About: 🐱🐶 Animals have been my whole world my whole life! I have experience with a variety of animals from fish 🐠 to turtles🐢 as well as dogs🐕 and cats🐈⬛. I use positive reinforcement training techniques with our three rescue dogs and I use worship all cats techniques with our cats 😆. I am comfortable and familiar with the needs of puppies and kittens as well as senior animals. So medication💊 and physical therapy💪 exercises are something I am happy to provide! I went to college for animal behavior and animal sciences and have a degree in Ecology 🌎 I completed a 2 year course in wildlife rehabilitation. I will treat your animals as if they were my own and that means they get the utmost care and attention. 🫡 I will respect and follow whatever your babies' needs and preferences are as well as yours when it comes to them and to your space. 💓 We love taking our dogs on all sorts of outdoor adventures but safety is always our top priorty⛰️🦺! I am great at reading animals and understanding the different personalities and quirks they each have so I can provide them with the best care that works for them 🧐 Every animal is different but they all deserve our best! I have a flexible schedule and my own car that allows me to be an adaptive and on call care giver. I don't mind late bookings or cancelations as I understand that things come up. About: I have always had dogs in my life, and I currently have 3 of my own. I worked in veterinary emergency and critical care for 2 years and spent several months at a fear-free general practice before needing to take a step back from vetmed. I have 6 years of personal experience with dog training and behavior, and spent some time volunteering for a rescue on the administrative end. I am very knowledgeable on dog behavior/body language and I am comfortable working with a wide range of temperaments, ages, and breeds. Puppies, medical/behavioral needs pups, and seniors are my specialty! I am also RECOVER CPR certified. My schedule is wide open most days, and we are a very active family! We frequently go for hikes and spend time with our dogs in nature. My whole world revolves around animals and I love being able to experience the great outdoors with dogs. I use reward-based/force-free handling techniques with any dog I interact with. I try my hardest to set dogs up for success in my interactions with them - I am not afraid to spend as much time as needed to gain the trust of a fearful dog before attempting to interact directly. I am a strong believer in using body language, reward, and moving at the dog's pace to ensure dogs make good choices and have a positive experience every time they interact with me. I treat all pets I interact with as if they are my own!
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a child- when I turned 18 I started getting professional experience with working as a dog trainer and becoming a puppy raiser for service dogs! In the last 10 years I’ve become an AKC CGC evaluator, Do More With Your Dog fitness coach/Trick Dog Instructor, and am a recent KPA graduate! My personal dogs are CGC title holders, trick dog champions, and one is Search and Rescue in training. While your animals are in my care I will continue training practices, or if no training, at least promote good walking behavior. I have experience with all types of dogs from fearful to high-drive! NOTE: I do usually accept intact males for daycare services, just not boarding services. Please contact me directly about any questions! My daily schedule is a bit different day to day but I do have availability everyday. Please reach out with what you are looking for! I will take the upmost precautions with your dog, I carry extra leashes in case of a malfunction. If pet sitting, I check fences daily, never leaving dogs outside unattended and always being aware of surroundings.
About: I grew up on a farm which meant caring for all types of domestic and farm animals. I’ve cared for and trained horses since I was 9, I have owned reptiles and rodents and even cared for opossums lol! I’m currently on summer break from college and I’m available 7 days a week!
