I will teach your fur babies some manners/commands if they don't know any, and even some ASL! They are smarter than you think they are. I am a very respectful and loving person. I am currently a pet care specialist and do all that I can for all and their pets. I also have a degree in environmental science and pet wellness. I will talk to you like I’ve known you forever and I strive to be someone those can be comfortable around. 😊 As a pet care specialist and pet owner myself, my schedule ranges from 8-9 am for spot cleaning and feeding, then around 12 I do pet checks, and around 5-6 is when I do final checks. For dogs, it follows the same structure with added enrichment and outside time in between. I have one dog and one puppy who spend time mostly outside and come in for breaks and food/snacks. I have a cat who eats twice a day and will occasionally be put in his stroller to go outside and enjoy the fresh air lol. And I have 2 guinea pigs who eat twice a day and will come out of their cage for enrichment and play time.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
