-guest and will wash any dishes or towels/washcloths that I might use as well.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: I have always had animals of my own that I cared for growing up including cats and dogs, horses, goats, birds, and bunnies! Around the age of 14 I started pet sitting ALL animals (including those stated earlier + reptiles, bugs, livestock, etc…) for friends and family, with eventually led to building a client base outside of that for the following 4 years :) Ive lived in Asheville for 2 years now- Ready to care for any critter! I’m jobless due to the displacement of hurricane, I am willing to really work whenever as long as it doesn’t interfere with my therapy appointments! I have a ‘pet go bag’ of extra leashes and collars, poop bags, aid, and toys for any and all critters just incase of emergencies!

About: I've worked in two different animal shelters as an animal caretaker. I learned so much from both jobs to help me in my pet sitting journey. I'll love on your babies and walk, feed and play with them. And I don't mind to clean up their messes! About: I grew up with cats and have been taking care of people's dogs for many years. I was often the go to person for dog sitting in my co-housing community where I lived until recently in Santa Fe, NM. I moved back east at the end of 2022. I will be back in Santa Fe from September 20-October 7. *Please note that I charge $30 for meet and greets. I can add this on to your total booking fee or you can pay some other way. This ensures that people have a serious intention of booking when they ask me to come out and meet them and their animals and it also ensures that I am compensated for the time I spend doing this. I have the flexibility to pet sit often during this transition. I do not have an "online job". I take my artwork with me when I housesit and work on things that I can do at other people's homes (like sewing). Because of this, I am able to spend most of the time pet sitting at home with the animal. I enjoy connecting with both cats and dogs in their homes. I like taking dogs out on long hikes and I am a cat whisperer.

I have experience with training large dogs, and would be happy to help enforce and commands used in your home while I’m with any of your pets. Whenever possible, I will match your daily routines so your pet feels more comfortable. My general approach to house-sitting/visits is "leave no trace." Any issues that occur in your space will be communicated promptly. I also have a fenced yard where pups can roam and play safely, though I prefer leash walks (or short hikes, if you're comfortable!)

About: I grew up volunteering and working at the Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh, which sparked my passion for animals at a young age. I have experience with exotics like snakes, birds, turtles and salamanders. About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, I grew up with dogs, cats, pocket pets, birds, horses, chickens, ducks, goats, pigs. I feel like I’ve had it all, I am also a very seasoned Vet tech. I am expierenced with giving animals medication as well. If I am watching a dog I will be sure to make sure they get enough exercise, and any other pets I will make sure they all get love and cuddles! My own pets are super spoiled, and I would treat your pets just like they were my own. I don’t care about breeds, from working in a vets office I do have experience with animals that can sometimes be moody. I sure hope I get to talk to you soon! I do currently work 4 days a week, so pets that will be staying in my home will be taken care of before and after work by me. My partner is also at the house throughout the day and treats any animal that comes into our home like his own. I will take your pups for walks/hikes, and to the dog park if your pet is dog friendly.
