About: I was raised with a variety of cats and dogs for 25 years, volunteered in a shelter while I was in school, and helped with herpetological demonstrations and assisted with their care. The last few years I have had further opportunity to care for coworkers' pets as I house sat for fellow nurses traveling . I have sat for everything from dogs and cats to lizards, snakes, fish, rabbits, even horses, pigs, goats, and chickens. I work as a nurse full time which allows me a relatively flexible schedule for drop in visits over the weekdays and and stretches of time off for longer stays. Flexibility is my motto; I am able to drop by for walks or let them out into the yard if there's fencing, all depending on your preference. I can free feed or work off a schedule, ect. I have worked with everyone from those asking me to just stop by to check the house and take in mail, no pets involved, to another asking for overnight stays with an anxious rescue on a feeding regimen and medication requirements.

About: My husband and I have been fostering dogs since February 2023. Sadly (or happily, rather), several of those fosters became foster fails. We went from having 1 dog and 2 cats to 4 dogs and 4 cats…but we wouldn’t have it any other way :) Our 4 cats are all extremely friendly and loving. Charlie is 6, Harley is 3, and Sweet Potato and Clementine just turned 1. Every single one of our dogs is a rescue. Molly is 9 months, Banjo is 7 months, Mia is 10-12 years, and Georgie is 8-10 years. Molly & Banjo were rescued with Paws of the Pines Rescue based in Southern Pines, NC. Mia & Georgie are a sister duo that we found dumped in the woods, and are the best senior pups we’ve ever encountered. My husband and I care deeply for all animals and do this because we love it, not for the money. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you’re in need of care. We will do what we can to serve you! I (Megan) wake up at 4:30 daily to let the dogs out, walk them, and feed them breakfast. I leave for work at 6. Jacob then wakes up and cares for the dogs until he leaves for work at 7. The dogs are crated until we come home. After work they engage in another walk, training, puzzles, you name it, and are highly active until bedtime around 9. The cats have an automatic feeder and water fountain. They love lounging around in the living room if the dogs are calm. All 4 cats are friendly and curious. Harley hangs around outside most of the day and the orange brothers are in and out as they please. Charlie is mostly indoors with the occasional peek at the outside world. Pets that enter my home will remain in the main living area with the puppies. The cats in my home are free to roam through the whole house. Dogs will need to be crate trained and okay other pets. I will accommodate their meals according to the owners’ requests. We are an active family, so walks are common!

About: I grew up on a farm and have had dogs all my life. I currently have a boykin spaniel named Colt. I dog sat through college and even worked in vet med. I work full time, but have a flexible schedule most days. I’m able to drop in before 8am, during my lunch, and after work. Weekends tend to be more open. I am able to take long or short walks, drop by just to take your dog out for a bathroom break, play, feed, administer medications.

About: I have always been around animals, I adore them and love being around them! I would rather be around animals than people! I am vet tech certified! I have 4 dogs at home plus cattle and more. I know the responsibility of having animals and taking care of them responsibly and efficiently In my home, we have dog crates and outside we have fences. So the dogs can go out and if any visitors are nearby they can be easily controlled!

About: I have extensive pet care experience, I am a former Veterinary Technician and am quite comfortable caring for pets with sensitive medical needs. I am able to administer medications whether that be orally, aurally, ocularly or via injection either intravenously or intramuscularly. I also did quite of bit of volunteer work at the Humane Society and am familiar with working with pets that have separation anxiety or a lack of social skills with other animals.

About: I have taken care of dogs and other kinds of pets since I was 14. My family and friends rely on me to come check in, walk, and play with their pets. I am available anytime during the day this summer. I do have a couple vacations already planned but I will communicate if something conflicts with the care you need for your pets! I have a fenced yard and 4 pugs that love to run around! My pets have plenty of toys they love to play with and they get fed twice a day. My cat also has plenty of toys and scratching posts, he also gets fed twice a day.

About: I have taken care of many pets since I was a little girl especially dogs. I am a dog owner and so is my family. when my family members leave on trips I take care of all the pets needs like walking feeding and spending quality time I am a mom so my hours are based around school. My hours are from 8:30am to 2:00 pm I feel that is adequate time to give your pets the extra needed attention, love, and exercise they require. Well tending to pets and clients home I make sure the dog will be leashed before heading out doors and making sure that all doors are secure before and after walks. If they are caged or crate I will make sure that they are properly secured.

