I’m caring, fun and love to engage both their mental and physical needs! I currently work part-time in the morning only M-F, so I have plenty of time to pet sit in your home as well as have lots of time during the day to exercise them, help with training you are hoping to accomplish and give lots of cuddles. I care for your pets in your home just as you would and am happy to exercise them however you like. This can be in your home and yard, or take them for walks or even hikes in the woods. Whatever level of exercise and mental stimulation they require, I’m happy to fulfill!

I practice everyday at work to notice even the smallest of changes in my patients. I, of course, am always making sure they’re comfortable and am always advocating for them! I also would be more than to happy to provide some play time, administer any meds or any other special routines! Similar to when I’m at work, I provide care for my own pets at home. With a calm presence, flexible availability, and a true love for dogs of all breeds and sizes, I make sure your pup feels safe, loved, and right at home. Walks, cuddles, feeding, meds; I’ve got it covered! It’s just me and my two teenagers in the house - they are 16 and 18 and both have their own cars so I rarely see them! They’ve grown up around having a dog, and continually pressure me to have another one 😵‍💫 We had a bully breed mix, Celine Dion who sadly passed from old age in 2019. She had diabetes towards the end of her life, so I’m familiar with giving medication/shots if necessary. Since then we’ve regularly looked after our friends’ dogs, as you can see from the photos. We fostered Simba in 2024, we had him for 10 months until he was adopted. Because of having family in England, I want to be able to travel there frequently so am not ready to have a permanent dog again yet. Being a dog sitter fills a need for me! I work from home so have flexibility in my routine and am always available for my visitors’ needs. I like to take a morning walk, and should probably take an evening one too. I’m not away from home often. I have a fully fenced yard and my neighborhood has beautiful walking trails, that I use whether I am walking a dog, or just walking alone. I’ve fostered rescue dogs and have experience of high anxiety dogs. I’m 6 feet tall and strong, and my last foster was great with people but not so much with other dogs we met on our walks, so I’m used to avoiding them, if necessary! I am happy to send photos to you whilst your dog is in my care, and will communicate with you as frequently as you would like.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats and birds all my life. Being raised on a farm gave me plenty of experience with what pets need. Daily walks and lots of space to run around and play. Having no work, I am home everyday with my pets. Take my dog for walks, brush him every-other day and grooming my cat. Taking care of animals is my dream job, so taking care of my animals is just how I live. I have a fenced yard, I have a very playful Siberian husky named Trout. Trout loves other dogs and is full of energy ready to play at all times. I have an emotional support parrot who stays in my room while I have pets over so she will be safe. About: Hi! My name is Heidi Lynn! My Aunt Joyce surprised me with my first puppy "Peppy" at 4 yrs old. This was the beginning of my life long love story for Dogs! I love all animals actually. Growing up we had cats, dogs, chickens, cows, and a horse. My animals are my kids! I fall hopelessly in love with every dog I meet I am told. I am very passionate about dogs/cats, the ones I meet, have fostered, adopted, found vet care for, and especially senior/special needs dogs/cats tug at my heart the most. I have experience caring for dogs that have had Cancer. Extra love, patience, awareness and making sure a Cancer pet knows they are fully cared for and comfortable is so important to me. I currently have an incredible 8 yr old Senior Choc Lab that I call "Sugar Face" because he has a white mug now and is so kind and sweet like sugar.He is a total love, playful yet loves to just kick back and relax. He has an incredibly calm and loving nature around other animals. Partially why I decided to come on here is because I have an extra spot or two daily to give some care and love to since one of my repeat clients is moving to Tennessee in late August. Also this is my joy and passion first. I own another business that runs itself so I'm flexible and being able to do this has been THE BEST, EVER!! We have a dog friendly home, HUGE covered patio for rainy days, lounging, taking naps, 1/3 acre fully fenced backyard for exercise, playing with all of the toys and jumping in the doggy pool. We love to host furry friends for day visits while you're at work, drop ins while you run errands or go out to dinner, and overnight(s) while you take a vacation, work trips or holidays. Since I'm so flexible I offer drop ins to your home for potty breaks, feedings, chit chats with your cats, helping w medications, tossing the ball, daily dog walk(s), and pickups/drop offs too. I always provide texts, photos or videos so you can have piece of mind your fur baby is in reliable, fun, loving care. I am a great communicator, trustworthy, loyal and follow instructions to the T! If your pet has special needs, needs transport for a vet visit or a request for a song sang or story read to them... My yard is fully secured with a fence. I prefer walking pets with harnesses, as it is more secure for the pet, easier and more gentle on pets/walker then just a collar that they can slip out of especially if they are a wonky walker or pull while walking. I do have different sizes if you do not have one or I can recommend the ones I have used and where to buy. I have extra leashes, collars, etc. I follow directions to the T! I am very good at double checking your dog, home, and crate are secured as needed. 🌼

During holidays I spend the week caring for the pets of my friends and neighbors. During these sits, I have walked, feed, bathed, and administered medication (for dogs, cats, rabbits). I treat your pets as if they were my own and am sure to communicate thoroughly with you the entire time I am with your fur-babies. I currently work a remote job so I am able to house sit full-time Monday-Sunday, during the weekdays I am able to do dog walks (30 or 60 minutes) or drop-in visits almost all hours of the day. When house sitting, I keep a client's home safe and tidy ensuring that the dog or cat does not destroy any furniture or personal items. If the dog is crate trained, I will crate them before leaving the house and secure the home by making sure all doors and windows are locked.
