“Dana was AWESOME! We have two finicky border collies that don't warm up to just anyone and need a lot of mental and physical activity - thus, we have very high standards for their care. Dana exceeded our expectations! Dana was kind and patient with them, and have them plenty of activities for their brains (e g., puzzle toys), and bodies (e.g., plenty of walks). She was very engaged with them and even worked commands with them for added mental stimulation! Our dogs came back very happy and well cared for. We will definitely be boarding with her again, and can't recommend her enough - ESPECIALLY if you have timid or dog/people selective dogs. Dana is a very conscientious and responsible dog owner and sitter. She is also very communicative and will send plenty of updates and photos.”

“This was our 1st time using Rover and our 1st time leaving our new dog with someone else for the weekend. So I was a little nervous. Steve was great with Phinny and sent me pictures and a quick note after the 1st night. This really put me at ease. And from the long nap Phinny took when I brought him home, we could tell he had a blast socializing and playing with all the other dogs! We will definitely use them again!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Charlene! When you love your pet as I do, it is always a little nerve wracking to need to leave your beloved with a stranger. But from moment one I knew that My Keeley would be well taken care of. There was oohing and aahing and all the right things, like a fenced in yard and that they promised me that their guest dog is always accompanied outside, not left alone. Keeley snuggled on the couch with Charlene with is not Keeley's custom with new people. She was quickly at home. I highly recommend Charlene! Not only did she put my mind at ease, but Keeley was loved!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs since a long time. I take my dog for runs and walks for 7-8 miles daily. I can also take your dog for hiking if you want me to. I work from home on Fridays and Monday which is suitable for me since I am at home for the whole weekend and provide 24x7 care to the pets. I have friendly Australian shepherd who loves to play and is filled with high energy. My apartment has ample of space for pets to play around.

About: I have been exposed to dogs, cats, and other pets since I was a young child. I am most experienced with dogs, and am invested in their care. As a veteran I am well equipped to deal with potentially stressful situations, and will communicate with you effectively as needed. Currently a Full Time Student. I am available all day on weekends and Fridays. Only available afternoons to early evenings on weekdays, however I am flexible and willing to make concessions with advanced notice. Your pet will be under my control at all times, and will not be left unsupervised. If you request something specific (like a trip to the dog park for example) I'm more than happy to oblige. Special considerations will be followed if required or requested. Your pet will be treated as family unless specific considerations are required.

“Bridget had watched Naya for me a few times. She really does go above and beyond. Naya always comes home happy! Even tho she is a senior she still has soooo much energy. Bridget makes sure to exercise her and deplete that extra energy. Naya loves her”

She listened carefully to my feeding instructions, asked thoughtful questions about watching my little girl, and even sent me pictures and videos of her while I was away. She stayed in touch, was flexible, and made herself available for when I wanted to drop my dog off and pick her up. Would recommend to anyone and plan on using her again in the future!”

We decided if Hanna were to jump on the couch to rest that she would have found here comfort spot. Terry is very good with communication and notified me with a picture. Vicki went above and beyond and brought our dog to our wedding venue to visit us following our ceremony so he could join in for some family pictures. We were so grateful that he was able to be a part of our special day and We’ll definitely continue to use Vicki for boarding when Kato unfortunately isn’t able to join us on some of our weekend obligations.”

“Bob was awesome with our 10-month-old (75 lbs.) puppy, Chip, and made our first experience using Rover great! During our meet and greet at a park, we went for a walk and Bob asked if he could walk Chip. He did a great job harnessing Chip's puppy energy and redirecting his attention when he got distracted or overly excited. It was nice to see such a positive interaction before our stay and it really put my mind at ease. During Chip’s stay, Bob was extremely responsive, attentive to our pup's needs and schedule, sent lots of (adorable) pictures, and even took the time to train and work with Chip. Bob is very knowledgeable about pet care and training, and Chip was more attentive and better mannered after his stay with Bob. I could tell that Chip really enjoyed his time with him and was very excited when he saw him for his second stay. We plan to use Bob again and highly recommend him to others looking for exceptional pet care!”
