About: I have owned cats and love how they are pretty independent. I love how they cuddle and want to be pet and just relax. I have had kittens and cats I work full time and home at 5:30 pm and off on weekends and have a doggy door. When I’m not working I’m home with my 2 dogs. I have a fenced yard, they can get on furniture and able to sleep in bed with me. I will take them to potty as often as they need to go.

Chewie was well cared for. He normally sees cats as prey, and I'm thrilled to see Chewie warm up to appreciate Sandra's cat as a fellow friendly pet. I appreciated Sandra's patience and good communication.

About: Hi there! Welcome to my profile. My experience with dogs started when I was a child, I grew up living with dogs, so I am able to understand the daily life of pets, how take care of them, how treat them and how to respect them. I have had the opportunity to interact with several different breeds, sizes and ages (puppies and seniors), including chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Pomeranian, French poodle, schnauzers, Jack Russel Terrier, American Bulldog, Labrador retriever, Australian Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Pitbull, Cane Corso, I learn about every breeds every day. I have also volunteered as a house host for rescued dogs, A wonderful experience helping these lovely animals that need a lot of patience. I’m responsible and patient, which make me a great pet sitter, because no matter what is going on, I always try to act calm, I like to respect personal space and learn from dogs based on their body language, and of course I always treat all dogs like they are part of my family. I really enjoy running and walking, so I include long walks in any service that you get from me. I’m bilingual (Spanish/English) I currently work during weekdays, I’ve time to take care of pets at night for parents who want to go out with peace of mind and not leave their pets alone during night, weekends and holidays available for 24h+. I take care of them as if they were my own pets, I give them a lot of love and respect, to see them happy and healthy.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
