About: I am an experienced pet-sitter of 10+ years taking care of family members, friends, & neighbors pets whenever they needed. I am flexible to watch any breed and any size dog. My priority is making sure these furry friends feel just as loved and taken care of as if their humans never left town! Another priority that sets me apart is constant communication with the owners by sending pictures and updates as often as they’d like. I’m currently working hours where it is very easy to run and let my own pet out every 2 hours daily. My work schedule is not something that has ever gotten in the way of excellent care of anyone’s pets. I am in a home and have a fenced in backyard that makes it very easy to board dogs in my own home with plenty of space. As far as staying in a clients home which I prefer, I make sure to go above and beyond to be there as much as possible with the pets & ensure they feel comfortable and well taken care of while their owners are out of town. I always ensure that I leave the house better than I found it and always respect any of my clients homes and have constant open communication.

“We sent a last minute request when our plans fell through and Iryna was wonderful! Honey had a great time and Iryna sent lots of pictures. We would absolutely book again and recommend her to others.”

“Breanna is great! We left our pup for daycare, she played, relaxed, and went on a walk. Breanna was very responsive and provided great updates. We would absolutely leave our pup with her again.”

“Sarah and family greeted Lucy at the door. She happily ran off following the kids for a fun evening! She loves kids! Sarah was easy to work with our uncertain time frame! E McCoy and Lucy”

“Kimba had a great time with Kaitlyn. She took great care of Kimba and sent pictures throughout the day. Kaitlyn is very responsive and makes me feel at ease. Kimba has a lot of separation anxiety and it was clear from the photos and when we picked her up that she’d had a great day. I know Kimba was in good hands with Kaitlyn. I’d use her again next time we are in town.”

About: I have been an animal lover and owner for over 30 years. My 14 year old Lab is truly my best friend. He is used to other animals and very laid back. I provide lots of patience, affection and exercise for all animals. We go out 3-4 times per day for walks and potty breaks. Live right by Cherokee Park, which is a great venue for pups. I just returned home from living/working in California for a year+. Therefore my reviews are from 2023 and earlier. Please let me know about anything your pet needs to feel safe and happy. The more information the better. I can handle separation anxiety and other behavioral issues but prefer to know ahead of time. Please make sure your pet is treated for fleas/ticks. If your baby has a history of indoor urination, please provide diapers/belly bands. Happy to accommodate all ages and stages. I truly enjoy the company of animals and also like to walk often. Being in the park and exercising helps lift my spirits. My dog has improved my life in many ways and he makes me a better human. My condo is very pet friendly and permitted by the HOA. Pets are given a cool, calm and comfy environment. Plenty of memory foam beds and free access to filtered water. (Treats also, if owners request/permit). I am almost obsessively neat and always treat my customers’ homes with respect. My goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible. Scrupulous about keeping your home secure while you are away. I ask that you leave clear and detailed instructions to maintain a safe & secure home. Also, for long term services, I do not mind bringing in mail, putting trash/recycle bins out.

About: I’ve had dogs all of my life, have taken training courses, read books on positive training practices, and volunteered at shelters. I am a writer who works from home with a 3 year old 12.5lb playful doxie/terrier mix who needs walks early and often — so much of my day is spent on slow sniffaris and trips to the park. I live alone in a large apartment with several plush dog beds strewn about, so there is plenty of space to stretch and play — and my couch sits along three large windows where dogs can perch to watch the passersby. If your dog needs a sitter or a sleepover, I’d love to have them — and my little pup would love it even more. Since I’m around all day, I’m available to meet your dog’s special needs — administering medicine, adhering to feeding times, playing tug of war, whatever the case may be. We have warm and happy home full of natural treats waiting for you and your dog. I work from home and so am available to fulfill your dog’s needs without bother! I never leave my own dog for more than a few hours at a time so you can rest easy knowing your dog is getting the focus and energy they need. Dogs in my home get many daily walks, at least one trip to the park every day — and most of all sensitive and informed care. My family makes fun of me for how attentive I am to my own dog, brushing his teeth and treating him with healthy snacks, watching him closely for changes in behavior and physical afflictions. Your dog would receive the same care (plus or minus the teeth brushing). And you will receive as many photos as you can handle ensuring they are having fun.

About: I’ve had pugs for over a decade and a French bulldog briefly. I’ve sat for my friends and cousins corgis, golden retrievers and Boston terriers. Love the snores, the drools, and cuddling with them. Dogs are always welcome on my furniture and in the bed. I enjoy pampering them with belly rubs, butt scratches, massages and just goofing around with them. I work different jobs and at times have flexible schedule. Also I work close to my home so it’s easy for me to come home and check on the guest doggies at home if needed. I stay in a condo building and I can walk them (on leash) around the condo. My condo complex has a nice walking path for dog walks and it is a fairly quiet with very little traffic. Plenty of green space around. I have a small fenced in private yard too.

About: I know dogs and am familiar with training and obedience techniques. I've cared for ill dogs and can medicate and care for those with special needs. I'm very active and can help your pet get as much exercise as needed. I'm retired and looking to fill my time caring for the things I love most...dogs and cats! I am flexible and can come to your place or your pet is welcome at mine! I have a fenced in yard. I have a 9 year old dog and cat friendly Chiweenie named Rosie who is lonely for a fur friend as she recently lost her best friend. Our dog has the run of our home as will yours should that be your wish. I'm also happy to come to your home and house sit with your pet. I can administer meds, take to vet, etc.

“Dear All, Hope this message finds well. I have known Shilpa for years.. I met with her when we were studying at Parsons, back in 2012. She is the one of most loving, friendly people I know...Truly a beautiful person inside and out. I had a dog whose name was Kuzu and she adored her as much as I did. Whenever I left the city to visit my family, Kuzu stayed at Shilpa’s. She took care of her, every day and night. They had a special bond as whenever Kuzu saw her, she was getting getting super excited and jumping around with joy. I can’t think of anyone better for this position. Thank you very much. Best, Gunsah Emir”

20. Jennifer A.
“There are "dog people" and there are 'DOG PEOPLE"... Jenny is one of the rare "DOG PEOPLE" that not only LOVES dogs but KNOWS dogs. She is equally as comfortable and capable with small, timid dogs as with big, mouthy ones. And they all LOVE her. I have had the pleasure of witnessing her gift with animals for over 10 years. Jenny has personally helped care for my dogs in good times and bad; she is reliable, calm and comforting- even in times of adversity. Additionally, she has been a foster to several rescue dogs, opening her home and heart to those that needed temporary placement. Jenny is a mature and responsible professional that has a keen knowledge of animal behavior, and a remarkably intuitive nature. These exceptional qualities make her the ideal person to care for any and all of the world's most precious creatures.”
