About: Hi folks. I'm Heather. I live in Amery at my cat Simba's house. 😀 I have always had pets. While I was growing up, we always had dogs, cats and rabbits. It was my responsibility to feed, water and do whatever else that was needed to be done to take care of them. My family lived on a farm when I really young and I was in seventh heaven. I had a calf, a pig, two dogs and various barn cats and we raised rabbits. Being around animals is relaxing for me. 💜 My fur babies have always been like family to me. I don't have children so I consider my cat Simba, my kid. 😻 I look forward to meeting your pet(s) and making a great relationship with them. ❤️ I offer the following services: Drop in visits. If you need me to feed and or potty your pet, I offer that. I also offer dog walking. I also offer caring for your pet, overnight, in your home. This is usually what's best for the animal.(s) This way they get to stay in the comforts of their own home and feel more relaxed. I do not take animals in at my house. About: Since childhood, I have always had a special connection with animals, always drawn to them. I have cared for cats, dogs, and other small critters since I can remember. I am now the proud owner of 4 large dogs, 5 cats, a lionhead rabbit, and fish. I also have experience working as a vet assistant for the last five years and have a keen eye for paying attention to the needs of our beloved fur babies. Along with experience, I am obtaining a certification as a veterinary technician, just completing my first year of a two-year program. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for 4 years now! I’m comfortable with staying in your home for overnights or just visiting during the day for walks and play time! Willing to travel to wherever you’re located. I currently have a part-time job, where I work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I am able to meet your pet(s) both before and after work, and if I am currently sitting, I make your animals a priority in my routine! About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. About: I am a full time overnight sitter and walker. Additionally I am Fear Free Certified in Dog Daycare Handling. I have 13 years I spent at the first Daycare/Boarding facilities in MN to become Fear Free certified. I have 9 years in overnight care, to which my clients have become like family. I am constantly educating myself on how to provide the best care for our pets. Outside of work, I am my friends' go-to pet sitter. It's an ongoing joke that I am never alone. Even if they are related to not just your dog, but your home. I am also very excited to have completed a Therapy Dog course at Canine Inspired Change with one of my clients dogs! I am excited to be doing therapy dog work with her. After losing my dog of 17 years in 2025, I decided to quit my job and focus on dog care full time. I spend my days taking 1-5 dogs out on fun excursions! We will rent Sniff Spots, go on long leash adventure hikes, backyard play dates with friends, or enjoy indoor playtime at a local training facility that lends me their playroom space. Your dog will have 24/7 care with me, and enjoy all the perks that my mini daycare dogs do. If I stay at your house, I will stay there overnight to make sure I can accommodate all the dogs needs. About: Hi there! My name is Savannah, and I recently moved to the area! I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.

I’m especially comfortable with larger breeds and have lots of experience with American Akitas, so big dogs don’t scare me! I’m happy to plan around your pet’s routine and my upcoming fall classes. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I want both the pet and their home to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’ll follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and plenty of attention. I’ll always respect their space and belongings, keep doors and gates securely closed, and make sure pets are supervised and safe. About: I have been taking care of friends and families pets since I was 16. Taking care of their animals while they are on vacation.
