“Natalie is very caring and mindful of our sweet girl, she provided her lots of petting and made our girl feel comfortable and loved during our transition. Best Pet Sitter we’ve ever had ♥️”

About: I offer reliable house sitting, overnight stays, dog walking, and basic at-home baths. I bring over 6 years of professional pet-sitting experience with both dogs and cats. I am also a dedicated pet parent who raised my own dog, Sky, since she was just one month old, giving me hands-on knowledge of puppy development and routine building.I know how to keep your home clean, follow strict care schedules, and give your pets the personalized attention they deserve. When you are away, I will ensure your pets feel safe, loved, and fully pampered right in the comfort of their own home! Weekly Availability Mondays & Wednesdays (School Days): Available during three daily windows: • 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Morning walks & breakfast) • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Afternoon exercise & dinner) • 9:00 PM onwards (Bedtime care & overnights) • Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, & Weekends:Open availability all day for flexible walks, daytime visits, and overnights. Overnight/Walking/ Sitting Accommodations For Social Pets: • My dog, Sky, can join me for overnight stays, walks and sittings, to provide extra companionship. She is a certified ESA animal. • For Solo Pets: Sky stays home with my parents. I will stay at your house alone to focus 100% on your pet. I lock all doors and gates securely, scan floors for hazards, and leave your home cleaner than I found it. I stay 100% focused on walks, avoid phone distractions, and keep a safe distance from unfamiliar dogs.I send photo updates during my visit windows (and right when overnights start) so you always know your pet is happy.
About: Always had a dog in the house since I was a kid and been around them all my life from the smallest dog to the largest being a Great Dane, I have patients for dogs and the knowledge especially being someone new to them to handle them with care. Working full time but looking for extra activities in the evening and this would be perfect especially wanting to get more exercise and seeing new animals is a plus! I have three cats and a small dog in a two story apartment, they eat twice a day and spend time with my wife and son at home, but caring for pets in other people’s home I know is uncomfortable sometimes so I would treat even home visit with the same respect I’d want for my home and treat your pets with more care
About: I've taken care of all types of animals from huge ones like horses to teeny tiny ones like parrots. I love all types of animals!! :) I am a full time college student and have a full time job so mostly just brief visits that last no longer than a few hours. I love cuddling and playing with animals, and I will make sure to attend to their every need. If there are special instructions I will make sure to carry those out to my best ability.
About: I am a well experienced vet nurse now in undergrad with high hopes for med school! I've been a dog trainer all the way up to ICU nurse. I can handle most any situation so you can leave your home and your babies comfortably with me! I'm going to school online on a self paced basis so pet care is a perfect fit for me and my schedule. My 86 year old neighbor loves my 1 year old miniature poodle Boseman and loves her little farm so long stays away are okay with the both of us. My poodle Boseman has free range of my place but is also fully kennel trained if need be (used when I worked long hospital hours). He gets walks around our pond or goes next door with my neighbor's 50+ chickens, 2 cats, and 3 dogs. He gets fed twice a day and plenty of treats (super high metabolism lol).
About: Im available to cut any cat or dogs nails, clean ears, give medications and go check in on your pets if your out of town feed and give your animals water and take them out as well. I will also clean up your yard of poop as well. If you also want me to shave down your animal or give them a bath/bruh I can do that as well but im no professional so I dont do any fancy haircuts. I am a veterinary assistant so I do care for any and all animals aggressive or sweet none of it bothers me 😊💕 I can check in on them daily or weekly. I am also a mom working a full time job but I am available to see and care for your pets. I have two dogs and two cats of my own. I also have been cutting cats nails for a while now too for a client.
“Larisa did a great job of visiting and feeding and watering my 2 spooky cats for 4 days while I was out of town. She followed all my directions and sent daily visual updates twice a day. She was even able to coax both of my shy cats to show themselves to her. I will be booking Larisa again to take care of my kitties.”

“Amina is the best pet sitter in the world. She has been taking care of my cats for a long time. My cats love her! She is a great communicator. She leaves detailed notes about how the cats are doing and her activities with them. She takes great pics of them. She could also be a pet photographer. Amina is easy to reach and is helpful with other household tasks.”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
