About: I’ve volunteered at my local animal shelter for almost 2 years now. I have also been around animals my whole life. I’ve raised dogs, cats, and so many others. I’ve also house and cat sat for neighbors and friends. I work part time, but have very flexible schedules. I would have most of my time to spend with your loved pets and can work around scheduling issues! My family has a little yorkie that loves all types of new friends and is very clingy. I take him on my runs and he loves it! I will always put the needs of your pet first and create a happy environment for them!

About: Hi there! We’re Justin and Esther—animal lovers with years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. Justin is an author who’s had pets his whole life, starting with a sweet cat named China, who had a litter of kittens he raised until their passing. Today, we care for Lunae Lux, our energetic Siberian Husky, and Fayth, Justin’s affectionate cat. For Esther, being surrounded by animals was always a dream—and marrying Justin made it a reality. It’s allowed her to bond deeply with both Lunae and Fayth, fulfilling her lifelong wish to share her days with furry companions. They are like children in that aspect, or fur children as people say. My cat and dog get along very well. I have trained my Siberian Husky to be more understanding and caring to smaller animals such as cats.

About: I have experience with house sitting with multiple pets from a few days to two months. I owned my own dog for 14 years before she passed away this year. I worked at the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia for a year. This past year I have been fostering a puppy for the Guide Dog Foundation so I have experience raising a puppy from three months old. I’ve just moved to Athens after spending many years building a solid client base in Gainesville. Right now I’m looking for pet care to be a main source of income so I have a very open availability. I have around eight years of experience caring for pets (outside of my own). I have been trained but the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia and the Guide Dog Foundation in animal care and have lots of love to give our furry friends.

About: I have been around animals my whole life, pretty much. As a sophomore in high school, i landed a internship with the animal hospital i work at now. My junior year after my internship, I was employed at Ashley Hills Pet Center, which is a great boarding facility. Then later on when i graduate high school i landed a job at oconee county veterinary hospital. I have a huge passion for animals and always have. I am currently working and going to real estate school but i am available for dog walking, house sitting, dog sitting and drop in visits. i do not work full time so i can work you around my schedule! i am very flexable. i am a very well trained veterinary technician of almost a year now and i have learned so much. i have many talents and if there is an emergency i have my coworkers and boss to help me in anyway. About: I have raised several puppies successfully and have helped a family member with caring for large litters of Great Danes. We have had senior dogs that have required medication administration, including insulin. I also volunteer at the heart Humane Society in Georgia taken care of the cats and the dogs that are waiting to be placed into a forever home. I currently work par-time so I have plenty of time for pet care. I do have other family in my home that can care for my pets if I am needed for over nights. I love caring for pets it makes me feel rewarded when pets respond positively with me. I have 2 dogs in my home both weigh approx. 50 pounds. Our yard is fenced in so they go in and out. I take them on walks and hikes to nearby waterfalls. They are fed twice a day, just dry food once and with shredded chicken the second time. I also bath them and trim their nails and brush their teeth. I would be happy to assist where I can with your pets routines.

About: I absolutely adore every animal, from the furry, to the scaly and slithery. I am well acquainted with dog and cats of all sizes and do not discriminate against breed or size. The majority of my life I've been surrounded by animals, and all of them have helped me grow to be the person I am today. Good shaded areas and sunny spots for days with good weather. I stay outdoors with my dogs and others when they're out, and will not leave them unattended. We have plenty of toys and activities to do!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life but more so in my 20s, dogs are my people, and my love is like no other. I currently work from home and can make my own schedule. So my schedule is wide open to fit any of your precious babies needs! My dogs get regular exercise and plenty of potty breaks as well as just laying around outside sun bathing! I own a house with 5 acres plenty of space to roam around. I have a small area fenced in for potty breaks if you’d feel more comfortable otherwise id take them for walks on my property! When inside they’re free to roam around. Any toys and food you want to bring with you is welcome! And I can follow feeding instructions if your pet has specific needs. With over 15 years of pet care experience I am equipped to care for dogs of varying breeds, ages, and training levels. I am comfortable working on basic training skills with young dogs, and providing specialized care to senior dogs. Having spent several years in animal healthcare I feel comfortable administering medications, and providing supportive care for chronic illnesses. That experience has also awarded me the insight be to able to monitor your pet’s behavior and activity in a way that will ensure their safety and overall health while in my care. My services are not limited to basic walks and drop-ins. We can go for a hike, swim in the lake, or go spend a day at the dog park! If there is a specific experience you wish for your pet to have on our day together let me know and I’m happy to try to accommodate! I do work a full time job as I am still trying to build my pet sitting and transport business but my hours are flexible and I can make all the time I need to help care for your pets. I ask a lot of questions and work with my client to follow the routines they already have set for their pets to make sure they always feel safe and comfortable. I like to do an introductory meeting at least a couple days before our scheduled time together to meet with your pet to determine if we will be a good fit for each other. If we venture out for a walk I have a crate secured in the car to safely transport pets from one location to another. I bring a portable water bowl and a bottle of fresh water on all walks so your pet will stay hydrated throughout our time together. If you choose to have me accompany your pet to the lake I ask that you please provide a life jacket for them so I can help provide the safest play space possible.
