About: I can't remember a time when we didn't have a dog at home. Or two. We've also had a cat, turtles, fish, a frog, and hermit crabs. I grew up around animals and they were as much a part of the family as anyone else. I helped to take care of them when I was old enough. From feeding and going on walks, to distracting my anxious dog on the 4th of July when he hated the fireworks. A few years ago, I dog-sat for a family friend, dropping by several times a day to take their dogs out for a walk, give them food, and keep them company while they played. It was my favorite job. I remember thinking, 'if only I could do this full-time.' Now I've moved away and I'm in an apartment - where sadly I can't have a pet. But finding Rover made me realize I can help others, meet new animals, and have my favorite job again at the same time. I do a lot of freelance work, which lets me set my own schedule and keep odd hours if I need to. I'm happy to work during the week as well as weekends, though I try and take Sundays off (if you need me on Sundays please contact me and I can see if it's possible to add you in). I know you are trusting me both with your pets and your home. I will make sure to leave your house cleaner than I found it, with the addition of your pet being happier too. I have been around older dogs, and my childhood pet lived to be nineteen. I've changed doggy diapers, and I know that older dogs need extra love and patience. I want to care for and love your pet. I hope that with me being coming to your home, the animals know the area, they aren't stressed, and aren't lonely because the rest of the family might not be there.

About: I am very attentive and very loving. I would treat your pet like family and like royalty. You’re pet deserves the best and you deserve the comfort of knowing your pet is being cared for. I would be fitting this in with my other jobs, and intend to work 20 hours or so with this company. This would be a good fit for me to add I would prefer to go to clients home as I don’t have a big enough space for pets at my home. Plus it would help pets feel more comfort being at home.
