About: I've grown up with a love of all animals and have had at least one dog or cat in the family for as long as I can remember. My mom managed a boarding and training kennel and took me to work with her every day, where I not only assisted her with the daily tasks, but also learned about caring for animals of all types and sizes. I started pet sitting for family and friends around the age of 10, and also was responsible for taking care of the pets in our home. I take my animals out for regular playtime and bathroom breaks, clean up the yard, and feed and water as needed. We have an older dog so I've also gotten comfortable with administering medication, whether it's chewable, hiding pills in treats, or injecting into the animal itself. I was bit by the pet lover bug at an early age, and it's become a huge passion in my life. My schedule is open and ready to accommodate any of your pet sitting needs. I have reliable transportation so I can either stay overnight to pet sit for you or stop by for a quick check-in or playtime. About: I’ve grown up with childhood dogs of all kinds from tiny chihuahuas and mini labradoodles to big breeds like Saint Bernards. I’ve learned that every dog is different, and their care really depends on their breed, personality, and routine. I’ve helped care for my siblings’ pets, looked after cats and dogs for neighbors, and I’m confident handling different energy levels, sizes, and needs. I’m also a runner, so I love taking active dogs on longer walks, but I’m just as happy keeping older or more anxious pets company and making sure they feel safe and calm. I’m currently working two on-campus jobs this summer, but I still have plenty of flexibility throughout the week. I’m usually available for dog walks or check ins in the mornings, late afternoons, or early evenings, depending on the day. I’m great at keeping a routine and following instructions closely, and I’ll always make sure your pet is cared for on time. I live in a quiet campus dorm that’s clean, calm, and pet-safe. There’s nothing harmful lying around, and I’m happy to let pets on the bed or bring in a dog bed if needed. It’s a simple space, but I make sure it’s comfortable and welcoming. I’ll take your pet out for regular walks and give them plenty of attention while they’re here.

About: I have a dog myself (4 years old) and I understand how hard it is to find someone to take care of your dogs while you’re away. I would absolutely love if you trust me to watch your babies and I will send you lots of pictures and updates if you’re comfortable with that. I’m a graduate student at Appalachian State and live super close to campus so I’m at my apartment most of the day when I’m not in class. I am quite flexible, I do live in an apartment so a lot of what I’ll do with be out and about or playing with my dog if they’re good together. I am available to watch them often and I’m the only one on the home so you don’t have to worry about them running away for any reason.

About: I have grown up volunteering in my local humane society, but have been working in dog daycare for the past 2 years. I also have experience caring for other pets including cats, fish, and even lizards! I offer both walking and house sitting services, but will also train basic commands upon request. My schedule is pretty open as I am home for summer break and am available at any point throughout the day. I am a college student so I will be gone for some parts of the year, but am available when I am home for breaks. my main priority with caring for dogs is to make sure they are as happy and healthy as possible. that can look a variety of ways depending on the dog, but i prefer to offer endless snuggles and training of some sort to provide the perfect amount of stimulation.

About: Dogs are my biggest passion! I used to be a shift leader at a doggie day care in Florida. I have experience working with hundreds of dogs of all sizes. My days there included paying close attention to detail and learning the characteristics of each dog. I worked with dogs of all ages puppies to seniors. I was in charge of watching and caring for big groups of dogs. Feeding all the dogs lunch and of course lots of playtimes! I am new to rover and have lots of open availability for your pups! I occasionally travel to Mooresville for a pet sitting/house sitting gig. Other than that I am in Boone full time. I prioritize the well-being and happiness of every pet I care for. About: Dogs love our 10 acres of mountain land with hiking trails, old logging roads and a creek. We have extensive experience dog sitting, house sitting, fostering and training all breeds and age ranges of dogs. We are always surrounded by dogs at the cabin. We will always be with your dog. We work remotely and have two Blue Heelers that can play with your dog. Our dogs and your dog will be a part of our daily routine. Your pets will become part of our family. We do not crate or board dogs up, unless you ask us to crate them. They will be living in our cabin and will be treated as our own. We are very flexible with times and can accommodate last minute bookings. We are also happy to keep you updated throughout your pets stay with us and we love to provide photos.
