About: I own a special needs cat who is the light of my life! I can provide care ranging from medication administration, to cuddling, to cleaning litter boxes! I will be doing this mornings/evenings after finishing my full time job! I can offer services 3 times a day or walks twice a day Unfortunately I will not be providing services in my home, but I will follow all rules you have set in place to keep your babies safe!

About: At age 11, I saved up $1k to buy a dog! I’ve owned, housesat, and cared for dozens of cats and dogs, from guard dogs to therapy dogs, senior citizen dogs and small dogs. I rescued a sick kitten back to health and intentionally worked at a bird sanctuary over a much swankier job. Your animal spends most if not the whole day in the company of family, often as the adored center-of-attention. We bid dear friends goodbye when your pup or cat returns home and look forward to their return! I love to take your best furry friends outdoors for generous amounts of fast-paced exercise. An animal lover, I take your pets’ needs seriously. A professional, I respect your personal privacy and need for professional, clear, positive communication and top notch, heartfelt care of your precious companion. Kennels or a separate room are only used during meal time IF children are feeding their people- food to furry pals. Your pup or feline is truly treated as cherished family! I have flexibility to support your furry family and meet their social needs! I enjoy getting outside for pet adventures and exercise in rain, shine, or snow. In addition to providing individualized attention in your home, I offer doggy daycare, drop-in cat and dog care, and boarding services on my property on wooded Mt. Cardigan in Orange. Nearly zero kenneling!

About: My name is Ben and I live with my wife, Laura, in Canaan. I work from home and we are both available as needed throughout the day to provide close supervision, companionship and outdoor time for your pet. We grew up with a lot of pets, and have always loved being around dogs especially. We have had several Saint Bernards in the past and are comfortable with large dogs. Whatever the shape or size, we look forward to getting to know your pet and giving them the best care we can provide. We are happy to host and are flexible to travel, both weekdays and weekends. Looking forward to hearing from you! Availability 7 days/week with flexible work hours. Can travel to your home and stay overnight if needed as well as take out for walks during the day. Our house is spacious and comfortable with a large yard and surrounding areas to take for walks. Will follow instructions carefully to best accommodate different needs.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs as long as I can remember. And my experience goes out further than just cats and dogs. I’ve helped my parents take care of the animals on their little homestead for 3.5-4 years. I took care of ducks, chickens, pigs, goats, and more. I’m currently not working and I’m free Tuesday-Saturday. I’m available in the mornings/mid afternoon. I can do night hours only on Thursdays, fridays, and Saturdays. The people that i currently live with have a huge yard and 2 friendly dogs, one that has a runner hooked up outside and the other one gets to free roam. When I am in the clients home, I will make sure their fur baby is well taken care off and has everything they need. And potentially clean up when I leave.

About: I’m offering drop in visits and dog walking. I grew up around horses and owned dogs throughout my life. I currently have a 5 year old dog who I have had since he was 10 weeks old. I also have two cats. I work full time as a nurse but I have 4 days off a week. My schedule is different every week but I am available on most days off. I love animals and I look forward to helping take care of yours pets! I work three 12 hour shifts a week as a nurse. My schedule is different every week so I will make sure to always edit my availability. I usually have 4 weeks of my full time jobs schedule at a time. I love to play with dogs and if they want cuddles I am always happy for that. I am happy to know what your specific needs are for your pets.

About: Skiers, Hikers, Visitors, Neighbors - I’m back!! Dogs are individuals, they have their own lives and needs and emotions. They need to feel secure, just like we do. They should be able to act like a dog and not get in trouble for being joyful. I treat all dogs with respect and sensitivity to their needs - whether they want to run around in the yard after a ball or need quiet time at my feet. I have loved dogs all of my life and am devoted to giving them the lives they deserve. There's no better friend on this earth than a dog. I have always felt like the lucky one to have them in my life. You can be certain that your dog will be lovingly cared for, completely. I do NOT use crates. If you feel a crate is necessary as part of your dog’s routine, please bring it with you. Pick-up/drop-off can be arranged if my schedule allows. I’m also flexible with extended hours if we discuss it in advance, and I won’t charge you if it’s not too extreme! ***I do require proof that vaccines are current - including BORDATELLA (kennel cough) and Rabies vaccines, to protect all pups. If you want a same-day booking, this documentation is still required. Also, I do not accept any dogs/puppies who are currently positive for parasites, even if being treated. Thank you! My days are focused on dogs! My daily plans and choices center on giving dogs the kind of day they deserve. I want them to feel happy and safe. Dogs are allowed throughout the house, there is direct access to the deck and the yard, including a ramp from the deck. I do NOT use crates. If you feel a crate is necessary as part of your dog’s routine, please bring it with you. Very high strung playing dogs may not be a good fit, as I have a three-legged Great Pyrenees. Let’s chat about it and see! No aggressive dogs - your dog must enjoy the company of other dogs and humans. Any history of biting must be disclosed.

About: I have over 15 years of animal care experience. Including experience in animal welfare in a shelter environment, working with animal rescue cases. In this position I was responsible for handling and training everything from puppies, to highly reactive traumatized dogs. If wanted, I can easily weave basic training into my stay with your dog. I currently work part time no longer in the animal welfare field as I grow my full-time pet sitting business. My love and passion for animal care has not dwindled. Providing in house pet sitting services allows me to keep that passion alive in my life. About: We (myself, my nine-year old daughter, and our beagle) love to be active; truck rides to shady spots of water on hot days, to snowshoeing fun on trails in the winter (short walks around the neighborhood and “brain puzzles” take the cake for rainy days). We have learned new tricks and training skills through classes with a certified trainer. I am by no means a decorated professional, but I am educated and experienced with dogs. No more than one family of dogs at a time for services (up to 2 dogs). I prefer to keep our daily group small, and more one-on-one. Whether I’m there to hang out with your pup, or to take them out and about for the day, potty breaks are a must. If the weather is nice, we may spend our entire time outside! Please let me know if my beagle is okay to come with, or if your dog would do best without a four-legged friend.

In my home, I have a friendly 18-year-old Australian Shepherd who helps create a welcoming atmosphere for other pets. I follow their routines closely, including feeding times, walks, and play sessions. At a client's home, I respect their space and follow any specific instructions or routines the pet is used to. I make sure the environment is safe by removing any hazards. I also give them regular check-ins to ensure they are happy and healthy, and I am always available for cuddles and attention!

About: I have worked in veterinary medicine for over 6 years and have been a pet owner most of my life. I have had a hospice dog and have a soft spot for senior animals. I currently have a Siberian husky, a husky/shepard mix and 2 cats! I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available as needed. Animals are a significant part of my life and I look forward to helping you and your family. I am available for dog walks, drop ins, or pet sitting. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats as part of our family. They are definitely spoiled but also well trained. I take pet care very seriously, every animal deserves respectful and loving care. My dogs require a lot of activity due to their breeds which has given me a lot of experience with high energy, high needs dogs.
