About: I have been watching and walking pups for years for friends and family. I had my dog Oliver for 17 years, so I am familiar with puppy training and senior dogs. I love having a dog around to play and snuggle with. I will always treat your fur baby like family! I am Retired, so my schedule is flexible. I enjoy going for multiple walks day, so having a dog to walk makes it more enjoyable. When caring for pups in my home the pup can roam freely. I will always follow what the owners request. In the backyard I have a leash, and I stay outside while they are outgoing potty. Never will they be unattended outside.

We do prefer non shedding. We have a 2 acre yard to explore when we go for walks on a leash. Dogs love to walk with us daily around our 1 acre pond. When dogs go outside, we have a large leash that we hook them on for their potty needs to keep them safe as well as for them to safely explore when we are not with them. I do daily walks with my dog. About: I currently have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own which is why I know how important and nerve wracking it can be to find a sitter you can trust. I’m fortunate to have a solid circle of friends and family that help care for my pets, but I know not everyone has that. Or maybe you do and you just need last minute help. Either way I’m here to help in any way I can. My primary experience is with high energy dogs: primarily huskies, German shepherds and pointers. I’ve trained many dogs but primarily focus on reactivity training. Training skills: • crate training • recall • human reactivity • dog/ small animal reactivity • healing & leash etiquette • car etiquette & car reactivity • threshold boundaries (ex. Teaching a dog not to go out an open door until they’ve been invited) The most important thing to having a well balanced dog is proper exercise. I live on 3 acres and go hiking regularly. If this is something you’d like your dog to partake in, I’d love to have them!! I own my own business so I work my work schedule around my dogs needs. I don’t have kids so my priority is my pups and those I’m helping care for. Trust in a caregiver can take time and varies from pet to pet. However, there are some basics things I ensure I do because it’s made a difference in my dogs’ lives. • Car safety is key, you dog will wear a harness and seatbelt in the car. • Your dog will always be leashed whether it be on a walking leash, long lead, tie out, or tandem leash to my dog who has amazing recall. If your dog is off leash trained, that is something we can discuss one on one. • They will always have access to water • They will never be left alone in cars on hot days • They will always get some kind of exercise.

Filling their water dishes, giving them their food on time. Making sure they are getting the proper exercise they need. Monthly nail trimmings. Daily exercise inside and outside of my house. Keeping their indoor and outdoor areas clean of 💩 and anything that could be potentially harmful to all pets. I always make sure there is accessible water for all the pets in my home. I also keep feeding schedules logged into my calendar on my phone so that no one ever misses a feeding. Pups go outside at least once an hour unless they show that they need to go out more frequently. Also provide play time, with running around the fenced in yard, playing with toys and tons of snuggles on the couches!

I have been a veterinary technician for a few years, and I am Fear Free Certified working on my level 2 certification for more advanced training. About: I have done pet foster care for Dane County Humane Society for a number of years. I take in injured and healing dogs. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I turned to them in times of need and they depend on me for companionship and guidance. I am currently semi retired and working 10 hours a week for a local TV station. My time is very flexible. I am going to be tied up for a few hours on Monday evening We have a large yard in the country and we have walking trails adjacent to our property. I have a 50 pound dog with hip dysplasia and a torn ACL she cannot do A whole lot at this time so I enjoy getting out and walking with other dogs. Our cat Luna recently passed away. She will be missed.

About: There hasn’t been a time in my life where I haven’t had a pet. I have a dog, a cat, and fish as well in my own home right now and I would love to take care of your pets as well. I have a very active lifestyle, so I am well prepared for walks and playing with your pets! I just finished my sophomore year of college and am on summer break. I am waitressing this summer, but I don't work every day. When I do work, my shifts are either 10am-4pm or 4pm-11pm generally. So, even when I do have work, your pet won’t be alone for too long because I can come right before and after my shift to check up on your pet and/or still sleep over at the house with them if you want me to. I am able to accommodate to whatever your dog needs. I can run with them in the backyard, or just chill on the couch with them. Whatever it is, my goal is to make them happy and comfortable.
