“Christina and Jason were great with my girls. I received pictures of them daily along with descriptions of their daily activities. They kept my girls busy and happy. I would highly recommend them.”
“This was our first time using Deidre and it was a 2 week stay. We couldn’t have been happier! She was great with our dog and sent many pictures and videos so we could see that our Abbey was being very well taken care of. Deidre is very kind and calm and we knew after meeting her that she would take great care of Abbey. We definitely will use her services again!”

“Deborah was so great with our pup, Stella! Her backyard was perfect for her to run around in. She spoiled her to death and sent us tons of photos while we were away! Stella left super happy! Highly recommend!”

“Christina was amazing! She took care of our small pup, Hazel, for 5 days and did a fantastic job. We felt completely at ease knowing Hazel was safe and well cared for in Christina’s hands. She sent us daily updates and photos, which made us feel so connected even while we were away. It’s clear that Christina truly loves animals and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re happy and comfortable. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats ranging from under one year to 14 years of age. I have administered medication for dogs and cats (orally and via shot). I have provided care for extremely social dogs and anxious pups—I am confident in my ability to provide connection and care.I have also taken care of chickens and am comfortable doing so. I have been living with a golden retriever puppy for the last two years so I’m eager to spend time with some pups of kittens! I am a middle school teacher on summer break. My schedule for July is empty!!! I need work in July before going back to school. Trying to save up to get my own pup… I am unfortunately not available to host dogs at my house since I am living with my parents. I am 24 years old and that’s a bit too much of an ask. Thank you for understanding.

“Absolute lifesaver! Not only was she able to care for Echo when a last minute emergency came up, she kept me posted on how she was behaving the whole time. My dog has anxiety and every picture I received made it clear Echo felt comfortable and safe. I'm super grateful for what she was able to do”

“I know my dog was well taken care of when she takes the time to give a quick kiss to each of her caregivers! And…during the excitement of Mamas home! Thank you so much for the kind and loving care and the great communication and photos! Those go along way to help sooth mamas anxiety of having to leave her baby with a new person! Thank you, thank you thank you!”

Dog walking and exercising is my full-time job. I want to provide a concierge service that makes it easiest for you to take your time back and be well. Your wellness is key to your dog being well. We have a fenced in yard and I will follow whatever guidelines are needed in the client's home. I understand each situation is different and each pet needs specific care.
“Liz saved the day and agreed to watch our pup for 5 days. I cannot recommend Liz highly enough! Our pup had the most wonderful time and they cared for him like their own. Their house is puppy paradise and their dogs were the perfect companions for our lil guy. If you’re looking for a safe and loving home away from home for your pets, they’re fantastic. They also took care to get to know our dog’s needs ahead of time, with comprehensive questionnaires and a meet and greet.”

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in VT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
