I’m Mia, I just made the big move to st. croix falls and i work full time as a paraprofessional for the middle school, so I will have the entire summer to get to know you and your 4 legged family member! I am a Responsible patient animal lover. My idea of a perfect evening is to curl up with a good book or show and a nice warm puppy. I look forward to getting to know your loyal companion and spending some quality time together. I work 8 am-3:30 Pm Monday Through Friday but come summer time, I will be available morning and night, weekday and weekend for your 4 legged family members! I have 4 dogs and 1 cat, we have three acres for them to roam and find new smells! We have extra kennels if need be!

About: Since childhood, I have always had a special connection with animals, always drawn to them. I have cared for cats, dogs, and other small critters since I can remember. I am now the proud owner of 4 large dogs, 5 cats, a lionhead rabbit, and fish. I graduated from UWRF with my pre-vet in Animal Science and spent 2 years as a large animal technician at a facility in Coon Rapids, MN. I train feral Mustangs and have taught my cat tricks too! My sister has let me use her dogs for agility and other dog sports on occasion. I've been farm sitting privately by word of mouth for the past 3 years and am now expanding to Rover. I work from home so it is easy to accommodate all of your pets needs. I have limited hobbies as horses are my primary personality trait. About: I have always had pets while growing up. Rabbits, dogs, cats, calves. My family lived on a farm in my younger years and I absolutely loved the animals we had and loved caring for them. I do drop in visits to care for some of my friend's animals and I also walk dogs,play with them and keep them company while their owner's are at work. My pet's have always been considered my kids and I take the utmost care for friend's,family and customer's pets--as if they were my own. Animals seem to warm up to me right away. I look forward to meeting your pets and making a great relationship with them. I am on Social Security Disability so I am unable to work. I am disabled due to neck surgeries/pain but caring for animal's does not not interfere with my pain. It's very therapeutic for me to be around animals. I am usually very flexible with my schedule, as to fit you in, if I have a 3 day (or more) notice. I am not offering pet sitting in my own home but will gladly do drop in visits at yours or walk your animal(s) from your home.

I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.
