“Murphy had a great time staying with Tina! She sent photos and videos to keep us up to date on how he was doing and even threw him a cute little birthday party since he was turning one while staying with them. I would definitely recommend boarding your dog with Tina.”

“I cannot recommend Scott and Melissa enough as a dog sitter! My two dogs stayed with him for two weeks, and they truly had the time of their lives. Scott has a fantastic backyard where they spent hours playing, and they especially loved exploring the nearby creek, it was like a little doggy vacation. He made sure they got daily walks, were well-fed, and most importantly, loved and cared for.”

“Think I might have found my second home for my puppy when we take trips. He was very well tooken care of an happy. I was updated on his status even with pictures everyday. Very satisfied customer here!”

“We love leaving our Maggie with Heather. It’s like a vacation for her while we’re on vacation. She gets to run and play in Heather’s backyard. She’s so happily and tired when we pick her up. We couldn’t be more pleased! 😊”

“I have used Rover all over the country due to my work demand and she is absolutely the best one I have used for a long stay. She was very communicative throughout my pup’s stay. We didn’t have a meet and greet ahead of time so she slowly introduced each of her dogs to mine one by one, in which I appreciated, on the day of drop off. She cares about her animals and is in tune to all of their needs and personalities. She is 40 min out of my way and I will definitely drive out to her again!”

“We just picked up our Jeffy and he did absolutely great! Megan was very nice and we were able to get ahold of her in a timely manner if we needed anything. Will definitely use her in the future!”

“With last minute notice, Kimberly was able to assist and watch Holly for the week. I do not think I have had a better dog sitter for boarding in the almost 12 years I have had Holly. You can tell Holly was happy to be with Kimberly! Thank you so much for the love and care you provided for Holly and the communication, knowledge, and professionalism with us. You are amazing, Kimberly!”

“Rick took very good care of our girls and they loved all the attention. He sent lots of pictures to keep us updated. We will definitely use him again!”

About: I've had a fur baby in my arms since I was a child. Not only did I raise my own, but I've kept my friends, my co-workers and my son's dogs while they were out of town, for a day, a week and sometimes longer. I cared for my son's senior boy while he worked, and then he brought the newest baby to me everyday she when she was a puppy, so she wasn't home alone and I could potty train her with love. I raised our German shepherd with my sons from the time she and my youngest were both just 8 weeks old. When Libby was almost 18 yo we had to have our vet assist her in crossing the rainbow bridge. From there I got my first tiny dog, a little boy named Dexter, Chihuahua 6.6 lbs, and then shortly after I got Danika, Chihuahua 5.5 lbs. They went everywhere with me, vacations, nail salon, shopping. They had a purse they loved to jump right in and 2 booster seats so they were secured safely in my car. I lost Dexter to heart disease at 14 yo and poor little Danika was lost without him. I adopted Lucylle, Chihuahua 6 lbs, she was 2 yo. She was left at the vet by her previous family, that never came back to get her. She was very aggressive towards everyone in the beginning and it took me 3 months of patience and love to bring her out of it. By that time her and Danika were best friends, and loving companions, of course they went everywhere with me. We lost Danika just few months ago, she was 16 yo. That's when I decided to start my journey with Rover, to bring some added joy into mine and Lucylle's life and give other fur babies a safe and loving place to visit when family were away. I retired 04-2024, Lucylle and I have plenty of time on our hands. I bought a patio home, with a nice fenced back yard, where I sit in the morning or anytime during the day/evening and watch Lucylle go out and do her business or just play. We take walks around the neighborhood or down at the walking trail. My neighbors are also dog lovers, they just love little Lucylle. I have a fenced back yard for them to play in with my girl, and I keep a watchful eye on them when they are outside. I can crate your baby if needed, as I do my own sometimes. I have little beds and/or a blanket for them to snuggle when they are napping. Being retired gives me plenty of time for your fur baby (and mine). Caring, playing and loving them as if they were my own.