About: I've grown up caring for multiple breeds of dogs and some cats. I have adopted an older Lab Mix from a kill shelter and he is the sweetest, calm and loving dog. Large dogs are my specialty but I love smaller dogs as well. Caring for them comes natural, on top of giving them plenty of space to run and exercise. I am comfortable giving any dogs medications as I have experience giving my own the same. If there is any specification you'd like for dog boarding, I am more than positive those needs can be met. Walking dogs is an everyday activity I do to keep them mobile and active as well as myself! I just enjoy any type of companionship that comes with caring for dogs! I’m currently working from home which helps allow us to provide full time care for our animals, as well as yours! We’re able to be outside and play anytime throughout the day. We have a large fenced in back yard with lots of room to roam and play outside. With cameras in the front and back yard that helps us keep a close eye on their movement to ensure safety.

About: I’ve been around cats and dogs even some reptiles all my life! I’m great with kittens puppies and even senior pets that need a little extra care. I have experience with administering medications im super patient with all pets even the ones that need a little extra attention and love! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. Close family and friends have always said I work well with animals. I am reliable and gentle with all furr friends. About: My name is Brooke and I am a full time MLT student at Sandhills. I have been dog sitting on the side as well as babysitting to get me the money I need through college. I love all animals and would love to help in any way needed. I have had multiple dogs and cats growing up so I am used to animals. I do overnight stays as well as just checking in daily on animals. My school hours at 9am -12pm Tuesday through Thursday so my schedule is very flexible. I do well with all sizes of dogs and all breeds. I also love cats and other animals that a family might have. About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life, especially when it comes to cats. I grew up in a household that always had multiple cats. I just recently moved from my parents house where we had four, including a rescue I brought back from an overseas deployment. I also have experience caring for senior pets, including my childhood pet, a 14 year old Siamese in her final years, where I provided comfort, medication support, and close monitoring. I’ve fostered multiple litters of kittens, including bottle feeding, scheduled care, and neonatal support (including stimulation for bathroom and feeding routines), so I’m very comfortable with young or high needs animals. I also have hands on experience caring for dogs, including a family chocolate lab that I regularly walked, took on beach trips, transported safely in my vehicle, and maintained consistent feeding and exercise routines for. I’m comfortable managing leash behavior, high energy dogs, and ensuring pets get both physical activity and attention. What sets me apart is my genuine compassion and attentiveness. I treat every pet like my own and take the time to understand their personality, needs, and comfort level. Treating any animal I encounter humanely is my calling. It is humans responsibility to care for them. I’m a substitute teacher, so I’m able to plan my days around the pets I’m caring for. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits, and I make sure to stay consistent with each pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and cared for. I have no pets or children at home. I have a huge backyard that isn’t completely fenced, but property behind it. No smoking or people coming in/out for any reasons.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 11 years old, I have had 6 dogs throughout my lifetime and each of them have had a very enjoyable and loving life. I have also pet sat for family members and family friends throughout the years. I am currently a student and a nanny, so Rover fits perfectly for the days I don’t have class or have to go into work I am a big backyard and a very friendly morkie who loves playing with others dogs. We will go on walks and play with lots of toys. I am also big on giving treats (as long as the owner is okay with that) and on giving lots of snuggles and belly rubs!

About: I’ve taken care of every type of animal from cows, bunnies, and chickens to horses, dogs, and cats since I was born, very pet friendly. I’ve even had a chameleon and plenty fish. My schedule is very flexible, I can do pop ins, walks, and I can even take pets to a river to play and run around I will accommodate all dogs needs bathroom wise, food wise, and I will make sure the pet has lots of play time, pets will be well taken care of, happy, and all needs/wants will be met

About: I recently moved here but grew up on a large agriculture/cattle farm in Wa state. I’ve shown all animals growing up, and competed in rodeo throughout most my high school years. I have had many dogs and many cats throughout my life as well as rescued more animals than I can count. I have a masters in mental health counseling but worked alongside a veterinarian throughout college. I currently have 6 dogs and 4 cats of my own, which most of them were strays I found. I truly believe animals are our children and they deserve to be loved and cared for as such. I am detail oriented and can ensure your baby(s) will be well taken care of. I currently am not working, so I am home full time. I recently got engaged, and my fiancé is military so I have lots of free time to help with whatever it is you may need! I have personally never crated my animals, but if it is what you prefer I will do that. We do have a very large yard with no neighbors, but I don’t even let my own dogs run around unsupervised. I did build a small fenced area in the back that attaches to a dogggy door in the house just so they can go out in emergency situations. My animals are allowed on furniture and of course sleep in the bed to get all the cuddles. I’ve been lucky to never have issues with chewing or accidents but I know all animals are different. I can truly accommodate to anything to make sure your pet is well taken care of.
