I have learned how to recognize the subtle signs of an animals needs, which help me provide the best care possible. I understand how important it is for pet owners to know that their pets are in safe hands, which is why I always communicate regularly and provide updates. You can always count on me to show up and provide a nurturing environment. I am excited to extend care and attention to other furry friends! I am currently a student at the University of The Incarnate Word. I am typically available from 12 to 6 pm however, could also do very early in the morning. When I am caring for pets in a client’s home my priority is to create a safe, comfortable and trusting environment. I follow any specific instructions from the pet owner regarding food, exercise, and behavior, maintaining consistency to reduce any anxiety. I will always make sure that the pet has access to freshwater and plenty of affection. I focus on maintaining a calm and protective environment so both the pet and owner feel at ease knowing they are in trustworthy hands.

During those 12 years of grooming I specialized in creating a safe, comfortable and trusting environment for all pets, specifically anxious and senior ones. Being around animals my entire life both personally and professionally has made animal behavior second nature to me. I offer bathing and nails for dogs under 50lbs (at clients house). Prices for bathing and nails are based on size and temperaments. I hope to meet your pups and/or kitties! I have an 8 year old Aussie/Heeler mix and my family has 2 dogs (german shepherd and a poodle mix), chickens and geese that we all chip in to take care of. I provide care based on the pets needs but always provide safety and comfort. In order to provide the best care in your home I will ask several questions to know what your pets preferences are

About: I used to be a vet CSR + assistant, marketing manager for a pet care company and now I work from home full time as a video editor. I love that my current job gives me tons of time with my pets but I miss caring for more. Im experienced with all sorts of critters and volunteer with animal rescues in my spare time. I love getting to interact with animals on whatever scale they are comfortable with. Their comfort and well being is my top priority. I'm fully self employed so outside of my own crew of animals, I have a flexible schedule. I enjoy the excuse to get out of the house and get those steps in. :) Being careful with animal safety is extremely important to me. In home I have gates that can be used to maintain boundaries. For walks I keep aware that even the most leash trained dogs are still animals so an awareness of surroundings is crucial.

About: I have cared for countless animals throughout my life, and this has given me a passion and love for caring for animals. I have experience with several types of animals from dogs to birds. As I am taking a gap year before college, I have a completely free schedule and the resources to dedicate my entire efforts into caring for my animals and any potential pets left in my care. I have a fenced yard which I allow my dogs in for a majority of the day as is their preference. They stay in crates at night but are inside with me majority of the time. My cat stays inside all day and is allowed to roam freely.
