“Scott was absolutely wonderful both with our Amos, and our home. We got plants of photos and updates for Amos’ activity and daily happenings, and Scott was quick to respond if ever we needed anything. Scott must be a dog whisperer of sorts, because our Amos had zero issues with us leaving (he ate, did not pace at all, settled and napped per usual, and slept all night, and even cuddled with Scott!).. which is exactly what we were hoping for! We 100% would recommend Scott and will be relying on him again for any of our house/pet sitting needs.”

“I recently moved to Jacksonville and made last minute plans to go to Miami for NYE. I requested Eric on Dec. 30th for the next day and he responded almost immediately that he would take care of my dog. He showed up the next morning to meet her and talk about her schedule and needs. He showed up later on that afternoon and took care of her. He sent pictures and told me how she was doing each time he stopped by my apartment. This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little anxious on what to expect. Eric eased my mind as soon as I met him and I was completely comfortable. Definitely will be contacting Eric the next time I have to be away from home.”

He just lost his own dog recently and I know he misses the companionship and joy that dogs can bring. He also helps us with our dog, Rocky, whenever needed. “Johana was great with my Yuki. Yuki needs her medicine twice per day, early in the morning and in the evening and Johana was able to make sure she was taken care of. It's not easy for me to trust that Yuki is being taken care of, but Johana did a great job and sent me notes to know that she was ok and happy and safe. She went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate how nice and supportive she is.”
