House Sitting in Dodds Corner

About: I have had pets since I was born. I currently live with four dogs and two cats and help take care of them. I can walk dogs on short and long walks. I can house sit any pets or check in as needed. I have a cat of my own named Clementine. She is an affectionate two year old who loves to play. My sister has a cat of her own named Ace. She is six and prefers her space. She will find you when she wants attention or wants to play. My parents have four dogs. The oldest is Ripley at eleven years old. She loves affection and to cuddle. Penny is a Westie mix who is eight years old. She is a sassy dog who will wrestle her way into getting love. Her brother, Balin, is an eight year old German Shepherd. When he is not barking at one of the neighbors walking on the sidewalk, he loves to play ball or play with his sisters. The youngest dog is Artemis. She is a two year old German Shepherd who cannot stop moving. She loves to play and be outside for as long as she can. I work Monday through Thursday from 8am to 3pm. I am free Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I give pets amble opportunity before I go to work to use the bathroom, eat, and stretch their legs before I leave. When I get back I take the pets out immediately and feed them when scheduled. If I do leave the house, I try not to be gone for more than 4-6 hours. I can follow all of the instructions to the letter. I understand everyone has preferences how their pet is taken care of. I would love to know any quirks or routines your pets may have. I like to update after every visit. For house sitting, I will send photos and an update in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I can provide more updates if desired.

About: I have pet sat for my Nextdoor neighbors for years and I have also had dogs my entire life and had to take care of them I work best in the early mornings and later afternoon on weekdays and almost anytime works on weekends I’m mostly flexible and available to be there for your pets I always make sure the pets are fed and have gone potty and I make sure that there are not to many things they can get into or on top of I also notify the owner immediately if I feel something isn’t right or if they is a problem with the pet of if I have a question

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life I’m an expert but I definitely understand everything when it comes to their feeding schedules, them getting used to new people and potty breaks! i’m very patient and i experience different animal personalities every week due to the amount of pets around me when it comes to my family and friends im currently working part time so if scheduled at least a week in advance i’ll have plenty time to take pets on walks or just pet sit! im also currently working towards being able to do boarding bc i do live with my whole family and i also have a cat. Due to the fact that I myself have a kitten i’m extremely versed in simply taking care of a pet, their habits and behavior.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have hands-on experience caring for a variety of breeds and personalities. I have my own 11-year-old Shih Tzu named Summer, so I understand the patience, attentiveness, and love senior dogs need. I’ve cared for my aunt’s Chihuahua, including administering medication mixed into her dinner. I’m comfortable following feeding schedules and giving oral medications as directed. I’ve also stayed overnight in multiple homes caring for several dogs at once through trusted family and friend connections. Additionally, I regularly help care for my best friend’s two Boxers, including feeding them and giving the older dog a half pill each morning. I currently attend George Mason University and have one class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. However, boarding services are only available in Stafford, where my home is located. I’m happy to coordinate details in advance to make sure your pet’s routine is maintained and everything runs smoothly while you’re away. When boarding pets in my home, their safety and comfort are my top priorities. Visiting pets will always be kept separate from my 11-year-old Shih Tzu to ensure a calm and stress-free environment for everyone. My dog will stay either in my parents’ room or in the sunroom during boarding stays. I carefully follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, and any specific instructions provided. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, and affection so your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain their normal routine to minimize stress. My goal is to create a safe, structured, and loving environment wherever your pet is staying.
