About: Military member and full-time humane society volunteer with a safe home and a love for pets. We have a 3 and 6 yr old child and a 3lb yorkie (Bruce). Fenced in yard and my spouse or I are ALWAYS home. Plenty of space to roam the house and a nice neighborhood to go for walks in (with a dog park). Your best friend will be able to roam freely inside my home and relax. Our little best friends only have a short time on this earth and I strive to make it the BEST one they can possibly experience! I understand parting with your pet is hard so expect for me to send picture updates on your little one while they are in my care to give you some peace of mind. “We were visiting the area from out of state and needed someone caring to keep our dog in a comfortable house (rather than a kennel) as the event we were attending didn’t allow dogs in the accommodations - so we booked Taylor sight unseen. She was very friendly and warm, and was all around excellent with our senior lab mix - she sent regular updates with videos and pictures and he LOVED running around her land, getting to splash in her pond and watching all the farm animals. Will definitely book with Taylor again if we are ever back in the area and need a dogsitter!”

“We were very pleased with Rose's care of Louis and Sassy. We have never left our dogs with anyone other than family so this was a first. Rose has lots of room for dogs to run around which was great since Louis especially is young and needs a lot of exercise. Rose showed us around and explained everything at her disposal for boarding. They were happy when we dropped them off and that made us feel at ease. We were able to enjoy the Labor Day weekend knowing our pups were in good hands! We will be sure to use Rose next time we head to Outer Banks and need to board our dogs.”

Her house is set up well for visiting dogs and her dogs were friendly and excited to meet mine (especially her dog Goose who wanted to meet my dog also named Goose). Goose seemed happy and nicely tired from all the fun when I picked him up. Lila sent pictures and seems to thoroughly enjoy dogs and welcoming them into her home. highly recommend!”
