About: I am a college student athlete at UWSP & I have a lot of free time on my hands between classes where I would love to walk & take care of your precious pup! I’ve grown up taking care of my neighbors dogs & my own dog back home (I have a golden retriever & I love her so dearly) I’m available every weekday & some weekends (depends on my hockey schedule) Monday’s & Wednesday’s I am available anytime in the morning till 10 am & 4 pm till night. Tuesday’s & Thursday's 11 am- 12 pm & 3 till night. I’m available Fridays & Sundays mornings till 12 pm & 4:30 pm till night (if we don’t have games). Saturdays depend on if we play games home or away. My walking routes are generally in neighborhoods with quieter streets, so it creates less stress and more safety for the dog. I normally end the walk by finding a park or a large grassy area to play with the dog and give them more exercise. If the dog needs extra care to stay & hang out longer, I have a grassy front & backyard with a long leash attached to the house. My dog has visited my college house before & has loved every minute because my roommates are also big dog lovers!
About: Hi! I’m new to rover but not to pet sitting! My name is Kayla, I’m 18, and I have been around animals all my life. I have two dogs of my own, a 3 yo pug and a 12 yo lab mix, so I am well experienced with all different energy levels. I have plenty of experience pet sitting in my neighborhood, with dogs and cats. As a Highschool student, I will have to check on pets before/after school and in the evenings. I will be able to do daytime care on weekends. About: I have cared for dogs and cats, during all the stages of their lives, for many years. I've had dogs of various breeds with serious health conditions that required nearly constant monitoring, complex medication management, and frequent vet involvement. I have taken care of puppies and kittens, senior dogs and cats, and pets at all stages in between. Providing loving care for pets has been a major focus of my life for as long as I can remember. I'm currently a stay at home dog mom, so pet care pretty much is my routine! And since my husband works from home, I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your furry poopsies too 😊 I have two young adult standard poodles and a mini poodle puppy. They, like all of our dogs before them, live in our house as members of our family. They are crate trained and know basic commands for safety, but when they're not playing outside or on a walk, they can mostly be found lounging on couches or beds (mostly ours, sometimes theirs). I've also been a dedicated sitter for my sister's cats for almost 20 years. I've cared for kittens to seniors in that time, and seen to all their needs.
About: I am a veterinary technician. I have 20 years of medical experience caring for pets. I have been pet sitting privately for 15 years. I provide the same level of care I would expect my pets to receive. I am able to accomodate pets with medical concerns and needing medications administered (including injections). I am available for morning (before 7am) and evening (5pm and later) care Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday able to stop more frequently or stop most times of the day. I follow the instructions set by the pet parents. Pets will be taken out on leash unless the yard is fenced. Careful care is taken to be sure all pets are safe and healthy before leaving the home.
