About: I have experience pet sitting as well as currently working at a Doggy Daycare/Boardinh facility! I grew up on a farm, so I am used to working with animals, and I also have pets of my own! I have taken care of a large variety of pets, from puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats. I am also used to giving medication to pets that require it! I currently am working part time at a pet care facility, so I would love to incorporate more pet care into my life! I am happy to help wherever I can, however early or late needed! I have a great ability to read a pets body language and help them get used to me when visiting them in home. I also understand boundaries and love walking pets, while also keeping them under control and safe!

About: I have had a pets my entire life, mostly dogs and cats. I currently have 2 labs and 1 golden doodle who roam the yard with our farm animals; chickens and ducks. They are kennel trained and wouldn’t be around customer pets. I have 3 kids who love learning and helping out with chores. They are in extra curricular activities but I would ensure a schedule with you before the time of watching your fur baby. My husband is home most nights and weekends (besides hunting seasons) and he works construction during the day. I am home most nights and weekends besides when I have drill with the Iowa National guard, I work full time with the guard. Our dogs currently have an underground fence but because we have one mischievous lab (Mayble) who likes to convince the other two to go on adventures, we kennel her and our youngest (Bailey, golden doodle) during working hours. Our eldest (Max) is pretty lazy and wonders our yard freely during the day and night without his collar.

About: I have had dogs and cats since I was born. My parents share the same love for animals as I do, and I think I love them more honestly! I’ve dealt with losing a pet, and adding new additions to the family. In my eyes no breed of dog or cat is superior and I would love to meet all the pets I can!! I work part-time so I will put the days I am available into the schedule! On my days off I would be more than happy to take your dogs for walks or do drop in visits with dogs and cats! I also marked all days as available because my hours can be funky and I can sometimes work only 4 hour shifts. I take my dogs for walks frequently. They are a bit stubborn sometimes (especially my olde english) but after we get walking they love being outside! The summer heat gets to them both though, so I would love to get outside!

About: I've taken care of dogs of various ages for about 2 years at the client's home. I've done baths, taken them on walks, outside to go potty, of course feeding and giving all the treats! I work in Cedar Rapids so I'm only able to do mid day check ins in that area. If you aren't in the Cedar Rapids area I can do morning and evening/night check ins. I am able to stay overnight at your home as well if needed. I provide care at the client's home. I am able to come for a drop in visit and hang out with your pet for a short time or I'm able to come and stay for the night or the weekend if needed.

I am recently retired and have plenty of time to take care of your pets. I care for a black lab and a border collie on a regular basis, so I’m very comfortable with high-energy dogs that need both physical activity and attention. Walks, playtime, and keeping them on their routine are a natural part of their care. I’ve also cared for cats, rabbits, and other small animals, so I understand that each pet has different needs—whether that’s active play, quiet companionship, or simply a calm, consistent presence. About: My family and myself absolutely love animals! We have dogs and cats ourselves and have had for many years. Most of our animals that we have or have had, we've adopted from shelters or have turned up on our doorstep as strays so naturally, we took them in! We adore animals so much that we should actually live on a farm so we can have more! We call our 13 year old daughter "the animal whisperer", she loves and understands what every animal wants or needs and they love and trust her in return. She knows every breed of dog and everything about them! She's going to be a veterinarian someday, I can already see it now! Animals are part of our family, they have free roam of our house, can snuggle with us on the furniture or in our bed and we play outside with them in our big backyard. We live in a small town so it's perfect for playing outside or taking a walk. Our pets love other animals to play with also! However you take care of your pet, you can count on us to do the same! Just let us know what your pet loves and needs and we'll provide them with that! I'm very flexible and can work around most schedules. Available mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights for drop in visits to your home and walks and available anytime for overnight stays at your home. When in your home, you just let me know what your pet's normal routine is, their likes/dislikes, fave toys/treats and I'll make your pet feel pampered, comfortable and loved!

About: I have been talking care of family and friends animals since the age of 10 and still to this day. From walking to feeding to bathing, and grooming i have done it all. I wouldnt be the person i am today if it wernt for being around and taking care of animals. Pets make my life so much more enjoyable seeing them happy them showing love in return. I have a Morkie who is the biggest lover on this planet. She is great with other animals and will keep them great company. I also use to train dogs when i was younger and have had the privilage to train all of my family and friends pets. About: I have been taken care of animals since 2019 at a vet office. I’ve worked at a doggy daycare. I do bathing services as well. I also have six years experience with dogs that have seizures or diabetes I do currently work full time at a doggy daycare/ boarding place. I do have a couple days off a week to come take care of your furry babies . I do have a two year old corgi at home . I will feed and walk your dogs when watching them . I also love taken care of cats as well. I do some bathing services as well. I do nail trims and baths.

About: I've had an animal most of my life. As a child, we raised dachshunds and various strays that came around. As an adult, the dogs I've had were adopted from shelters. Currently, I have a cat only. However, I do volunteer at a local "no kill" shelter walking, loving, playing, cleaning, feeding and loving even more. Treats too!!! I also care for a couple of my clients dogs as well. I work part time as a in-home care aide and a couple of my clients have animals in which they need assistance with. (walking, feeding, vet appts). I have worked most of my career with children with various disabilities with the primary focus in behavior development/management. Some of that was in a residential setting and some was within the school system. About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember. In addition to my own fur family, I've watched several other's fur babies for the past 10 years. I work from home, so I'm home the majority of the time. That means your animals always get the attention they need, plus always another animal for companionship. I don't have a fenced yard, but I ALWAYS tether or take them out on a leash when at my home. I do like to give treats like kongs for added stimulation as well. I do have crates or have room for crates for sleeping or if they need alone time.

About: Growing up I have always had cats and dogs around in my life. I have always bonded with cats and have lots of experience taking care of newborn kittens. I have found homes for 30 cats and kittens and would love to continue helping cats, dogs and owners out with pet care as needed! I love exercising and walking and always make the pets included if they want to be, even my 15 pound cat in his backpack! I currently live in an apartment building and go for walks frequently. I do own a cat backpack that is breathable for the cats to take them on walks as well as a cat and dog leash and harness for small dogs! I also have lots cat toys and a few dog toys that are just waiting to be used by someone other than my cats (whom are great with other animals).

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life and have had many pets over the years, including dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, degus, sugar gliders, hamsters, gerbils, mice, parrots, fish and many reptiles. Please don’t hesitate to message me about caring for any pocket pets/exotics! I started working at doggy daycares/boarding facilities when I was a teenager. I now work in veterinary medicine, currently at an emergency clinic, and pet sit on the side! I’m new to Rover but not new to pet sitting and am happy to provide additional references if desired. I had an injury recently and am on medical leave, so I’m currently available just about anytime for your pet’s needs! I’m available to stop by your house several times a day to feed, walk, and play with your pets as needed. I can also stay at your house full time. I’m happy to drive your pets to any grooming/veterinary appointments as well. For pocket pets/exotics, I can either do drop in visits, house sitting, or board them at my house if preferred (they will be kept away from my dogs, cats and other pets at all times) - if boarding, you can provide a cage/enclosure, or I have several spare ones of various sizes/styles I can set up if you let me know ahead of time. I work as an overnight tech at an emergency vet clinic and have access to veterinary care 24/7 should it ever be needed.
