“Briana is absolutely wonderful!! It’s been hard finding a reliable cat-sitter who actually treats your cats like her own, until we met Briana. It seems like she genuinely loves cats (and all animals) and follows every detailed instruction perfectly. We LOVE her rover cards - she puts extra details into them and sends tons of photos. In the past, we usually get the normal “their litter was scooped and they were fed” type of card, but with Briana, she puts extra personalization and makes it an effort to send funny/cute photos, so it feels like you’re still at home with your pets! We always get nervous leaving our cats at home when we go out of town, but Briana understands our love for our fur babies. Not only did we come home to a clean home, but also very happy/full/well-loved cats. I would 100% recommend hiring Briana for future rover services, and will 110% be requesting Briana for future drop-in visits.”

“Jim K. is a dog lover and understands their needs and takes great care of them. He is quick to respond to a dog's needs, taking into account its personality and adjusting accordingly. He is also very reliable and patient - very important when caring for pets. Working at his current job, he has gone above and beyond in caring for the dogs, keeping them out of fights, and placing them first above himself. He has also taken excellent care of his sister's dogs - breed is a pit bull mix and a bichon/Havanese. I have been there visiting and witnessed this myself. He engages with the dogs and provides safe, loving care and great customer service for the dog owner(s). He knows how to connect with dogs, will take them for walks, keep them clean, and feed them healthy food. He will take photos of them and provide videos if necessary. He will interview you to make sure he understands your pet's health, habits, likes, and dislikes. If your dog needs some behavior modification, Jim can do that too, as he has been trained for this and uses scuffle tools as needed. Peace-keeping techniques such as sit/stay, body blocking techniques, redirecting, etc. You will be able to relax and enjoy your vacation and know that your pet is in good hands with Jim K. As a human being, Jim K. is a caring, generous, helpful person and I highly recommend him for dog sitting/taking care of dogs.”
