“Kaylee was great. Bella loved her as soon as she walked in for our meet and greet. Kaylee sent pictures and reported daily how Bella was doing. I would definitely use Kaylee again. 10 out a 10 without a doubt. Thank you!!!”

“Jamal is a neighbor, right across the street. He's a great guy, and did well letting my dog, Shuri, out into the yard on a tether. But, he somehow got the alarm triggered by not following my instructions, and the alarm company called me while I was in a conference doing videography in front of about 60 people. All in all, he did what I needed for the dog visit.”

“Thank you so much for stepping in on short notice! I felt confident after talking with you that everything was going to be alright since we were out of state with very little time to vet our dog sitter! Thank you!”

About: Hello! I’m a life long animal lover and owner who understands that every furry friend has their own specific needs. Whatever your pet needs, I’m always happy to accommodate and ensure they feel safe, happy, and taken care of. I’ve taken care of family and friends animals all my life. From bunnies to Saint Bernard’s I’ve seen just about everything. I’m a college student that lives close to campus, so even with classes, I’ll be able to ensure your furry friend is taken care of! I am currently a softball player in college. While my weekdays can be a little busy, I live close to campus and have few in-person classes. Because of softball practice, I am not home for 3-4 hours most afternoons. I have an open yard and live walking distance from the Pulaski dog park. Your pet will have inside and outside time with ample opportunities to play, potty, and relax. I have a 2 year old female Lab in the home that loves to play and is quite energetic. Your pet will be cared for as one of my own and will be blessed with toys, treats, company, and love. I will openly accommodate your pets needs as I know every pet is different.

I’m naturally calm, detail-oriented, and dependable, and I enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality and routine. I currently have flexible availability, especially on Mondays and Fridays, and I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! “Madison exceeded all expectations! Our regular pet sitter had an unexpected emergency right before we left on a two week trip, the longest we’ve ever been away from our two fur babies. Needless to say we were devastated and left scrambling to find a reliable and trustworthy substitution. Madison did a meet and greet beforehand to explain her qualifications, answered any questions we had, and made sure to thoroughly understand the expectations of what we needed done to ensure peace of mind for us. She provided extensive details for us everyday and sent cute pictures of our animals so we could get a glimpse of how they were faring while we were away. She really takes the time to get to know the animals and it is reflected in her outstanding work ethic how much she truly cares. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone needing a sitter. Thank you Madison for providing excellent care for our babies, you made our vacation that much more enjoyable knowing there was once less thing to worry about back home!”

“Brooke was awesome with my fur babies. She did everything she was told to do. I was so surprised when she sent me pics of them. That made me so happy. She let me know when she was there an when she left. I think Brooke is great person. I will be using her again. Thx Brooke my babies loves you.”

“Brynn is wonderful. My skiddish dog took to her right away. She was prompt in making the appointments and she took the time to make sure my dogs had some good human interaction, while we were gone. I cannot say enough good things about Brynn. She will be our babies sitter from now on!!! Thank you for loving my babies, Brynn ❤️🧡💛💚”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for many years and truly love caring for animals of all kinds. I’m dependable, flexible with scheduling, and always willing to work with you to meet your pet’s unique needs. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, medication, or just keeping your furry friend company, I’m here to help! I work a full-time rotating schedule where I’m on for 7 days straight and then off for 7 days. My work week always starts on a Thursday and ends on a Wednesday. During those 7 workdays, I’m working full-time each day. After that, I get a full week off to rest and take care of personal things. It’s a repeating cycle—7 days on, 7 days off—so every other week I’m either working or completely off I pet sit because I genuinely love what I do — and animals love me back. Their comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities. When pets stay with me in my home, they become part of the family. I make sure every animal is well-fed, always has fresh water, and most importantly — plenty of playtime and affection. They get a safe, loving environment where they can relax and feel right at home. When I care for pets in your home, I follow all instructions to the letter — from feeding and medication routines to special care details. I send regular photo updates so you always know how your furry friend is doing, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. Respecting your space and your pet’s routine is always a priority. About: I have taken care of many dogs since I was a sophomore in high school, graduated in 2019. I volunteered and then became a worker at a groomer near me. Loved my job, and have cared for many animals since. Currently do not have a job, so I have a free schedule and nothing but love to give to the fur babies, including cats of course. I am very respectful to others homes and belongings. I only want to care for the animals, very trustworthy. If staying at my home, I am sure to take them out every hour, hour in a half unless given specific details. Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Cornersville. On Rover:

- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
