About: I’ve grown up around all sorts of animals. I’ve had the pleasure of caring for dogs, cats, birds, turtles, mice, and chickens! No matter the size, I’m up for the job! When in doubt, just reach out! I work a part time job while also attending Purdue. I am mostly free in the late afternoons. I will update my schedule every now and again to make sure it reflects my availability appropriately! I approach pet sitting with the mindset of meeting a pet where they’re at. If a pet seems timid and anxious, I will allow them to warm up to me however they feel comfortable. I will not force any connections with pets, and rather meet them where they’re at in their comfort. It’s very hard for some pets to adjust to a new caregiver, so I like to give them space to warm up and come to me when the time is right. I think it’s very important to keep their care as consistent as when their owners are around! It’s hard enough having their owners out of the house, but hey lady my dinner is late! I like to make sure they still have consistency during these times to make things just that much easier.

About: Your pets are your family, and you want the best care when you can't be there for them. I can provide that care with love and attention to their needs! For over 25 years, I have been caring for all kinds of pets. I am also experienced in medication and senior pets. I am retired from the business world. I am able to be flexible to care for pets in their home. Given a day notice, I can be able to accommodate most demands. This service might be available. I do have three dogs at home in a fenced yard. They are friendly, but the service would depend on the client's dog.

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life growing up in rural New Mexico. I own a GSP who loves every dog he meets. We are active so I’m happy to take yours on a run or hike. If they prefer indoors, I am also very happy to lounge on the couch. No request is too big. Happy to do a meet and greet for the dogs prior pet sitting if needed. I often come home on my lunch breaks to let the dogs out again, and I’m usually home between 4 and 5 in the afternoon for another potty break, dinner, and some relaxing downtime together. I’m flexible with feeding and walk times and can easily adjust my schedule to make sure your pet is comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I genuinely enjoy walks and love including them as part of my daily routine! Since I have two dogs of my own, I don’t offer overnight house sitting, but I’m happy to do drop-in visits and spend quality time with your pets while you’re away. I can come by for walks, playtime with their favorite toy or ball, or even practice basic commands using training treats or a clicker. When your dog stays with me, they’ll be treated just like family, loved, cared for, and included in daily life. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for running and playing. I do my best to follow the same routines and training methods you use at home, so your pet feels comfortable and confident while in my care. About: From my own pets, my neighbor's pets, my family's pets, and my friend's pets I have successfully and lovingly cared for pets of all ages, energy levels, and personalities. I also work at a dog/cat kennel and care for dogs who are in day care as well as dogs and cats who are boarding for various lengths of time. We can work together to make sure we get you what you and your pets need! The hours that I am able to walk, check in, or be at a house during a house sit are Monday and Wednesday before 5 am and after 12:30 pm, Tuesday until 11 am and after 7:30 pm, Thursday before 11:30 and after 1:30, Friday before 5 am and after 7:30 pm, and full weekend availablity. I will always make sure to listen to your instructions, concerns, and advice. If you're not sure what instructions to give, don't worry, I'll ask as many questions as I need to make sure your pets are well cared for.

I’m also a trained veterinary assistant so I am capable of handling just about every situation I come across with your canine companion. I am a senior at Purdue university studying Pre-Veterinary medicine.
