About: Im Lily, and I love dogs! •My speciality is large breed dogs! I have my own 100 pound Black Russian terrier, Thea who is my baby. •I am also very comfortable with watching and walking intact dogs. As I know the importance of a large breed staying intact until they are fully mature. I have experience caring for dogs in heat, and understand the behavior change that occurs in the dog experiencing it and the potential for it to effect male dogs around. • I am happy to help with potty breaks throughout the day, walks, bathes, basic training, and preparing specialty meals for your puppy! I am not a dog trainer but I am more than comfortable and capable of helping with basic training for dogs and puppies, such as, potty training, recall, on leash walking, and basic commands (sit, stay, down, etc) • I do love big dogs, but I would be ecstatic to help with your puppy or small dogs, since my dog has grown up, I don’t get to experience having a little pup/dog around. • Socialization is great for dogs but can be hard to trust when you don’t know a dogs temperament or vaccination status. If you are looking for your dog to have social activity with a well behaved, healthy dog Thea would be more than happy to join a walk or play date. I am currently a student taking online classes, so my availability is open. I am very flexible and more than happy to be on your schedule! I have a fenced yard and my own dog is extremely friendly with other animals including small dogs. Inside of my home I do not leave things laying around that could potentially harm my own dog or others. My kitchen is clean and I don’t leave food out so a dog getting into something they shouldn’t would be very hard.

About: My wife and I have a combined experience of 14 years taking care of all kinds of animals. We see them as family. We were a former care coordinator for our local humane society before moving to Oregon and take looking after your family very seriously. Don't like a male in your home? No problem we'll arrange for my wife to present instead. We work together for you! After the passing of our dog we wanted to start Rover in memory of our Chewy we have 2 Cats and 1 small Senior Dog that would be isolated in our master bedroom to give your family member the space and attention they deserve! About: I’ve had animals my whole life and have cared for them through every stage of life. I raised both of my dogs from puppies. One lived to be 18, and the other was with me for 15 years. I also raised a cat from a kitten who lived to be 16 and adopted an adult cat who stayed with me well into her senior years. Caring for my own pets from their earliest days through their senior years gave me experience with everything from puppy and kitten care, to medications, mobility changes, and noticing the little things that can make a big difference in their comfort and quality of life. Friends and family have always counted on me to care for their pets while they’re away, so I’m comfortable with a wide variety of personalities, routines, and medical needs. I know every pet is different, and my goal is to help yours feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I work full-time Monday through Friday (8-5), but I have a flexible schedule that allows me to offer several services throughout the week. Dog walks: My favorite service! Available most weekdays early before work, during lunch (for nearby clients), and after work. I’m also available for walks throughout most weekends. House sitting: I have the most flexibility on weekends, but I can also be available for house sitting during the week with advance notice. If you have reliable Wi-Fi and are comfortable with it, I’m able to work remotely from your home so your pet can enjoy extra company while staying in their normal routine. Drop-in visits: Available during weekday lunch breaks for nearby clients, as well as on weekends. If you’re unsure whether your schedule will work with mine, feel free to reach out. About: I have had animals in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and even reptiles. I am currently training to become a dog groomer and I’m taking classes to get my vet tech certification. I have the experience and knowledge necessary to ensure your pets are safe, comfortable and happy with me. I am currently working part time so I have the availability to care for your animals without anything impeding my ability to keep a close eye on them. My house is a large space with a very large fenced in back yard. I have two dogs that are easy to get along with. I have animal gates I can secure if you’d prefer your pets to be separated from my two small pups. I have 3 bedrooms so I can even dedicate a room to just your animal so they have a private and comfortable space.

About: I’m a Credentialed Veterinary Technician, licensed in Oregon and California. I have been licensed for six years with eleven years in vet med overall. I currently work full time at an animal clinic and do this as a hobby. I am trained to monitor chronic conditions like heart disease, kidney disease, and diabetes, as well as post surgical patients. I’m well versed in ear cleaning, nail trims, and anal gland care too, so your pet is in genuinely experienced hands, not just loving ones. I’ve been a Lab owner most of my life. I have only one now, Coco, and we’ve earned several titles together over the years, including her CGC. We’re a lot more low-key these days, mostly walks and time outside together, but that history means I understand dogs at every stage, from a young, driven dog with energy to burn to an older dog who just wants a good routine and someone paying attention. I keep a saltwater fish tank too, so if you’ve got fish or other small companions alongside your dog, I’ll look after those as well. I prefer check-ins or drop-in visits or walks. I like caring for pets in their own home and environment rather than mine, since that’s usually where they’re most relaxed and themselves. I’m calm and steady with anxious or shy dogs, and I take the time to let them warm up at their own pace instead of rushing them. I’m available for check-ins across Eugene, Springfield, Thurston, Vida, and up the McKenzie as well. After work (6pm) walks work best for me on weekdays. If you’re in town, I’d rather do fewer, longer visits than a lot of short ones. Upriver, I’m flexible either way. I currently work full time and I am available to swing by for afterwork walks during the weekdays and anytime on weekends, I work in Eugene and live in Vida and can easily cover any of that area. I have a newly fenced and gravel dog area for restroom use, with a dog room and dog door. Dogs that leave the home with me always have a collar with identification on as well as a leash.

About: Caring for pets has been an important part of my life for as long as I remember and I know how important it is that our furry family members get the best care when we are away. From daily feeding, playtime, and training to handling medications, vet visits, trips to the emergency vet, I've done it all. I volunteer weekly at the Greenhill Humane Society socializing shy and nervous cats and have completed a course in pet CPR and first aid. With an 18-month-old boxer of my own, I know all about working with exuberant dogs and puppies and am always learning new training techniques to help with enrichment and obedience. A few things I would like every pet parent to provide me before I care for their pet. We can discuss this, and anything that I missed, when we first meet. - Expected arrival and departure dates and time - Emergency contacts besides yourself - Feeding schedule and instructions, including treats allowed - Health conditions to be aware of - Detailed medication instructions if needed - Name and address of their vet - Closest emergency vet - Pet temperament (fears, anxieties, etc) - Toys and favorite games - Where pet(s) sleep - Where they are and are not allowed in the house or yard (if dog) Dog: - Their potty habits - Equipment such as harnesses, leashes, poop bags, treats etc. - Anything I need to know about their behavior outside of the home (walking, in the car, around other animals and people) - Crate rules (if used) House (if housesitting): - Alarm instructions if applicable - Trash, recycling, and mail/package handling - Location of pet supplies - Location of thermostats, electrical panels, laundry, etc. - Wifi password, remote controls, etc. - Any service professionals who might visit during the stay (cleaners, yard maintenance, etc.) - Expectations around plants, mail, clean-up before your return I'm retired from the UO, so outside of my volunteer hours (~6 hours/week), my schedule is very flexible! I'm happy to work with the schedule that suits your pets needs. Meeting your pet's needs is my highest priority, whether it is playtime, quiet affection, a long walk, or simple companionship. I ask that all pet owners leave detailed instructions on their pet's needs, including what treats they can have, medications required, how they like to play, what actions or situations might cause anxiety, and all information for vet care and emergency contacts.

About: Growing up I’ve always had dogs and cats in my home and I’ve loved every each one of them. I currently have 2 cats and 3 other in the house from my roommates. my youngest is a 5 month old orange tabby named boots and my oldest is a 8 year old calico named Nora. I’ve taken care of rotties, huge huskies, German shepherds, border collies, chihuahuas along with many many cats!