“Mary and her family were amazing! I am new to the area and needed someone to watch my pup last minute. Not only was she able to help me out with short notice, but my pup loved staying with her and her family. He came home tired, which is hard to do, so I know he had a lot of good play time with Mary's pups.”

“My dog felt right at home from the get go. Alexandra was super accomdating amd patient during the inotial meet up. She and sage (her dog) were really friendly and bella felt at ease right away. She maintained very clear communications throughout the stay. Would definitely boon again.”

“Our dog seemed so happy with Ebony! Ebony kept us updated and was super responsive. She was incredibly helpful in watching Cutie last-minute during a family emergency.”

“I am so pleased with the care that my FIVE fur babies received! (And the two Big ones, are Hoodlums!) I know how much work they take, as well as the eye drops and 4 medications; and she really earned her money! They ranged in weight from 9, 13, 60, 89, to 93 pounds! I highly recommend her, and will be using her for more visits to see my new Granddaughter !!”

“Courtney is awesome- we feel so comfortable leaving Bella at her home, we always know she is well taken care of. We are so thankful to have found her! This is our third (or fourth?) time and we are already booking the next. Thank you!”

“Went above and beyond to pick up my dogs and care for them last minute in an emergency situation when I was out off town!”

“Nelson was amazing. Valentina was treated very well. They kept me informed and sent me videos of Valentina. I will be booking Nelson again in the future.”

“Sharon is absolutely amazing! My boy is a very anxious boy and has severe separation anxiety. Sharon had him so comfortable and settled almost immediately. I am so grateful to her for the care and love she gave Salem while I was out of the country for two weeks. Sharon provided me multiple daily updates complete with adorable videos of Salem. Her dog, Wes, was the perfect buddy for Salem too! Her fenced-in yard is fantastic for doggies to sniff and play in. I was so nervous to leave my boy for so long, but having Sharon as his sitter truly made all my worries disappear. She was also incredibly flexible and understanding when I had a flight delay. I cannot recommend Sharon (and Wesley!) enough!!”

“Wow! That was a GREAT experience booking our dog Samson with Crystal---she went above and beyond! She sent us multiple pictures and a video, which warmed our hearts.💕 She was so friendly when we dropped him off and picked him up, and we could tell he was very comfortable there by how he acted then and how he was in the video. And the kicker was, he slept in bed with her! You know she is a dog person by that! Thanks Crystal, we will book with you next time!!!”

“Thank you so much! This was our first experience using Rover and overall, it was a good one. Shunita was great and flexible in allowing us to come and pick them up at the end of our night so we didn’t need to leave them overnight. They were kept in kennels but Shunita said she lets them out every 2-3 hours to play in the back yard and go potty. Our puppies are on the larger size and not used to being kenneled or separated so, in the future, I will likely look for someone that allows them to join into a family atmosphere where they can roam & play freely. A smaller or older dog w/lower energy would do great, or a dog that’s used to being in a kennel. (That’s just a preference thing for the current puppies we have.) Shunita was very nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable in leaving our puppies for the day.”

Faye J.
“I am personally, a snob of sorts. I rarely find anyone...friends, vets, petsitters, etc that live up to my standards of how pets should be cared for. I am the friend that is silently (but sometimes quite loudly, too) judging you for the way you care for your pets. It's just who I am. Yes, I'm the person that treats animals just as lovingly as I do other humans. That being said, I have nothing but major kudos when it comes to Lynn. Yes, her name is Faye, but we call her Lynn. She treats her dog better than most people treat their own children. So yes, her heart is in it. Secondly, she is aware of acute changes and acts accordingly. Things that other pet owners may miss, she's vigilant about noticing. Increased respirations? She'll notice. Different looking poop? She'll notice. So yes, she's a smart cookie because it's important to her. I would not hesitate to leave any of my own crew in her care. I would not hesitate to have her in my home caring for them or for her to have my crew (albeit, a large one) stay with her in her home. That kind of trust can make a vacation so much more enjoyable. Some of my friends have had the absolute worse tragedies while on vacation. I would feel so secure having her watch over my precious little ones. Highly, highly recommended!”
