About: Started working with dogs when I was in my early twenties. I stated out as a dog bather and pet care at Petsmart. I then started spending my free time at Sunrise Sanctuary taking care of their rescued livestock. The job that taught me so much was being a dog warden. I learned how to handle emergency calls but also took care of the dogs at the shelter. I work a fun and open schedule so I have more flexibility on dog or cat sitting time frame. My dogs wake me up bright and early at 5am and going to bed around 10pm. So I’m able to check in on dogs within that big time frame. I have a 6 foot wooden privacy fence that I will allow my dogs to go outside in for potty breaks to the dogs playing in the puppy pool. Dogs will not unattended while in the yard.

About: I have taken care of and been around animals for as long as I can remember. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to take care of, feed, and play with their pets. I have been on rover since the beginning of June 2025 and have had many successful stays with multiple clients and their wonderful pets! I always put the animals needs before my own and make sure the animal is comfortable and content at all times! I am currently a full time student. I go to school in Richmond Indiana. My longest day at school is on Tuesday and I am there for about 6 hours. On Wednesdays I am at school for about 5 hours. On Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays I am at school for about 2 hours. I will devote the majority of my time to your pets aside from having to leave them to go to school for a few hours during the day. When I get back from school, I will make sure your pets are well taken care of and feel loved by playing and getting their energy out or by cuddling if that’s what they prefer:) I will care for your pet in your home with any and all instructions you give me. I will be willing to clean up any messes that are made. I will feed, bathe, and cuddle your pets! I will make sure they have enough water and always take them outside for potty breaks!

About: I have had experience with many different kinds of animals throughout my life. I have had rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, birds, dogs, and cats! Animals have a very special place in my heart and I know how to tend to any particular needs they may have. I am starting Dental Hygiene school in August! So, I will have a college schedule which makes it really easy to fit pet care into my every day schedule. My service includes caring for pets in my client’s home. I make sure that they feel comfortable with having a stranger in their home. I am gentle and make sure that the animals are not subjected to a lot of stress with me being there. I also make sure that my client’s home is still well-kept while they are away. Lastly, I make sure that the animals are given all the care that they need.

I thoroughly scan spaces for hidden hazards like loose cords or choking risks before letting pets roam. During our time together, I mirror their established daily routines to minimize stress and keep them feeling secure. I also send regular photo updates and transparent messages so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and thriving.

About: I am an animal lover with a bias towards dogs! I have had dogs of all different breeds and sizes throughout my life (including Rottweilers, Basset Hounds, Pitt Bulls, Doberman Pinschers and St. Bernards), and I can truly say that pups make the world a better place! I would love to walk or care for your fur-baby. I understand the sacred bond that an owner has with their animals, so you can trust and believe that your dog will be treated with the utmost love, respect and professionalism. About: I’ve loved and taken care of animals for as long as I remember! My parents used to call me the animal whisperer and I used to take care of all the neighborhood animals while their families were away growing up. I am constantly around animals and taking care of them. I’m comfortable around any sort of pet and i’m willing to learn how to best take care of your animal! I love walks, hikes, or taking a trip to a dog park of some sort! I’ve always grown up around animals and I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats, one cat needing special attention for her medications, so i’m prepared for any special treatment! I’m currently in nursing school whilst also bartending a couple nights during the week but I have plenty of free time and I’m very flexible! I have 3 very playful dogs and 2 mellow cats, one needing special care for her medications so I’m always vigilant to any kind of specific care that your animals may need. I’d love to spend more time outside this summer but I also love a couch potato!

About: All my life I've been interested in animals. I grew up with a dog, a cat, and a snake, and my work in the field has involved all sorts of animal husbandry, from shearing sheep to catching alligators or banding songbirds. Sometimes I feel I understand animals better than people which helps me provide specialized one-on-one care to meets your beloved pet's needs. I want to ensure that they feel as safe, comfortable, and well-loved with me as they do with you! I'm currently taking some online classes, so my schedule is pretty flexible! Right now I have a lot of time Fridays-Mondays which I would love to spend taking care of some special pets. I don't have access to a fenced-in yard currently and would not be able to host a dog to the best of my ability. I've taken care of cats at my house, however, and have found that they quickly feel at ease in my home environment. My kitty passed away last year, unfortunately, but I am home often and will provide as much company and attention as your pet desires. I want them to know they have a friend in me.

About: My family has had a dog since before we were married, almost 29 years ago. We lost our last German Shepherd, Greta, in June of 2025. While this has left a huge hole in my heart, I don't feel like we are to a place where we can open our home permanently to another. We will get there but not yet. In the meantime, I'd love to love on your pup! We have had GSD's or GSD mixes for over 25 years. We LOVE the breed and their loyalty. I know that they have to be worked and engaged in order to be "good" dogs! So, let me help you get some of their energy out and give them some of the mental stimulation they need. Our Greta was very well behaved. She did have formal training but as you know, that means I was trained as well. While we got very lax in training (she was 11 years old), I am willing to bring back some of that knowledge and work with yours while on a walk. That is the best time as the reset (calm, rest) afterwards is so important. While I don't mind other dogs, GSD's are definitely my favorite! I'm willing to walk any age and know the demands of stimulation at each age is so different. I occasionally walk my friends Golden Retriever. He is such a good boy but really just loves leisurely strolls while checking out all the pee-mail! I will be walking your dog while my husband is at work and I will come to your home to get the pup! I currently work a seasonal position January through April. The kids are now grown and either out of the house or in college. So, that leaves me somewhat flexible. I do have family out of the area that I will be going to help occasionally but I am definitely looking forward to working this into my weekday mornings and early afternoons. Since I'm only offering dog walking at this time, I'll plan to come to your place, retrieve your dog and head out for a walk! You would just need to provide a collar, leash and bags to clean up! Your dog will be returned at the desired time and will continue his/her napping until you return!

