About: I have had a pet throughout my whole life. I went to Veterinary Technician school and have worked with animals since! I also have a bachelors in Animal Science so I have some experience with larger pets as well! I currently do work a full time job, but I am looking to reconnect with animals in any way I can! I provide wonderful care and spend quality time with your pet whether it's a simple potty break or a weekend watch! I spend time with them outside of what I am there for! I do my best to learn the house rules and what the pet knows is ok and what isn't ok to do. Everyone is unique and each pet has their own type of training. I can work with all!

“Chrissy did such a great job with our small pack of beagles. She came to our house everyday to make sure they were well taken of. I can’t thank her enough!”

About: Hi, I’m Brooke! After pet sitting for numerous friends and colleagues, I thought I’d spread the love here. I have worked in healthcare for over eight years and am a Clinical Research Associate at UIHC in pediatric endocrinology. I have two cats of my own, two rescues named Tiny and Winnie. I’m also a huge Iowa Women’s Basketball and Indiana Fever fan 😊 I can give medications as well as holistic medical treatments to sick and/or medically complicated fur friends. I can walk and run with dogs or just hangout and hopefully solicit a few snuggles. I’m also the cat whisperer ☺️ I currently work from home twice a week with a flexible schedule. This allows me to attend drop-in visits on an as needed basis or spend extended time with your furry friends. I care for pets like I care for my own pets, like they’re family! I believe in treating animals how I would want to be treated, with dignity and respect. I do not believe in punishing animals for things they cannot control and instead believe in promoting environments for them to succeed.

About: I have taken care of dogs, pigs, chickens, cats, birds and fish for my family and for friends. I also have a Persian senior cat at home :) I am currently unemployed so I am available most of the time other than taking care of my family. I am looking for check ins, I can feed, walk, play, etc. and clean up after animals. I don’t mind multiple animals at one time. I go on long walks every day now and need a partner! I love older animals as well as babies. I have come to raise kittens and puppies and help teach potty training and good manners. Tricks too.

About: I always had dogs and cats on my house! Currently have 2 great cats! We have a closed backyard for cats and dogs to play with! Anytime of the week works if I am not traveling for work. Cats and dogs are welcome overnight! Most of Weekends works for us and during the week only if I don't travel. Our cats are mainly indoor but they love to be at our back yard that is fully fenced. Same for dogs! Nothing they can be harmed with in our yard and or in house. Also, we do have 2 kids that love animals! Make sure your pet like kids.

“Oscar took great care of our two cats & went above and beyond to visit and play with them!”

“Mia did a great job with our little one with the drop in visits :) she spent some time with her as well which is nice since we booked it for every other day while we were gone. Overall, I’d definitely recommend her!”

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember. In addition to my own fur family, I've watched several other's fur babies for the past 10 years. I work from home, so I'm home the majority of the time. That means your animals always get the attention they need, plus always another animal for companionship. I don't have a fenced yard, but I ALWAYS tether or take them out on a leash when at my home. I do like to give treats like kongs for added stimulation as well. I do have crates or have room for crates for sleeping or if they need alone time.

“Miranda is very friendly, caring and thoughtful! Her in-home service for our cat(s) allowed us to take a worry-free vacation. We will definitely seek her services in the future!”

About: I would consider myself very experienced when it comes to caring for animals. I worked at a dog kennel where meeting and caring for all kinds of dogs was my everyday life. From the calm ones who need medication to the hyper ones who need an outlet, I was always happy to have the privilege of caring for them. At the kennel I did feeding, medications, play, doggy day care, and had many more responsibilities. I also have also taken my love for dogs to another level by fostering rescues. This is something that brings me so much joy, especially when they start out timid and I get to watch them come out of their shell. I recently adopted a puppy which has been so exciting! Unfortunately for the safety of his health this means I had to pause fostering. I think caring for your animals will help fill that hole in my life! HOUSE SITTING ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to having a puppy of my own I cannot do overnight stays. I absolutely can stay with your dogs throughout the day with a couple of breaks to take care of my own puppy. I am a full time employee for a flower shop typically working 8-3. If I gain clientele who are seeking availability during the day I am willing to switch to night shift but do not want to do so until I gain interest. As of now I am allowed long breaks so if you would like someone to care for your pet at lunch time I can. I would prefer to take clients after 3 PM. Please feel free to check in with me as my days off are varied! I treat all pets with the love and respect they deserve. I will do my best to always understand your pets boundaries and to earn their trust to give them all my love!

About: I have had dogs and cats since I was born. My parents share the same love for animals as I do, and I think I love them more honestly! I’ve dealt with losing a pet, and adding new additions to the family. In my eyes no breed of dog or cat is superior and I would love to meet all the pets I can!! I work part-time so I will put the days I am available into the schedule! On my days off I would be more than happy to take your dogs for walks or do drop in visits with dogs and cats! I also marked all days as available because my hours can be funky and I can sometimes work only 4 hour shifts. I take my dogs for walks frequently. They are a bit stubborn sometimes (especially my olde english) but after we get walking they love being outside! The summer heat gets to them both though, so I would love to get outside!

“When Sky arrived, she had such positive energy. Chesna immediately jumped up in her lap and laid down. Sky was so intuitive to Chesna's mood and body language, which is exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be hiring her again.”
