About: I have cared for cats and dogs at all life stages and I have experience giving medication, giving lots of love and attention, scratchies and play time! I have a flexible schedule and have availability to do drop ins, walks, and feeding 7 days a week at scheduled times for dogs and cats. I am also open to day boarding your pup up to 50#. For Drop in visits I will make sure your fur baby has fresh water, potty break, loving, play time and treats if allowed. I will also bring in mail/packages if you would like. Daycare in my home I have 1 cat and 1 dog, a crate if needed and fenced back yard. Your pup must be up to date on all vaccinations, flea and tick, and heartworm and provide proof of records. Your pup must be house trained and well behaved in order to day board and a scheduled meet and greet in my home prior to care, for the safety of all of our fur babies. I will not accept dogs that display aggressive behavior towards people or other pets.

About: Hi there! My name is Sydney, and I’ve been a dedicated caregiver for years—both to people and pets. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your furry family members, and I’m here to offer the same compassion and attentiveness I give in my work as a healthcare professional and caregiver. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I’m patient, calm, and tuned in to their unique behaviors and comfort zones. As a medical student, I can’t have a pet of my own right now—but I miss being around animals! Rover allows me to help others while getting some tail wags and cuddles in return. Your pet's safety, happiness, and well-being will always be my top priority. I have a flexible academic schedule and have the availability to care for your pets throughout the day, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Whether your dog needs midday walks or your cat prefers attention during quieter hours, I can be there when you need me most. I believe that every pet deserves a safe, calm, and consistent environment—especially when their family is away. I always take the time to get to know each pet’s personality, preferences, and needs so I can build a trusting bond with them. I follow your instructions closely, maintain routines, and create a stress-free space where your pet feels comfortable and secure. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and check-ins, so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. I treat every animal as if they were my own, with lots of love, patience, and protection.

“Communicated and kept us updated throughout the entire time, which gave us peace of mind. Incredibly kind and patient with our elderly pet, showing genuine care and understanding of his needs. Couldn’t recommend more!”

About: Vacations shouldn't just be for the pet parents, the pets should get a new fun experience too. This is why I strive to keep in step with your pet's routines whilst also adding some fun enrichment, ample physical activities, and extra helpings of love and attention. In addition to walks; if your dog is a social butterfly, like me, and they frequent the dog parks; let's go! I have a vehicle built for pet field trips/adventures! I have a gift for helping injured or sick animals recover as well , I just haven't had the opportunity to care for a special needs dog yet. That being said, I am willing to learn and follow your routines for them. I am very dedicated to learning more pet care skills. I even rehabbed an injured squirrel for about a year until she returned to the wild. So, I am skilled in helping pets that may need extra help/care or medical issues that require a little more attention. I am also a Licensed Massage and Cupping Therapist, though I am not certified specifically in pet massage, when I do give a dog a massage....They LOVE it! I am also willing to care for pets other than dogs or cats; within reason of course....not sure I am equipped for Lions, Tigers, or Bears... OH MY! So, reach out let's set up a meet & greet; I would love to come out and meet you and your pets to see if we are a good fit! I have most days free. I occasionally do some pick-up work on some nights here and there, however, it would not be for a great deal of hours, and I am able to get home (or to your pets) at a decent time on those evenings. I do prefer to meet both you and your pets first, before taking on a care request, to assess safety for myself and the pet as well as understanding their surroundings. This allows me and you to evaluate if we are a good fit. I believe this is the first step in creating a solid foundation for a safe and fun experience for all involved. Especially, until your pet(s) and I get to know each other better, I would say I am hypervigilant in the beginning; not just for safety precautions but also to understand their routines, needs, communication styles, learning styles, training levels, etc... I am at their side anytime we go out. Even if you have a fenced in backyard I will either be out there playing with them and helping them get in some physical activity or I watch them closely from a window or door. As we learn more about each other, I take great care in developing solid communication with your pet so that they can understand and respond well. The more "simpatíca" we are, the more trust is built, the better responds to commands, which in turn strengthen that foundation of safety. Beyond the pet safety, If I am house sitting for you, I strive to keep your home safe and clean. I will respect and protect your home as if it were mine. Even If I am not house sitting and only doing drop-ins or walks. I will stay observant and keep your home safe as well; let you know if anything seems amiss, grab your mail so no one knows you aren't at home, rotate which rooms lights are on in your house, etc... A safe environment means a safe pet! I am also good at communicating with the pet parents throughout my booked care time via pictures, videos, texts, and calls. My goal is to make sure no pet parents even have to wonder how their pet is doing. I prefer to keep you in the loop so it's not you having to reach out to me. Communication is key for creating the safest most comfortable environment for any pet.