I have 2 dogs, one a rescue and they are my entire world, and I would love to bring that energy to your sweet fur baby! I have house sat for several pets over the years as well as checked in, walked, and played with to ensure enrichment and that they don't get lonely! I would love the opportunity to help you care for your sweet creatures! I have a very flexible schedule and am available at most hours of the day and just about any day of the week, to check in on your furbaby! In my home, my dogs are my world. They are played with and walked each day, they have a structured diet, and they are ALWAYS allowed to snuggle on the couch (although I respect if this is not the case in your home)! I greet my dogs and other pets with love and joy. I ensure water is always available, and that they have access to the window so that they can watch outside while I am away. I firmly believe in using all of these when taking care of any pet!

About: I have experience with behavior modification training, off leash training, large breeds, and will build relationship/rapport with families. I am trustworthy and reliable. Breeds I have owned; Husky, Lab, Kangal, German shepherd, and breeds I have worked with: rottweiler, akita, Shih tzu, German short hair, Great Dane, Labrador Retrievers, Doberman Pincher, Labradoodle, Golden doodle, Corgi I offer "daystays", which are extended versions of Drop-Ins. I am available for "drive-bys", that is emergency, or on call drop offs. I provide paw prints, (photos) and always have "Rufferences" for clients that require personal assurances. My 5 star timeshare for Staycations (boarding)is opportunity to save cost and book in advance. I work and I'm a homeschool educator however I have no issues with adjusting my schedule to care for pets and am available to communicate with every day In home dogs sleep in our room unless crated, and eat table scraps when we aren't fast enough, we let the, free roam the house once potty routine is established and that time frame depends on dog. We don't allow dogs on furniture but cover the furniture for animals trained that way to reduce stress on trying to keep them down. In your home, routine is maintained and extra treats given, time outside is always encouraged for high energy and down time is enforced when bad behavior is being modified

About: I grew up working at a farm. We had many dogs, cats, and barn animals as well as guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, birds, and fish. Throughout my life I have shadowed multiple veterinarians, volunteered at rescues, and cared for many other people’s animals and kids! I have attended college for Equestrian Studies too. Caring for animals has always been my greatest passion and I can’t wait to put it to good use by helping you and your animal out when the time calls! Caring for animals is my passions and therefore my full time job. I work a little online from home as well but never when it is taking time away from pet care. Away from home care: In my home I usually have other animals so, if you need care outside your home your pet must be potty trained, vaccinated and good with cats and dogs. We have leads for dogs outside and a large yard. No kennels provided, if you’d like your dog in a kennel, call a boarding facility. Your animal would be staying in a clean and safe bedroom/bathroom area with 24/7 supervision as well as a comfortable bed that is changed after every pet’s stay. They will be taken outside for at least 30 minutes, 4 times a day. You will need to provide food for your pet. In Home Care: If providing in home care for your pet all services are provided from walking and playtime to feeding and training. I also give bathes and brushing. Lots of love is of course always a part of my services as well. The schedule of it is up to you! I can do drop in visits any day of the week but only house sit on the weekend (Fri-Sun). I like to make sure I have plenty of time to spend with my own animals while also serving you. *Care In My Home* If you provide a crate and want me to use it I will but I usually just have your pet hang out with me around the house - it is all pet proof as I have many cats and a dog. If your pet doesn’t like other animals they are welcome to stay in my bedroom as a safe haven. I will be sure to hang out with them lots throughout the day if they are in there. I have a large fenced in backyard and leads for dogs. They are always supervised while outside. I only serve one pet family at a time so your animals won’t be exposed to any other animals other than my own. I do not provide care in my home to cats. *Care In Your Home* I will be with your pet for at least 2 hours at a time twice a day in addition to the evening and morning (10pm-10am) full time. I can bathe, brush, train, walk, and give lots of love at no extra charge!

About: I’ve had animals my whole life, ranging from 10+ cats, little shi tzus and Pomeranians, and up to a 130+ lb Rottweiler! I love animals of all sorts, and caring for them is my true passion. I believe pets are the most precious companions people can have, so they should have the love as possible to accommodate that ! I am currently in college, and I do not have a technical job, though I sometimes do grocery delivery orders, I usually spend my time studying. I have a shi-tzu who is super playful and sweet, I do not have a yard but there is a huge field next to my home where I take my dog to go potty.

About: My husband and I both are there to take care of your pets:) when I’m at work he’s there and same for when he’s at work. This ensures that your baby is never left alone!! I have watched dogs and babysat kids my whole life. I enjoy helping others when they’re away. I ensure you that I will walk, feed, bathe, and keep your pets happy and safe. (I usually find our clients and then do all the talking away from rover) I am a part time dental assistant and during my days I have time before, during, and after work to care for your pets. Also my weekends are always free. When I’m in your home I will follow all your rules and treat your home and pets as if they were mine.
