About: My name is Shania, I’ve been around all animals all my life and from when I was very little I knew in my heart I wanted to take care of them. I have been a veterinary technician for 5 1/2 years now. I graduated with my associates in veterinary science in 2022. Animals have always had a special place in my heart, and caring for them isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. It has never been a job, but a calling. I’ve worked with pets of all kinds, from the playful to the shy, the healthy to those with special medical needs. That experience has taught me how to care with both skill and compassion. I started my journey with Rover as a way to continue doing what I love while also being present to raise my daughter. About: I’ve had dogs and cats (and fish) since I was a toddler! I love reptiles and birds as well. I currently have two dogs and have provided pet care for over 10 years. My husband just retired 20 years from the Air Force so I am brand new to the area and excited for new clients! I’m primarily a stay at home mom. I work part time and make my own hours so I’m very flexible for availability! This helps me take on last minute clients as well. My home is unavailable for care since one of my dogs is a senior pup that isn’t social. However, I am happy to take care of your pets in your home!

About: I’ve been taking care of a range of animals since I was 8 years old. I have a special bond with animals and love them! I am a teacher and can check on animals before school and after as well but am off for the summer. I am flexible on weekends as well. I have a fenced yard for my dog and take her for walks regularly. I also take care of my neighbor’s dog when they are gone.

About: I’ve been caring for pets since the age of 15 mostly dogs and cats but, I have also cared for equine livestock, reptiles and more exotic animals like sugar gliders. I have also had to take care of animals that require medication for problems like cancer, anxiety, and bladder control. I am in school part-time as while as working as a CNA. I do however call off work during sitting gigs if preferred by the animal parents. When I sit for family’s I follow the rules or schedules that they leave for me. I am very flexible with feeding and peeing schedules.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, horses, rodents and more all my life. I have dog sat for people for years and love getting to know your animals! I currently have a full-time job during the week but I am open during the weekends! On the weekends, I am free all day to keep the animals occupied and happy! I am cautious when it comes to making sure the dogs do not escape from the yard and be safe during walks. Also, when it comes to food they shouldn’t eat, I am weary of not letting them eat something bad.

About: I spent a few years working at an animal hospital. I am able to administer oral medication and insulin. I have a diabetic dog myself. My life revolves around animals. Taking care of my animals is basically what my life is about. I am big in to animal activism; animals are my life. They will be treated like family! I know how to take care of animals properly and keep them safe. I always feed dogs separately and watch them when they go outside.