About: 🐾 Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m an animal lover with tons of experience caring for both dogs and cats. Whether your pet is playful, shy, cuddly, or sassy, I treat every animal like part of the family—because that’s exactly what they are. I'm reliable, compassionate, and always make sure pets feel safe and loved while you're away. Walks, playtime, feeding, snuggles—you name it, I’m all in. I’ll keep you updated with cute photos and messages so you never feel too far from your furry friends! I do have a part-time job with shifts lasting 5–6 hours during the day or night. Despite my work schedule, I ensure your pet receives care 2–3 times daily, adjusting visits around my shifts. Additionally, I am mostly free on weekends, allowing for more dedicated time with your furry friends. In your home, I’ll make sure your pets feel happy and cared for by taking them on walks, letting them out for potty breaks, refilling their food and water, and keeping them entertained with toys or treats while you're away. I always lock up after each visit—your home’s security is as important to me as your pet’s comfort.

About: I worked in the grooming department of PetSmart as a bather while getting my nursing prerequisites many many moons ago, and I loved that job. Prior to that I have had my own dogs, helped train my mom's dogs and animal/home sat for countless families beginning around age 10. I just love loving on just about all creatures. ( I am more of an admiring observer of snakes and spiders!) I love being a Nurse as well, but compassion fatigue and burnout are much higher risks in that field. So I swore, if I ever had the chance, to spend more energy and focus on being with animals, I would. My goal is to build more experience in this world and have that experience inform a pet care/boarding brick and mortar business, while meeting new people through their pets. I am skilled at blending fun with a high level of professionalism. I look forward to meeting you and in building a stellar reputation in the pet care space. Currently, I am flexible for daily care anytime and/or to care for your pet anytime you travel or go on vacation, as long as I get enough notice. I recently decided to step away from my administrative role in healthcare in order to ward off burnout and get back to caring for others in a different capacity after some rest and reset time. I love caring for animals large and small and this will give me a chance to re-connect with the things I love, allow me time and practice in getting back to simple pleasures, slower pace, and still meet my nursing heart needs; by having people and pets to pour my caring nature into. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, we do have a great neighborhood to walk in, with sidewalks, paths/trails into wooded areas that then open up to an open field and will take them on walks 4 to 5 times per day. My husband and I are newlyweds and since I am a newly recovering workaholic, we did not have time for a pet. This means now that I have time, I can prioritize your pet. Does your pup like to hike? So do I!. Happy to take him/her on a hike if that's a desire, often times my husband will join me so you'll have two human friends watching over your furry family. I don't typically like to socialize dogs (especially puppies) at dog parks (I like to socialize them with dogs I know until they get older and/or we have had enough time to build a trusting relationship with one another), but if your dog is used to dog parks I am happy to take them to your prefered dog park. I am active so my default is to do things that I can include them, i.e. anything from running to Home Depot to get something to taking them out to eat and enjoying some patio time. I was trained in human care as a nurse but do have experience providing first aid to pets. Because I was a bather and weirdly enjoy it, I am always willing to do more than just clean off visable dirt. I am game for hours of brushing and beautifying your pet. Do you have a dog that hates baths and makes it near impossible; we can work on that. I will treat your home with the care and attention to detail that I would want given to mine. In fact, for an additional fee if you need anything on your property organized, cleaned, gardened, etc.. while I am there and is within reason, I love to keep busy and would be happy to discuss what I can help you cross off your to-do list. Happy to do grocery or supply runs, pick-up laundry, make pet food from scratch, etc... I am here to make life easier and enjoy your animals in the process.
