My partner and I both share a genuine love for animals, and we want every dog in our care to feel safe, happy, and right at home. We have a spacious 2,500-square-foot home with a finished basement that provides extra room and flexibility for our furry guests. We also have a half-acre yard for outdoor time (currently unfenced, so all outdoor potty breaks are supervised and on leash). Our two resident dogs are Sophia, our 50-pound mixed breed, and Chowder, our 20-pound French bulldog. We understand that every dog has their own personality, preferences, and comfort level, so we take introductions at the dogs’ pace and make sure everyone has space to relax when needed. In our home, your dog is welcome to be part of the family! 🛋️🐶 We’re not a strict, no-furniture household. If your pup loves curling up on the couch, they’re welcome to join us. And if they’re used to sleeping in bed with their humans, they’re welcome to snuggle up with me, too! We want them to enjoy the familiar comforts they love at home. We aim to keep your dog’s routine as consistent as possible, including meals, potty breaks, playtime, rest, and plenty of affection. We’ll follow your instructions and do our best to make their stay as stress-free as possible. At my home, your pet will be with my two dogs and two cats, all of whom are friendly. There are plenty of dog beds, toys, and places to get cozy. We have a large, unfenced backyard, where your pup can play, supervised by me. We often let the dogs out at night leashed to ensure they stay close. I love to take the dogs for walks at the lake nearby or rail trail. I will be home with them all day.

About: I have had several wonderful experiences caring, walking and looking after dogs. I have several family members as well as family friends with furry friends that they have let me walk and look after while they are away. I love to play and sit in the yard as well as cuddle up spend time with my animals when we're not going for a walk. I don't have any dogs but I do have two lovely indoor cats at home which I make sure have their every need taken care. I do the same with any animals I am taking care of at the time because I know how important these dogs are to me and to the family that they are apart of! If treats or fun playful activities such as fetch are apart of these dog's lives then I love to partake as well! I work part time which leaves plenty of time to look after your pets! I take care of my kitties whenever I am home and leave plenty of toys for them to play with when I’m not home. I can walk and visit dogs and cats at your home or take in a cat at mine. About: I have had dogs all my life and have taken care of my own since I am old enough now. I like spending time outdoors with my dogs and walking them and throwing the ball. I have plenty of experience as I have been on Rover for a few years now. I have about 4 pet families I sit for and I enjoy what I do! I work as a toddler teacher so my time varies throughout the week. I go into work at 8 and get out at 4. I have some week long breaks here and there. I am available most weekends. My dog takes meds right now for seizures so I am experienced at giving dogs medicine. Very responsible animal lover I have always had animals in my life. I am good about having the house clean when there’s a fluffy shedding dog in it. I have experience in cleaning up dirty crates, accidents on the floor and making sure the animal is being safe.

About: I’ve had pets since I was about 4 years old, and am experienced with caring for cats and dogs. Any needs they have, I will take care of them all - from simple company when you're at work, to walks, giving meds and overnight stays! I have experience training puppies too, from potty training to the classic "stay", "sit", "come", "leave" etc. commands. I have a large dog myself so size of your pet is no issue. Anything you're unsure about, shoot me a message! I work full time at a school but am free weekdays after 2pm until around 10pm. On weekends I am free from Friday afternoon until Monday morning so I can do overnight stays too if needed. Depending on the care required, I will feed pets, give them meds, take them outside, play games/fetch/etc., brush them, empty litter boxes and so on. I have had several cats and dogs of my own and cared for many more, so I am comfortable with adjusting to their different personality types.
