About: Although we currently only have one female dog, we have nearly always had 2 large dogs (Chesapeake bay retrievers) for the past 20 years. We lost our big guy in April 2024 and haven't had it in us to get another. So, we are ready to share our home and yard with your pup! I currently stay home with my two year old human and 7 year old dog. So, your dog will rarely ever be alone while boarded. We mostly just leave for my older kids sports events. I have a fully fenced acre for a backyard. It's a dog's paradise! I also have a female 7yo Chesapeake who is good with other dogs. I can keep dogs separate as needed. We have fostered before and had 0 issues. We generally keep dogs separated until they have proven compatible. She sleeps with our son. So, your dog could sleep with me.
