About: I have owned dogs and cats and have happily helped friends and family care for their pets for decades. I have housed friends’ pets, taken neighbor’s/friend’/family’s dogs for walks and hikes and even on camping trips and frequently stop in to check on pets and offer affection and quick care. I genuinely adore time with animals, and want all pets to have the best quality of life. I would love to help provide that for your beloved pets. I’m currently working part-time, so I have a flexible schedule. I am available for boarding, as well as daily car, walks or check-ins. Availability may vary, depending on the day of the week that care is needed. I have a fenced-in yard and two dogs to keep your dog company. I also have a cat, but I can keep any pets separate or crate your dog if needed. Our home has plenty of space for exploring and lounging and central air for hot summer days. I can stay at your place with your pet, if that is a preferable option. I am flexible throughout the week for day care and to take your pet on walks or other outdoor adventures that you are comfortable with.

“There’s a saying that goes something like, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”, and I got the feeling that my dogs were well cared for while I was gone and happy when I got home. Additionally, I forgot to leave a house key and had to call my apartment emergency after hours line to get Alyssa into my house. She didn’t say, Well you didn’t leave me a key so, I left”. She communicated with me and worked through the issue until she was in and looking after my pups. Thanks, Alyssa for being a caring care giver to my pups and for working through the obstacles. “Catherine, was wonderful. Meet and greet was good . She took notes and wanted to interact with my dog . During her stay she sent pictures and gave updates . She left the house neat , and left very little footprint . She was nice and curtious . My dog seemed to do great with her and was no worse for wear when we returned so I think it want well . I would have her house sit again .”

About: I’ve been involved with various animal rescue organizations for more than 30 years and have extensive experience caring for dogs with a wide range of personalities, needs, and medical conditions. I’ve fostered many animals over the years and have helped with adoptions, medical visits, home visits, shelter assessments, and fundraising and community events. I’ve also personally rescued and cared for animals with health issues and have extensive experience with dogs who may need extra patience, understanding, or specialized care. I’m very active and love having dogs join me in the fun. I hike, bike, ski, and paddleboard, and I’m always happy to have a furry companion along for an adventure. Of course, I’m equally happy spending a quiet day at home with a dog curled up on the couch getting plenty of love and extra snuggles. My two senior dogs recently passed away, and I truly miss having dogs in my home. Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life, and I would love the opportunity to give your dog the same attention, affection, and care I’ve given my own. I have a very flexible schedule that will allow me to accommodate your pet's needs. I like to adhere to a schedule your pet is accustomed to. My pets were all indoor dogs, well taken care of, and slightly spoiled. They had regular feeding, exercise, and medication schedules. I will adhere to your pet's regular schedule as much as possible.

He sent pictures and updates over the 4 day stay, handled medications, gave multiple walks each day, and was respectful of our home (it was hard to tell he had even been there upon our return). About: I am comfortable taking care of all kinds of pets besides cats and dogs including reptiles, snakes, birds and even insects. I grew up with many different kinds of pets in the home so I am adaptable to whatever needs your pet might have. I work as a substitute teacher and I schedule my work a few days to a week in advance so I may be less available on any given week if you don’t communicate with me a week in advance. When sitting in the client’s home I’ll set alarms to make sure that I feed and walk the dog at the required times, I prefer to walk dogs on leash so please let me know where those are before I come to sit (I’ll also ask you if not).

“I can't recommend Madison enough! She is fantastic. She's stayed at our house several times to watch our goldendoodle Lucie while we were out of town. I never worry about Lucie when she's with Madison! They have a great time together and I truly feel that Madison goes above and beyond! She's responsive, honest, trustworthy, responsible, and very loving towards Lucie. She is our go-to sitter and we're so happy to have found her!”

I have taken care of dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, etc. I’m a veteran who enjoys spending time with animals as they resonate with me and give me peace. I’m here to give your family the same love and attention that I give mine. I have 2 dogs of my own, Bear and Milo! I’m flexible with your schedule. I’m a Ranger part time and own my own business so I’m able to navigate your time. I work around your schedule and however best you would like me to help. I live full time in an RV so I have to take extra care of my animals to ensure they are getting enough walks and always on leash. I’m very comfortable with animals and ensuring that they are living their best life!

About: I will hike, mountain bike, trail run, paddle board or just walk with your dog to let them let loose of all their energy. Whatever your dog needs, I got it! My schedule is completely free! Currently in Physical Therapy school, but I have online classes the rest of summer! Whenever you need dog care, it works for me! I treat your pets/home as my own. I leave places better than what I found them. I currently cannot take your pets in my home due to living in an apartment.

About: I worked as a nanny for over 10 years which included pet care. Anything from daily walks and feeding to overnight extended care. I love the chance to make new furry friends and share my favorite walks. I work remotely so have full flexibility to work when I want and when is best for your furry fmaily members. I find caregiving to be a win win. I make a new friend and have someone to go on walks with and pets get the love and attention they need. The health and safety of your pet is number one for me. I have a large area in my home where animals can relax with sunlight, houseplants, and water. For care in your home, I’m happy to follow whatever protocols you have established. Nothing is too niche, trust me. My childhood dog wouldn't eat his dinner unless I 'sprinkled special flavour powder' (I just mimed grabbing something from the cupboard) over his food. It's important to me that you and your loved one's routine is maintained as much as possible.
