“I was coming to a Dayton Ohio for work and I was bringing my mini golden doodle pup along. I needed someone trustworthy to watch my baby boy, Arlo. I came across Katherine’s profile and immediately had that instinct that she was the one 😊 she was accommodating to my over protective mommy needs and agreed to hop on a zoom call with me beforehand. She was warm, nice and kind. It also helped she has 3 adorable little fur baby girls too. For the 4 days I was here for work she would take care of Arlo for me all day. She was extremely responsive and would send me pictures and videos all day without me even having to ask. She has a nice big fenced in backyard that Arlo loved running around freely in all day. Each evening I would pick him up he was exhausted from having fun playing all day. (His besty was her dog, Vanilla) 😊 I cannot recommend Katherine enough. She made my experience great and worry free. About: For the past 8 years, I have been involved in rescue work and have gained experience fostering dogs and cats of varying ages and personalities. I have also worked at a dog training facility, gaining more experience and knowledge of dogs' body language, needs, and training. From caring for newborn puppies to senior dogs, from fearful to playful, every experience has been fulfilling. I am a proud owner of three rescue fur babies who bring love and joy into my life every day. I recently relocated to Dayton and am looking for opportunities to spend as much time as possible with animals. I am fascinated by animal psychology and behaviour, and by how they learn and communicate. I regularly take my pups to dog classes in the evenings, go on long walks during the day and study online from home I have three beautiful pets to keep your fur baby company, or I can separate them so your paw-friend has peace of mind and personal space. If you prefer to keep your sweet little one in the crate, we will make it a calm, relaxing experience with a yummy food puzzle and classical music in the background. When pet sitting at your place, I can follow your instructions and guidance to make sure the little paws have everything they need. I enjoy spending time teaching dogs good manners and new skills. We practice obedience training with my pups every day, and my cat just started learning new tricks too. If you like, I can create an individual training plan for your pet during their stay, or you can let me know what to work on, and I'll make sure your pup is receiving the training. Any training is welcome, from puppy training to obedience to learning new skills. Change is stressful and scary, so I will make sure your fur baby has enough attention, physical exercise and mental stimulation. I have plenty of interactive toys for busy-minded pups, as well as lots of ideas for healthy, long-lasting snacks, such as food puzzles, KONG toys, lick mats, and sniffle games. And I'm always open to trying new activities if our furry friend has a favourite toy or game

About: I have spent a lifetime caring for my own pets as well as rescuing animals. I think pets are an extremely important part of my livelihood and good mental health so I understand that your pet is an integral part of your family as well. I also understand that I am a guest in your pets home and will treat your home with the utmost respect and privacy. I am a mom, a wife and an Air Force veteran and I understand that schedules change due to work, family needs, and sickness. Being a stay at home mom with school age children allows me to be flexible and reliable. I also received my OH-EMT Intermediate medic training at WPAFB while serving in the military. I am very comfortable administering medications and any treatments. As of 2023 I also obtained my Instructor Animal CPR and First Aide Instructor Certification. I am a full time pet care specialist/trainer. I specialize with dogs that have anxiety disorders that can show themselves as aggressive behaviors which I believe are actually unmet needs. Starting April 4, 2024 we begin construction on a fenced in yard so we can provide day training/daycare while you are at work and boarding!

I am attentive to routines, feeding instructions, and any special needs your pet may have. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or cuddles, I will make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for at all times. As an online graduate student I am home most of the day. My schedule is flexible which allows me to plan my day around pet care needs. Regular potty breaks, daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. My apartment complex also has a dog park, which I can use for supervised play and exercise when appropriate.

“Wow! Incredible! I hesitate to leave an awesome review because she was so unlike any other sitter and I want her all for my dog. Hatsuki is on another level. I went to do an introductory meet and greet. Her house was immaculate, very clean and organized. Hatsuki had printed (let me say it again, she printed a sheet!) a profile of clutch so she can make notes about his needs. Again this was just a meet and greet, she also made a thumb drive with a tag that had clutch’s name. This was so she can give me all the pictures she would take including the ones she would send me as updates throughout the day. Thank you Hatsuki you were amazing!”

About: I’ve always been exceptionally empathetic towards animals, and I’d like your pets to feel as if they’re on vacation when they’re with me. When I first started rover, an owner saw how well I cared for their dogs, and they became like my second family during college. I still visit after moving away. My family dog is a husky, so I can take on big energetic dogs, and my first dog ever was a Yorkshire terrier with medical problems, so I know how to administer medication if needed (I have a background in the medical field as well). You can have a stress free day knowing your animals are safe and well cared for with me. I will be with your pet the entire stay, so you don’t ever have to worry about them being left alone for long periods of time. I live in a townhouse, so I have two levels, making it larger than your average apartment. I also have a back yard with a lead allowing your dog to run around without being hand held on a leash for every potty break. I also enjoy to walk the dogs around the complex, as they get “new information” and excitement from smelling new experiences around them.

About: I have cared for dogs for about 9 years now. Anywhere from my own dogs to family or friends. I have always loved dogs. I occasionally do fundraisers for local shelters to show my support. Your dog is guaranteed to be well taken care of, some may even say spoiled, at my house. I even have my own furry friend to keep them company & worn out. I currently am on leave from work until the end of June, leaving me home 24 hours a day and 7 days a week! Meaning ultimate snuggle time and plenty of hanging out with the doggos. I have unlimited water available for dogs whenever they need. My backyard has a 4-foot tall chain link fence , perfect for dogs to run around and play in as much as they want. My house is very dog friendly—dogs are allowed on the furniture and in any room they please. While I do have a 2 year old daughter at home, I am very consistent with teaching her to leave the dogs alone , even our own. Dogs should have personal space , and a break when needed. Also, your dog MUST be friendly with young children, I do take my own precautions but having a patient/friendly dog is the start.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 I took care of him like he was a human being. I love taking care of dogs 🐩 I am currently a full time college student and I am looking for a part time job to help fulfill my schedule and why not spend it doing something i really would enjoy doing I have a nice fielded area where the dog can go for walks and play and use the bathroom in my home I would offer that the dogs are potty trained and comes with the dog food and treats to help me take care of your fury cute companion

My dogs are fed three times a day, taken out 3-7 times a day depending on how often people are home. They are allowed on furniture & we have an unfenced yard with rope leashes and kennels if needed for boarding! I prioritize customized care for any animals I look after, anything to make them comfortable!
