About: I’ve been dog sitting for friends dogs for over 10 years and continue to do so. I walk my dog regularly as well as neighbor dogs. I am retired so I spend a lot of time with mine and my neighbors dogs. I have the freedom of time to spend with your fur baby I have a fenced yard and a very friendly dog in my home. My neighborhood is very dog friendly with sidewalks and parks near. I can crate dogs if necessary.

About: I have been around animals my entire life and cared for my own dogs for nearly 20 years. I often dog sit/house sit for friends and neighbors. I have two female pugs and a male terrier mix who are part of our family. While I do have kids and they may join in on a walk, I would always be the one in charge of the leash and walking your dog. We have a large fenced in yard for plenty of play time if you board or schedule doggie daycare with us. I also have experience caring for small animals like cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, lizards, chickens, and hamsters. I can board animals in cages/enclosures in an area where other animals do not have access or provide drop in visits in your home. With specific instructions, I could accommodate most types of animals. I work part time on the weekends and my husband works full time during the week, part of which is work from home. Our home is rarely without someone here. I do have two school aged children who are gentle if a dog is staying with us and also gives me an opportunity for dog walking at your location. I will provide cute pictures from drop in visits, walks, and boarding. If your dog stays overnight with us, we would require crating only during the night. Otherwise our dogs are out and about in the main part of the house and go out into our fenced backyard often. They also enjoy frequent walks in our quiet neighborhood if desired.

About: Hi! I'm Michelle, I've been dogsitting for over 9 years for friends and family and finally became a dog mom in 2020--it's the best! My husband, Brad, and I both love animals and are excited to join the Rover sitter community. We are comfortable with dogs of any age and any breed, and would care for your dog as if s/he were out own. We can administer medications as needed (we mostly have experience with oral and topical meds, but are willing to learn what's needed for your furry friend) and are very attentive to your dog's diet and feeding regime. We can't wait to welcome your dog into our home while you are away! Michelle works from home so your dog won't be on their own for long periods while staying at our home. We love taking our dog, Joni, on walks (& runs) everyday (we usually go several times each day) and we have a large fenced in yard for additional playtime, so your pup will get lots of outside time to burn off energy and sniff. Your dog will have full access to our home, just as our Joni does, with a variety of toys and bed options (including couches) available throughout the day. You'll get regular photo updates of your pup's adventures while you're away (unless otherwise requested). My husband and I have a large, fenced in backyard that's perfect for zoomies and playtime, and live in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our 6 year old pup, Joni, is always looking for new friends and someone to share her toys with (she's up to date on her vaccinations and preventative meds). If your dog is crate trained, we'd be happy to find a space to set that up for them in our home during their stay, or they are welcome to use Joni's old crate which we can set up if needed. Additionally, feel free to bring any toys or bedding/blankets that help make your dog feel at home; we want him/her to have what they need to be comfy while you are away.

I will care for your fur babies and home as if they were my own. Presently I am retired and available for drop in visits. You can relax knowing your home and pets are in my caring hands. Primarily, I offer kitty & small/med dog care, feeding, brushing, playing, walking, litter care. May consider larger dogs, doggie daycare and overnight stay. Depends, as I do have a very mellow happy cat and I do not want to turn her world upside down. I will want to meet your pet, listen to you, take notes on their routines and what is most important for their best care while you are away. I know from my own experience the relief I feel when I have reliable pet care. I will always be a phone call away and will text pictures of your fur baby while they are in my care.
