About: I have a mastiff and lab at home so I'm comfortable with walking small or large breed dogs. I can do drop in or walking . Retired after 26 years of working in law enforcement and am much happier spending my days helping with pets. I have a very open and flexible availability. I am not able to care for your pets in my home due to my mastiff being extremely territorial. I am comfortable doing drop in care or walking your pets.

About: My family has had a dog since I was younger and I currently have a mini goldendoodle. I understand how keeping dogs happy and cared for is vital to ‘owners.’ I have a very flexible and open schedule! I like to take my own dog for longer walks to get energy out and relax our minds together. I love playing with them so they’re not just sitting around unhappy. It’s important to me to make sure all of their needs are met as I believe this affects longevity and overall well-being.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was young. I’ve walked, fed, bathed, helped train, and overall cared for animals. I have had experience with kittens/puppies and senior animals! I have watched family and friends dogs! I work part-time and my schedule is often different, but I am always free after 7 pm weekdays and 6 pm weekends. I am open to other times as well as long as I don’t work! I do not offer animals in my home due to having my own cats. Only dog and cat sitting at the clients house! Thank you

The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. In your home, I follow instructions and do the routine for your beloved just like you would. However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.

I also worked for several years at a doggy daycare and boarding facility, where I gained hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. About: I've worked over 16 years with dogs and cats at a local animal shelter. I have assisted hundreds of people over that time with training, and also trained many dogs to set them up for success. I can bathe, trim nails, clean ears. I'm extremely responsible and reliable and have completed several cerificate courses regarding training, care, behavior modification, in addition to my hand's on experience. I love working with animals! At the moment my schedule is wide open. I am taking onlines classes and am lucky to not have to work a typical 9-5 job. We have a fenced-in yard. Inside my home, I can baby gate your dog(s) in our dining room and kitchen area if need be. Whatever instructions of care I am given will be followed as specified.

About: As far as experience goes there isn’t a time in my life I remember that I wasn’t caring for an animal. From reptiles, to rodents, to cats and dogs, I’ve had them all. From a young age I was taught responsibility and discipline when it came to caring for tiny creatures. Additionally for over two years I volunteered weekly at a local animal shelter. During this time I gained knowledge as to how animals interacted with one another, how to properly administer medication, warning signs to look out for, what to do in emergencies, and deeply studied animal behavior. To add on to that I am currently employed at a doggie daycare. During my time here not only have I gotten to widen my horizons when it came to taking care of animals but I have learned hands on how to bandage a wound, what to do in animal confrontations as well as how to handle the unexpected such as sickness or seizures. Additionally over the last 3 years I have volunteered at different animal welfare programs across the globe. These include Portugal, Puerto Rico, Tanzania and soon Hawaii. During this time I have not only seen hands on other cultures way of taking care of animals but also gained knowledge as to how to better the animal care I provide to clients. As I previously stated I currently am employed at a doggie daycare. Additionally I work at a bakery as well. My schedule changes weekly so it can be hard to give an exact time frame when booking. Typically I work up to 8 hour shifts. I typically prefer to stay in clients homes to keep their pets safe and happy in their own environment. I will be there in the morning before work, and will immediately come back when I get off as well as being there at night. I try to spend as much time as possible with the pets while you are away I typically only offer staying in the clients home and I am comfortable crating animals while gone. I always keep things like medications safely out of reach and secured. Additionally upon booking I typically ask about any health notes, allergies, or special needs as well as a good contact number for your vet in case of emergency.

About: I’ve worked with variety of species, specializing with dogs! I have skills with grooming and training. I have 4 of my own dogs and do dog sports as well! I work from home so I have extra time to care for your pets and am able to move around my schedule. Saturdays are the only days I may not be able to take same day bookings! I understand crate and gate management and will make sure your animals are happy and healthy! As of right now I can’t offer boarding in my own home but maybe in the future

About: I've been surrounded by animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages and personalities. I currently have four dogs and have helped care for many others through family and friends. I also grew up with cats, so I'm comfortable caring for both dogs and cats. I'm heading to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities this fall, and pet sitting is the perfect way for me to cover some schooling dues and spend time doing something I genuinely love. So, I am always available until 2pm. But, catch me on a day I don’t work at the healthcare facility, and I’ll be free all day! Sometimes weekends can be hard, however I always find ways to make everything work out. As I live under my parents households still, I have two homes. One house has a large fenced in yard, with two friendly dogs that live there. The other home, has a large open field in the back, which unless the animal is off the leash trained, we have long leads for them to run free (ish). This home also has two even more friendly dogs who would love the company. Both of these homes are located in nice neighborhoods in the town of Plymouth.

About: I have had a dog for 12 years and do dog sitting on occasion. I love dogs and will take care of your dog as if it were my own! We can go for walks, runs, or just take a nap depending on what your dog enjoys. My goal is for both you and your furry friend to be happy. During walks I keep dogs closely leashed, pay attention to our surroundings, bring water and waste bags, and make sure not to walk too far especially in hot weather or with older dogs. For drop in visits I make sure pets have fresh food and water, get attention and play time, and that everything is clean and secure before I leave. I also know how important pets are to people, so I’d always keep owners updated and send pictures when I can.
