And an overnight so Charlie would know where she was and the new place. She did wonderfully for 2 weeks due to them caring for her attentively. I was at peace our entire trip to visit two sets of grandchildren knowing Charlie was in the BEST of hands. We will have her back with them in May for another week. About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve loved being around and tending to animals since I was a little girl. I had dogs and cats my whole life (except for right now) and have loved learning to meet their needs! I am a part-time social worker at a local non-profit organization. I am also beginning online grad school to become a therapist. With both of these commitments, I primarily work from home. My weeks are pretty flexible! I live in a home with a fenced backyard and room for pets to play and be active! I currently have no permanent pets here. I am eager to travel to homes to provide company, activity, and care to pets!
“This was our dogs' first stay with anyone new. They were both anxious & kept peeing & pooping in Surama's home because of it, even though she was taking them out very often. Surama was very patient with them & made their stay a good one regardless. We didn't anticipate this issue & felt terrible about her having to deal with cleaning so many messes. I appreciated that she was open & honest about what was happening, while assuring me it was fine & in no way causing us to feel worse about it. About: I have been taking care of animals ever since I was about 9 years old! I had a hamster growing up and we had two family dogs growing up. I have experience taking care of other people's animals as well as taking care of family pets such as my sister's dog (beagle mix) and my parent's dogs (two Chesapeake bay retrievers and a rescue hound). I also have experience taking care of cats for family & friends! I also have experience helping take care of newborn puppies, as my stepdad breeds Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. I also worked/volunteered at a local shelter for years. working with puppies. old, big, little and traumatized dogs. I can run with those that want to. Additionally, I’m good at fetch and tug-of-war. And I have uploaded a copy of my PetCare Insurance in my photos that covers potential incidents in your home, my home and in the park. I’ve given medication’s. I will follow your instructions to the letter and I don’t have an opinion. I have a lot of free time while I’m working on a book and don’t really need the money. I just would love the experience. I think the most important part is safety. PetCare Insurance for the unforeseen, but vigilance eliminates a lot of that. Pets are often curious and you need to make sure they’re not getting into harms way. When I take your dog for a walk, I won’t be on my phone because you need to be on the lookout for potential danger. I can take your dog to the park, around the neighborhood, for a drive or just stand in the yard. It’s all up to you. I will follow your instructions without opinion.

About: I've been taking care of dog for as long as I can remember. I'm able to take care of/ watch dog from puppies to seniors. I've watched dog with and without disabilities, and I know how to administer medications from pills to shots. I also know how to preform cpr and the heimlich if needed. I currently have a part time job and work 4 to 5 days a week from 9am to 3:30-4. I always will try my best to work around my schedule to accommodate my clients needs. About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. I like to have group play or just time outside when it’s cool in the mornings and evenings. I have a fenced backyard that I check for holes daily and an open front yard (leashes at all times out front). I’m able to crate your dog at anytime they might need it and can even have them in a separate room if crates aren’t their thing. Another bonus is that my wife is home just about full time and is able to care for your pet when I’m not around. If I’m at your house, I will take your dog outside on a leash the first few times just to see how they are and to make sure they aren’t an escape artist once mom/dad is gone

I love and admire all types of animals, especially dogs and cats and would love and care for your pet as if they were one of my own. We live out in the country with a small fenced in yard and a fairly large 2-story house with lots of room for dog walks if on a leash outdoors and they can have the run of the house indoors! About: Ever since I was a little girl we have always had a dog in the house so, when I turned 18 I adopted one of my own but after 16 1/2 years of loving her, I had to say good bye. “This experience was wonderful for both my dog and I. I have never left him before and he had a great time. Emily is an awesome dog sitter. She sent me pictures every day. She has two of the sweetest little boys that Augie enjoyed playing with and also a small dog of her own. After the first picture arrived I was able to enjoy my vacation. He was glad to see me but I’m sure he’s going to miss Emily and the boys. I was very happy with her care and will use her again when I need to. I would highly recommend her to keep your dog and feel comfortable about leaving it there.”

About: I have taken care of my parents senior dog in my home while they were out of town. Helped a former coworker with her dog, also in my home, while she was out of town. I have helped a friend of mine with their senior dog + 4 cats in their home as drop in visits while they were out of town. Since starting Rover, I have had multiple in home stays with dogs, and homes that have both dogs and cats. I work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. My morning routine includes leaving the house by 7:00 AM to take my child to daycare or school. Before departing, all pets in my care are taken outside, fed, and provided with any necessary medications. Depending on the proximity of your home, I may be available to stop by during my lunch break to check on and care for your pet. After work, I pick up my child from daycare and can typically arrive at your home around 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, dogs will be taken outside promptly and fed as needed. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss specific care needs or scheduling. I care for pets with the same level of attention and compassion as I do my own. I follow each pet’s individual feeding schedule, ensure they always have access to fresh water, and administer any required medications as directed. Dogs are taken outside regularly for bathroom breaks and exercise, and I make time to play and engage with them to keep them happy and active. For cats, I maintain clean litter boxes in addition to providing consistent feeding, fresh water, and attentive care. I also enjoy offering treats when permitted; my daughter especially loves helping to give treats, making it a fun and positive experience for your pet.
About: I have taken care of dogs since middle school. I love dogs and have two on my own - a Dalmatian and a Basset Hound. My family is very active and we walk the doggies daily! My job is very flexible and I have a lot of extra time during the day to spend time with the doggies! I have had dogs all my life! I love dogs and I spend a lot of time outdoors with the doggies! I make sure the doggies get at least one walk a day but more often than not they get walked twice daily.
