“Don’t know how many times we can say how much we love and trust Scarlett with our babies. We have found our go-to care taker for them when we’re gone. Her and her daughter are amazing!”

“Jeweliana and Riley were phenomenal! We were initially skeptical since we had never used Rover before, but we’re so glad we found them. They were very communicative, kind to our dogs, and took excellent care of our home. I’m so thankful to have found people who get along so well with our pups and make us feel comfortable while we’re away, knowing our babies are in great hands.”

“Sarah is the best! Our Chai Boy loved his time with her! She had amazing communication from start to finish and sent lots of photos which we absolutely love! Highly recommend Sarah and will definitely book with her again!”
“Evan was excellent with our Maximus. He communicated well and spent the whole day with our pup a few days after Maximus was neutered and provided great care. Would highly recommend him!”

“Charles did an amazing job with Koda. I received daily updates and pictures on how he was doing. He was even even able to help out an extra night when our flight was cancelled. I would definitely book him again in the future.”
About: I like to update you on your pet/s every day, how they did and how they played. I also like to send pictures to you of your pet/s and videos for you to enjoy! I am currently unemployed, so I'll have plenty of time to care for, watch, and play with your pet/s while you're away! It brings me joy to be able to help out! Depends mostly on the instructions given to me. If the pet/s need to be kenneled, how often you like to walk them. If i'm not given much, I will walk them every day about 2-3 times a day, play with them, and put them to bed around the same time I'm going to bed.

“I was very satisfied with Amy. She came before the stay so both my cat and I could become acquainted and review house access. She and my cat were immediate friends. She sent me pictures each day and we communicated by text and email. My house looked better when I returned than when I left. She is very kind and caring and I would recommend her without any qualms.”

“Maverick was great! He was everything we needed in a puppy sitter. He was communicative and polite and the house was in great shape when we returned. 10/10 would use again!!!”

“Lily took great care of Yogi!!! My husband and I felt comfortable being out of town knowing Yogi was in good hands. She was also communicative and gave us daily updates and photos, which I love!!”

About: Hi, I’m Sierra! I’m a devoted pet sitter, pet grief psychologist, and proud pet parent to 7 cats and 1 dog. With over 20 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, animals have always been at the center of my life. I understand how much your furbabies mean to you, and I provide calm, attentive, and loving care so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away. Living with my 8 furbabies means I’m very familiar with a wide range of personalities, needs, routines, and quirks. From energetic, playful, sensitive, shy, senior, or anxious, I’m comfortable adapting my care to what your pet needs to feel safe, secure, and cared for. Several of my pets are seniors and require daily medication, hygiene cleaning, and special food. All of my pets are rescues, so I deeply understand the importance of providing calm, patient, and compassionate care. I have also volunteered for many years at animal shelters, which has deepened my understanding of pets with a wide range of personalities, histories, and needs. My work as a pet grief psychologist has given me a deep understanding of the human–animal bond, and it’s shaped how I show up as a sitter. I tend to notice the small things, like changes in behavior, signs of stress, and what helps a pet settle and feel safe. I bring a calm, loving energy that animals love. I know how deeply people love their animals; I work with that bond every day. My goal is for you to feel confident, at ease, and reassured knowing your pet is receiving excellent care. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pet with the same level of thoughtfulness and devotion you would, I’d be honored to help. I look forward to getting to know you and your pet! I have lots of flexibility in my days to be there for your furbabies. I run my own business and work 100 percent remotely. Pet care is a huge part of my daily and weekly routine as a pet parent to multiple animals. I know firsthand how hard it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care. When I’m caring for your pet, I treat them with the same level of attention, patience, and love I give my own. What you can expect when your pet is with me: Attentive, one-on-one care that is never rushed. Respect for routines, preferences, and unique personalities A calm, emotionally aware presence that helps pets feel safe and secure Updates and photos (as much or as little as you'd like!) so you can truly relax while you’re away A nurturing environment where your pet is treated like family
“Hannah did an in-house pet sitting for us for 6 days. She did amazing with all 3 of our dogs. Always very responsive. She was friendly and nice, so we felt immediate comfort with leaving her with our home and pets. Looking forward to booking again.”

“Madison and her fiancé took such great care of Ollie for a week for us! I have no complaints. They went above and beyond and it was like we never left when we got home to our pup. He seemed happy, content and well taken care of!”

“Mandy did a fantastic job caring for my dog, Zippy. He’s an older gentleman who loves his snuggles, and she was the perfect match for him. She kept me updated with photos throughout the 7 days she stayed with him, which meant so much to me. Mandy was also incredibly reliable, making sure Zippy received all his medications promptly and without any issues. If I could give her 100 stars, I absolutely would. She was truly excellent!”

“Mignon and Coco are not easy clients — they expect VIP treatment only. Cheyenne delivered! My pups approved her immediately (which never happens). Thank you for such amazing treatment!!”

“Jamie did a wonderful job taking care of our pets! Always quick to respond, and can absolutely handle any needs or requests you might have. We’ll definitely ask her back in the future!”

About: I've had pets my whole life — dogs, cats, even gerbils — and animals have always just… gotten me. I'm the person who ends up on the floor with your dog ten minutes after arriving somewhere, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm Ben, a Jacksonville resident with a calm, patient energy and a lot of genuine love for animals. I treat every pet like they're the most important creature in the room — because honestly, they usually are. I understand that handing your pet to someone is an act of trust. I don't take that lightly. You'll get updates, photos, and an honest account of how your pet did. No sugarcoating, no drama — just real care. I'm available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, cats who need their space respected, and the occasional small animal who just needs someone who won't freak out. Your pet will be safe, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyed — not just watched. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate early mornings, evenings, and weekends. I'm reliable: if I say I'll be there, I'll be there. I communicate proactively if anything changes, which in my experience is what pet owners actually need most. I'm a calm, quiet presence. No loud energy, no chaos. Animals tend to relax around me quickly probably because I'm genuinely more interested in them than most things happening in a room. I'm comfortable with cats who need their space, dogs who need reassurance, and the full spectrum in between.

Johanna is super dedicated to each animal she cares for. This is the second home/animal sitting she has done for us and we are so happy with the care she took with our animals and our home. We received daily photos and updates on our fur babies that put us at ease. We even found extra photos on our counter when we got home that were so appreciated. Johanna is a great communicator and really cares about the animals she pet sits. She follows the diets for our animals and takes the pet messes in stride. We will continue to use her for future needs!

Megan is fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous. My cat has health issues and I wanted someone to stay overnight with her while I was away. Megan met with me before the booking started. When I met her, I immediately had peace of mind. While I was gone, Megan frequently sent updates and pictures (even though Mia hid the whole time). I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing Mia was being well taken care of. I won’t be planning any travel until Mia is feeling better but I am so happy that if I do need to travel I have an excellent sitter!
